Hey agaaain! Let me start this week by saying wooooow, this was a crazy week and not because I made a mistake but rather because I had to do a lot of things to avoid unnecessary stress. Now allow me to elaborate why I tried to avoid unnecessary stress: I had to move out because the landlord where I lived sold the house (this is the main reason why I couldn't update the journals earlier 😛) and gladly I had friends who already owned an empty grow tent (4x4, I loved the size! 😍) and they allowed me to use it and bring my plants and my lights there for some days. I knew this whole experience would be stressful for my babies, but I had to do it anyway (and I'm glad I wasn't in the middle of flowering 😨). The first visit: Moving them to my friend's house was a non-issue! 👌 I fed the plants at their place (with some extra water and slightly more fertilizers) and everything was great! 😊 The second visit: After two days I visited my babies and the humidity was close to the 85%. That scared me but they also grew a lot during those days which I think was... cool? I installed a new extractor in the tent and used it to get more fresh air inside and obviously that fixed all the humidity issues I had! The plants looked great! 😍 The last visit: After some days I went to their house again and yiiiikes! Here is when the issues began! I couldn't visit earlier (thanks to the move) and the plants were super thirsty! Specially Boomer. I took them to my new house and when they were inside their tent I fed them some pHed water and then I allowed the plants to rest for some extra hours! 😱 Originally I wanted to go into flower after this week but clearly I couldn't start it immediately since the plants were clearly stressed! So I allowed them to rest for a little more! Anyway, the last photos show how the plants look after I allowed them to rest for some extra hours and after feeding them some water. Boomer will still need some more extra time to heal! Thanks everyone for reading! More updates soon! 👊

The week has been going very well plants are reacting good to nutrients and seem to be happily growing , haven’t fiddled around too much this week as starting to get the hang of things slowly ! The grow so far has been quite smooth And haven’t run into any Major problems all plants have been topped and will continue lst throughout I believe they look quite healthy haha ? First timers luck 😉🤨 we hope so Good end to the week next week I shall trim and see how that goes Happy growing 💎

I plan to grow the best 2 in hydro and the best 2 in soil On 40% power Big Thank you to Medicgrow for the opportunity to use the LED - I am under no pressure or obligation to promote this item , I will give you my honest opinion, and we will see the results , it’s actually a bit bigger than imagined , first test with the lux meter showed awesome spread and distribution, I have one thing that I didn’t understand, using the hangers , you need a degree in engineering to understand , I looked , I pondered, I scratched my head a little smoked a joint , still couldn’t comprehend,so I used 6 ratchets = 🤪 All of them are cuttings I took from a naughty strawberry cheesecake Ps The big green power supply there’s nothing to do with the medicgrow fold 6 ,( the power supply is in the middle )it’s from another light that I just can’t be bothered to move because I’ve got nowhere to put it Wednesday-watered the soil , topped up the pots and added 2ml of A+B hydrogrow Thursday upped the power to 60% this is the recommended setting , but I was a little cautious, I didn’t want to burn anything Probably going to cull down to 6 this week , 3 of each - throw the others - see what happens

Hello Diary, As we slowly approach harvest, Milky Way F1 has started to show signs of being ready to cut soon. Looking under the microscope, the trichomes have started to milk, so another week and it will probably be ready. The flowers have covered the branches and fill in nicely, they are as hard as Titan but I am satisfied. The leaves are still of a healthy green color, here and there some leaves feel but that is normal. Still watering every three days. As of this week, I have stopped adding supplements, I only water with clean water that I lowered the pH of earlier. value. The conditions on the farm are still good (unchanged), the temperature is around 28 degrees while the humidity is around 45%. Here's what it looked like last week. 18/06/2023 - Day 50. Watering. I prepared the usual 7 liters of water, lowered the p.H. at 6.0 I watered all three plants evenly with the hundredth amount. 21/06/2023 - Day 53. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/06/2023 - Day 56. Photography for the end of the 8th week and after that I watered the plants. That's all for this week, see you soon.

Welcome to week 2 of flower on this lovely project! The ladies are stretching like crazy and it won't be long till we see some lovely flower tops starting! Some really cool genetics featured this run by a really cool breeder Hidden Vault Genetics. Be sure to follow along for the latest updates cause this shows getting juicier by the day! -The Projexx Day#8F Put in net , trained down some of the taller plants. Plants are stretching along nicely. Day#9F Plants bounced back from the scrog training very quickly. They're picking up the pace with stretching! Day#10F Plants are just bursting in new growth, Creamy Cereal Crunch is getting huge! Day#11F We got the start of cotton balls going! Day#12F Pictures N/A. Ladies continue to explode in growth, defoliated some of the older leaves that aren't getting any light. Day#13F The ladies continue their stretch! Creamy Cereal is absolutely beasting out! Day#14F Cotton balls are getting bigger and bigger. Plants continue to stretch with minor signs of slowing down. Recap: Things went extremely well this week , the plants absolutely exploded in growth and have developed cottons balls. With some time left on the stretching period and lots of time left overall on this grow I'm very excited to see the end results with these cool genetics.

Week 8 is finally here! We changed up the nutrient feeding to the week 8 on the feed chart. I am diluting everything at a 50-40% rate to keep EC within acceptable ranges of 0.8 - 1.1 EC. I started adding Terpinator to the mix and I do notice a significant smell increase vs. without it. I am going to keep using this as I think it is a great supplement. I did figure out that even though on the bottle and on the specific feed chart, it says it is a light formula that will have minimal impact on EC and will not burn your plants at the recommended rates - it will! First time mixing up my nutrients with terpinator, I had to dilute it because the EC was too high. I put the recommended amount in my mix, and checked EC and low and behold it was high. The next feeding I did a 50% dilution rate and that seemed to be ok if you are diluting your other inputs properly to compensate. ALWAYS make sure your EC and PH are in check prior to fertigating your plants. I am watching the trichomes on a daily basis and am looking to harvest sometime this week or next. I plan to dry it in the tent it is growing in as it has AC and good airflow. Once they are done drying, they will get trimmed up, lightly vacuum sealed and stored in the freezer. Updates will be coming throughout the week!

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

It's just starting to form flowers, but it's looking like it's forming a ton of them. I'll probably go through and defoliate this afternoon. One of the plants has for sure overshadowed the other, but I think that's okay. I don't think I had enough room in the 3x3 for two plants the same size. I'm happy with this water/worm/frass only run.

Feb. 17 Ph 7.5 Moist - plucked all the bad leaves that were ready - Removed all the dead leaves - 3 gal of water ph of 6.4 + 15 ml big bloom + 20 ml tiger bloom + 9ml apple cider vinegar + 30ml blackstrap molasses unsulphured - Light burn seems to be the #1 problem, then ph fluctuations and nutrient burn - I think i held the measuring cup a little awkward most feedings instead of having it on a level surface and I probably overfed by 5ml each time - Most of the bottom leaves are green but have burnt tips, they are usually pretty attached - the middle section has lots of dead leaves but they are tiny little ones that have burnt and fallen off - the top leaves are all yellow on plant 1, with burnt tips, clawing up, very red stems, and are fairly easy to pluck off, not much effort on most - the most green areas are semi-shaded and off on the edges of the tent, and all the shaded areas remained green - Therefore, I would say my #1 problem was light burn, which made the ph fluctuations worse, nutrient deficiencies worse, and i over compensated and did not measure precisely causing nutrient burn - there is also some wind burn on the bottom areas - all in all the buds are developing nicely and bulking up decent amounts on plant 1, especially with all the topping - good trichomes coming out - plant 2 has different light burn but the leaves are praying up, and pointing up much more, more rusting also but they are not easy at all to pull off - the buds on plant 2 are also not growing nearly as well but the trichomes seem nicer and it seems to have more - the buds hopefully are more dense despite being small, they do look compact though - roughly 100 bud sites visible from the top of the canopy feb. 18 - ph. 7.2 - the clawing up and yellowing and burning of the tips has continued, likely past problems continuing to persist - these problems really only exist on the top set of leaves, which always brings me back to light burn - plucked another 10-15 clawed and burnt leaves from plant 1 - the buds got bigger, and the trichomes continue to pack on - seeing more promising growth/ recovery from plant 2 - trichomes appear to be quite clear, no signs of amber - The crop king seeds guide suggests 8 weeks of flowering time, we are a couple days into week 7 right now but the pistils are still about 60% white and somewhat straight, and the trichomes are quite clear. This would lead me to believe about 2 full weeks is left and likely closer to 2.5 weeks. - Trying to plan out my flush, leaving me a full 7-10 days to have the plants finish their nutrients, that flush would best occur at the mid point next week - I am expecting the trichomes to be cloudy by mid week 8, around feb. 25, I would flush them, and look to harvest 7-10 days later, around mar. 4-8 feb. 19 - ph 6.8 - moist - definitely bulked up more, plant 2 is back and growing strong, damage on top canopy continues to burn and curl, yellowing a growing splotchy brown spots, but I am very confident that this is past damage from light burn which has since been fixed by dropping the watts down by 140 - more pistils are going orange feb. 20 - buds fatting up really nice Feb. 21 - Daytime temps reduced to low 70s feb.22 - ph. 7.5 - moist - will water tomorrow - trichomes not yet fully cloudy - mostly orange pistils - mostly curled inward pistils, lower down popcorn still white and straight - excellent trichomes on plant 2 - will feed tomorrow then I expect the next thing will be to flush so this will likely be the last feed - daytime temps now 70-77 - nightime 65 +/-1F feb. 23 - plants look very thirsty, leave shriveling from before but hanging down and not perky at all - Dirt is very dry, moisture meter reads moist 5/10 - Ph: 7.6 - The plant is very hungry - Some noticeable stretching or just more visible now - Buds look to continue getting fatter and look really nice - 4 gal of water ph = + 22ml of big bloom + 30ml of tiger bloom + 30ml of blackstrap molasses + 9ml of apple cider vinegar - plucked more super dead leaves - Expected dates: - feb. 25 (week 8) - expected cloudy trichomes: - feb. 25 (week 8) - expected flush date: - feb. 25 - expected harvest date - mar. 4-8 Specifications:😎👇 Seeds: - 2x White Widow feminized seeds from Crop King Seed Tent: - 4x4x6 Mammoth Grow tent LED: - 2x Spider Farmer SF1000 LED for veg - 4x Spider Farmer SF1000 LED for flower (190 watts - 50-40-50-50 back left, back right, front left, front right) Pots: - 2x 0.5 L starter pots - 2x 5 gal smart pots after transplant Soil: - Pro-mix containing mycorrhizae and perlite, used for starter pots and mixed at roughly 1:3 ratio with Ocean Forest - Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, used in the 5 gallon pots and mixed with roughly 3:1 ratio with pro-mix - note: pro mix was mixed thoroughly with ocean forest in the 5 gal pot, then pro-mix was used on the top layer, in and around where the transplant will be to help the early veg stage avoid getting too "hot" via nutrients. Day 49 Flip day! Just flipped them to 12/12 took loads of leaves off. Let's see if I've guessed the sex right then 😏 I think I've got 3 fems but people still tell me I want know until I've flipped 🤷‍♂️🏼 Update: Day 50 and day 1 of flower looking very happy will give a nice feed when soil dries out. Lights are now maxed out and on Day 51, day 2 of flower I'm sure all 3 are definitely fems will keep eye on them next few days 👀 Update again: Day 53, Day 4 of flower and they looking beautiful 😍
