Finally a more recent update. I’ve cut out nitrogen a good while ago I believe there’s hardly any left. Hence the red and purple colours coming through as well as yellow ones. The Skunk has turned the most purple out the 2, did NOT expect that. Night temps are fine not cold!!

Journal de culture - Semaine 3 de croissance La plante a bien repris sa vigueur cette semaine, développant une belle masse racinaire, ce qui est très encourageant. Elle continue de se développer et je m’efforce de la maintenir la plus basse possible en utilisant des techniques de Low Stress Training. J’ai essayé le pinching, qui consiste à pincer légèrement les extrémités des branches pour les courber. Cela permet de rediriger les hormones de croissance vers les parties inférieures, ce qui maximise le développement des pousses. J’ai également effectué une légère défoliation en enlevant quelques grandes feuilles superflues. Pour le reste, je surveille principalement le pH. J’essaie de le maintenir autour de 5.8, mais avec les tampons présents dans les produits Terra Aquatica, il remonte régulièrement à 6.2. Je me demande si ce pH légèrement élevé pourrait être à l’origine d’un problème de coloration des feuilles, car la plante semble présenter une légère carence malgré la présence de tous les nutriments nécessaires. Je fais attention à ne pas ajouter trop d’acide afin de ne pas surcharger la solution nutritive. Globalement, la plante est en bonne santé et continue de bien évoluer. Je pense passer en floraison d’ici une ou deux semaines maximum. Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une variété Jack Herer, qui a tendance à beaucoup s’étirer en floraison, je préfère la maintenir encore un peu en croissance pour travailler tranquillement avec les techniques de Low Stress Training et la défoliation. On verra son évolution la semaine prochaine ! 🇺🇸 Grow Diary - Week 3 of Veg The plant has regained its vigor this week, developing a strong root mass, which is great. It keeps growing, and I’m trying to keep it as low as possible using Low Stress Training techniques. I’ve been trying pinching, which involves lightly pinching the tips of the branches to bend them. This redirects the growth hormones to the lower parts, maximizing the development of new shoots. I’ve also done a bit of light defoliation by removing some large, unnecessary leaves. Other than that, I’m mainly monitoring the pH. I’m trying to keep it as close to 5.8 as possible, but the buffers in the Terra Aquatica products keep raising it to 6.2. I’m wondering if this slightly higher pH might be causing some discoloration on the leaves—it feels like a deficiency, even though all the necessary nutrients are present. I’m cautious about adding too much acid to avoid overloading the nutrient solution. Overall, the plant is healthy and continues to grow well. I’m thinking about switching to flowering in a week or two at most. Since this is a Jack Herer strain, which tends to stretch a lot during flowering, I want to keep it in veg a bit longer while working with Low Stress Training and defoliation. All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids)TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate what will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely with the ppm and ratios listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 63 She didnt grow much over night but she seems to have already took to her new digs with no further signs of stress past last night's droopy leaves that have since bounced back today. PH tested the top soil 6.38,6.45,6.42,6.4 for an avg of 6.4125 - I tried to take a couple from the original soil and the soil divide of old/new - the numbers run close to the same so Im satisfied. Placed the ring back on - Measured 11 inches from soil to bar, but I can work with that as it's still level and the branches run past it all the way around. I also tried to level it. I didnt feel the need to tie any of the branches this time as they are mostly going where I wanted them to. PPFD is still lower power at 2 ticks from high and center colas at 510 and 500 with the outering at 430 lowest and 470 at highest with most at about 455 VPD is okay with temps at 74F/64%RH/33%ILV Day 64 VPD and PPFD still mostly the same about 520 to 440 on ppfd from center to lowest outer ring and 74F/64%RH/33%ILV she seems to be likely the new set up and soil is still somewhat tacky - Plan to water in 2 days. I could water tomorrow, but I rather make the roots look for new space in the outer ring before just giving more for now. Day 65 VPD and ppfd mostly the same - 73F/64%RH/33%ILV with lights at 520 for the center colas and 430 for the lowest of the outer ring She's mostly filled the ring and close to 15 inches including the ring meaning I should be able to defoliate and flip this coming weekend. So I'll prep for that. It has been 3 days since transfer and last feed. Soil is still moist but not wet on the very top. I prepped tap water to burn chlorine tonight and will consider wetting her a little tomorrow. No more than a gallon of straight water for now, then again with reduced nutes a few days after that. Day 66 VPD same; 74F/64%RH/33%ILV PPFD after watering was 430 at lowest and 520 at highest - also moved the lights because I finally got the stand for the 10 gallon pot. Lights are now about 33 inches from soil and since the plant is about 15 inches high that makes the light about 18 inches from leaves to light. Watered with 1 gallon of 6.4ph de-chlorinated tap. Used a spreader water can and spray bottle. I used the whole gallon and there was no run off. Day 67 VPD okay at 74F/65%RH/33%ILV took 4 ph tests in the top soil got 6.64, 6.65, 6.67, and 6.54 for an avg of 6.625 (actually higher than I wanted but still well with-in range of acceptable. waited until later in the day and defoliated lower leaves - mostly the larf leaves under the ring. Also used HST and LST to break a few branches and tie others. The goal is to set a more level top before flip. But one that can be secured with the ring later if needed. PPFD now has 600 as highest and 430 as lowest she's spread quite far from center to outer rings now. Overall she looks close to flip and I think I might be able to at the start of week 10 day 70. Day 68 VPD was normal at 74F/65%RH/33%ILV - PPFD ranged from 400 to 600 with most around 500 She seems to be recovered mostly form the HST/LST/Defoliation - or at least is accepting the training as the colas that were bent are now pointing up. There are a few leaves showing stress and possible deficiency but all I can do is monitor and treat with my next feed if I see it spread more. Took measurements too - about 16inches tall with a diameter of about 22 by 22, so I am happy with this wing span and no scrOG Day 69 Normal stats with 74F/65%RH/33%ILV ppfd also the same as yesterday ranging from 400 to 600. Tomorrow will be 4 days since her last water feed - I plan to feed about 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water with about 50 ppm of each veg and bloom juice mix. I also plan to flip to 12/12 tomorrow. Schedule will be 3 hours later and earlier from current times. Decided to put her into a MarsHydro 24x48x71 tent and start giving UV/IR light treatments through flower. So that's the tent I also have a Bloom Plus XP2500 LED Grow Light - a set of Spider Farmer UVR40 40W UV & IR Supplemental Lighting Bars and I am using a iPower 6 Inch Smart Vent. I measured the distance from soil to lights and placed it back at 35 inches like it was with the ViparSpectra XS2000 in the other tent - I then dialed the lights down to the same ppfd as it was. I am giving her 30 minutes of UV light 1 hour before bed and then 15 minutes of IR after lights out and before lights on again - which is now 3 hours later.

Running into some deficiencies, don’t think it’s any pests but if you have any recommendations what it is plz let me know. Already fed a compost tea looks like it fixed the problem. Could be PH haven’t tested the soil yet.

Had to harvest the lower buds because of aphids... Rest looks great though. Day 35 Just wtf is this growth.. Shes already at the top of the light and i cant increase the height anymore 😅 I may have to bend over that main branch so she doesn't get burnt, but i don't know what else do yet. Just waiting for the others to catch up in flower before i start feeling bloom nutes. (even though she already needs it.)

Didn't get the potential. Very happy with the look of the finished product , so far I'll give this particular strain 9.3. In it's best stability this would be my go to phenotype cause of the overall potential and ratio. Very happy for it being my first auto grow experience now I'm hooked. Definitely would suggest this bad girl for a first time auto enthusiast and for the connoisseur . I've been looking into that Purple Lemonade by Fast Buds and very excited to purchase also that Black Berry cause they remind me of the Blue Dreams large flower to plant ratio. Wow! Look at these amazing two plants. They both turned a bit purple. The smell is insane. Belive me or not but my entire room smells like a sweet ice cream restaurant. 😍 I had given this week only PH adjusted water and darkness for two days before harvest. Going to dry for like 7-10 days and then curing for another month or so. I will upload more pictures of the dried buds when the time comes

Just did the switch to 12/12. Decided not to scrog. It’s my first time not scrogging. I have been training them a bit. One of the plants has been abused by me a bit. It didn’t love being topped. Not sure but it grew very bushy and I’ve been working hard on it. Using it as a bit of an experiment.

Harvesting An ELEPHANT !!! And after 118 day from seed and 101 from wen she started her mix veg/flowering process, i cant say for sure but i am starting to believe that this auto world do veg, then veg and flower in conjunction for a wile and only after they a wile they move to a flowering stage completely but thats another post another day lol today was harvest day for this Auto Elephant from SSSC , and let me tel you she is a delight with huge fruits, so big that i normally cut and hang the all plant and for this i did not take the risk of doing that and getting bud rot , better safe than sorry, so what i broke her in smaller peaces and put it all in the rack. Now not much to do than waiting for it to get around 10/15% humidity and jar with it all. This one as you guys can see from the video , this is a full covered in trichomes BIG MAMA and touching her is like touching super glue or something lol i was trying to put all the colas in one picture , but is simply just not possible , they all look great so i selected 4 of them for a true back back ground <3 Thank you Super Sativa Seed Club for this opportunity, i fell like a champion no matter what with this 2 Mamas, much respect on the work you guys did on this Elephant As always thank you all for stoping by for your love and for it all, i fell humble and honored
