So a bit of a setback this week to report. We took a direct hit from Tropical Storm Ophilia on Friday/Sat and Monday i had a dead limb. Dont think it was the storm though as it wasnt broken at all so im thinking some type of boring worm or something. Chopped that limb off and havnt looked back. Finally saw some sunlight for the first time in over a week yesterday! Cooler temps i have cut back on water from 4 gal/ day to current 2 gal/day. Still feeding top scratch every 3 days or every three waterings. Keeping up with mold and bug issues, very little of either, Lost Coast Plant therapy and BT are my friends. Hope everyone else is having good harvests this fall, till next week!

These plants were great. I messed things up a bit but they still turned out a half decent yield. The taste and smell of the final product are great. I am growing one of these plants in my greenhouse and I can’t wait to see what it produces as I don’t have the small space to confine the plant. I love Humboldt genetics and can’t wait to grow more.

All in all i had no problems when growing, except for the heavy mold infestation in all the main flowers at the end of the grow, a great pity, as half of the total weight had to be thrown away. And yes, there are 3 plants wrapped inside each other :D I will definitely grow them again.

So she grew significantly...sideways, upwards..hopefully downwards too...I want a really strong and well structured Stem and root-base!! Reason for Silica, but also trying not to over feed her.. Other than that...was a real blessing watching her pray for light and dance.. Wonderful!!

Lots of bud swell was seen this week. Hermie pods were developing on the lowers of all plants and were picked off daily, it will likely be seeded, but hopefully not too many. I have been seeing less pods each day, but I can tell they are still developing. The trichomes are really starting to pile on. A suspected nitrogen deficit has popped up on a couple of lowers, but it isn't too much of a concern yet. I used some "BAB," and I plan on another light bokashi topdressing within the next week. High humidity is returning this week, so I'll have to manage that before it becomes a problem.

Week 6 went well. The buds are putting out a second wave of pistils and are starting to fatten up. Jilly is starting to smell more and put out more trichs on sugar leaves. She smells very sweet and fruity so far.

Gonna give her a day or two more. Flushed the first few days with Winter Frost and Rubyful#$%. Loving the way its turning out

Hi Growmies, I topped her towards the end of this week and removed two sets of fan leaves. It opened the plant up very nicely in combination with the light LST I applied earlier in the week. The plant is taking very nicely to the LST and didn’t seem to care about the topping either. I attribute this to the strong root system she already has. For the next week I have fed her additionally to the canna nutes, some plant success orca, for healthier roots and Rezin from greenplanet to prepare her for pre flower. Hello. I've harvested the Mega Mouth. WOW!!! I'm very impressed with this strain. Over 1.5 k for 5 plants. and it was finished by Aug 20 with the tents help. I'm trying some new (for me) categories to add to my report. Plant Stretch (PS) 1 to 5- 1 is hardly any stretch. Bud Mutation (BM) 1 to 5- 1 is a beautiful normal bud- 5 is big weird growths like foxtails. Trim- How easy or hard it was to trim up 1- you blow on the branch and hang it up. 5- Is very hard to trim takes a long time. About- Best guess on the THC % (I've been smoking a long time) Resin- 1 is super slippery 5- is very sticky like Gorilla Glue. Size of Buds (SOB) 1- is very small 5- is the biggest buds Dense- 1- is the lightest or fluffiest 5- is the rock hard buds your bud buster has trouble busting up. Plant #1 Wet Trim 1647 g PS. 3.5 BM 3.5 Trim 4 About 21% Resin 4 SoB 4 Dense 4 Finished Dry Weight 289.5 g or 10.33 oz. On hand for heavier use (Once every 3 days before lights out for 15 days) in the case of an outbreak (No outbreaks yet, due to aforementioned preventative measures)

Chonga is doing nicely at 7", Cheecha still a little behind. The soil has been staying moist for awhile, even with light watering and I was worried about root rot. So, I let them go about a week without watering. After a light watering with the remaining 1 ml/2Qt nutrient/water solution (about 1 cup each plant), I took the plunge and decided to try Topping (or FIMing), which I did a few days after watering. I'm also concerned about soil PH. I've been testing it with the 3-in-1 tester, but it always reads about 7. I tried the thing out in pure vinegar, but it gave the same results. So, soil PH is anybody's guess. I eventually bought a digital PH tester for liquids. BIG CHANGE: On Day 27, I switched over to a new, 1200W LED grow light.

I can honestly say this strain has been the easiest to maintain and has been flourishing so well . Nugs doubled up in size in ONE WEEK ! Which makes me a proud canna MOM . But I took a little video for you grow pals out there so see those details . She is a beauty and smells fruity and very similar smelling to actual watermelons. Definitely the best smelling stuff I've grown to date. The sweet fruity notes absolutely light up the tent every time I open it. And she's been a great candidate to learn my new phone's camera with. 8 week strain, so less than a month away! Definitely coming down before the others, that's for sure!
