Week 5 and the plants are bursting out now. I am very pleased with the electroculture, seems like the bugs do not want to touch the plants.

Hey Farmers , it’s your friendly barn rat BONEY ! Just hanging fire this week . Having a bit of a time with my one purple kush plant that’s located directly in the middle of my tent . That one has been a struggle , keeps looking like a nitrogen deficiency to me . All I’ve been doing is hitting it with a foliage spray of one tbsp of Epsom salts to a gallon of rain water . At the start of the week I watered with rain water with a mixture of cantaloupe and brown sugar that had been previously fermented to a 1:1 ratio .

It started small: a couple of darker spots noticed deep inside one of the colas. Upon closer inspection, we confirmed it — Botrytis cinerea, or as growers call it, bud rot. Thankfully, it was localized and quickly handled, removing all affected material carefully to avoid spreading spores. Despite how dramatic macro photos can make it look, the loss was minimal. The rest of the canopy remains healthy, strong, and radiant under the LEDs. The girls keep thriving like the true champions they are. ⸻ 🧠 Educational Spotlight – What Is Bud Rot (and What It Isn’t) Bud rot is a fungal infection caused by Botrytis cinerea. It thrives in warm, humid, stagnant environments — the kind of microclimate that can form in thick buds during late flower. It usually begins inside the bud, invisible at first, and works its way outward, leaving behind a grayish-brown, dusty rot that can ruin entire flowers if unnoticed. Keep fans on and air moving even when lights are off. 3. Monitor VPD: Around 1.2–1.4 kPa is ideal for mid-late flower; beyond 1.6 increases risk. 4. Inspect daily: Use your eyes and your nose — the first clue is often a smell, not a sight. 5. Clean the space: Mold spores can live in your tent, filters, and even fans. Sanitize between runs. Remember: Bud rot doesn’t mean failure; it means evolution. Super happy with how everything is looking, conditions are perfect, and not an problem in sight! Should be an epic run ✊ Scrog and Fleunce Spydr 650watt are installed and we are intiating the flowering cycle on Sunday October 1st. Took 10 cuts this morning from some of the bigger girls to help shape canopy. These girls flower fast! Big Budzzz in-coming 😁👌

Less is more. Lesson learned. Without training these plants, having the fifth plant has really cramped the tent. Because I have limited space for the tent, access into the sides isn't possible. I have only the front entrance. Next time I think I will stick yo maybe three strains that have been positive and try and find the time to train more. The WOS-Northern/Skunk has grown out so nicely into a Xmas tree type of posture. She is making her really good friends with her neighbours, perhaps to their detriment. Seedsman Blueberry continues to be solid and unphased by anything. This is the first time I have smelled a plant that has such a fruity aroma. It really took me aback in surprise. Very cool. HiFi 4G needs support. Did a McGyver solution for the time being. Doesn't appear to have bulked up much this week. Jack is about the same. A bit of bulk up but not expecting this one to be a big yielder. Appears healthy overall so I'm happy. CBD+ bulked up for sure on the main cola's. I'm skeptical she will be done at 60 days at this point....but have to trust what Dinafem are telling me. Be safe folks.

Day 51 from seed! Very impressive stuff. Been feeding her lightly with some Vitalink products. 2 weeks left on her but may push her longer depending on how she looks. Smelling sweet and cheesy 💪

So im retroactively uploading this after some phone issues the weeks may not be 100% accurate but the content is! did some cloning a while back (round1) and i got a little too comfortable with minimal roots showing and only 8 of the 15 survived. about 2-3 were very small and objectively should not have been attempted one will not survive due to a stoner error in leaf cutting. i've learned in this field patience is key and learning is essential. I made some mistakes, and dont plan on making again

8/10 - In prep for flower I've got some Compost Tea brewing with a little Terp Tea Bloom by Roots Organics. .Also did a little selective defoliation 8/11 - Flipped the ladies to flower today! And all is good in the 8x4. 8/12 - Watered all the ladies with the Compost/Terp Tea. Also did some more defoliation and added some mosquito bits for added pest prevention.

Week 14 and it will be the last week for Tamara. Maybe she could live one or two longer, but my vacations starts in 10 days …and at the pic‘s you see …Tamara is in my eyes ready to Harvest… thanks for 98 days growing with you 💚

This week went pretty well, other than she stretched like crazy and I am now getting worried about running out of vertical space. I also had a few of my bottom leaves get a few brown and yellow spots on them. I did post some pics and asked a question, thank you for the responses, much appreciated! I am thinking about adding my Spyder Farmer LED 100 Watt light into the tent for the nebula auto because it is about 23 inches shorter than the sour diesel. I believe it would only raise my temp about 2 degrees, and possibly lower the humidity by one or two percent. I must say my dehumidifier has been a freaking stud, running 24X7 and not complaining. I should look into adding another unit, it has been in the mid 90's and muggy for about a week. So far I have to say I am super impressed and excited with this setup, the genetics, and with growing this wonderful plant in general. Already planning ahead to my next grow, and what I can do better. I have been enjoying myself and I really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to answer my questions! I am having a blast and am excited to see what this lady will give up in a few weeks!
