Day 10 I started to use the easy plus supplied by RQS, have noticed in the past few days that my intelligent fan doesn’t seem to be turning off in auto on the settings I have pre-installed, I did do a full tent move about on day 11 so I maybe could of done something then? hope this doesn’t turn into a long term issue, however fat banana is starting to grow nicely 🌱👍 I have a 2x2x5 spider farmer tent with 1 passive inlet vent that is always a 1/4 open My spider farmer intelligent fan is set at 80f and rh @ 60 for veg, I have a 6” fan that was set to go off every 30 minutes for 30 minutes on the hour during daylight hours and once for 30 mins every 90 mins during dark hours, that has changed slowly during the week to a point where yesterday I turned on constant during daylight hours and still at 30 mins every 2 hrs during the night and I am still using the personal mist humidifier that keeps the rh at a nice level anyway during this stage… My Viparspectra xs1500 was set at 22” at the beginning of the week at 60% this has changed throughout the week and is now set at 19” and around 87% My feeding pattern has been feed/water/dry day…repeat at 250ml Lights on 8am Lights off 2am Water/feed time 8:30am/9:30am *update 29th April: I have stopped using the Biobizz products in this grow, after properly reading up on all RQS products supplied and realising I’ve already mixed the easy boost pellets in the soil I’ve no need to use these products…hopefully this hasn’t affected my grow thus far, I don’t see any deficiencies as yet and don’t seem to be in a bad shape, she’s actually the tallest plant so far I’ve had in this stage 🤞

Smell is sweet and fruity, but dark...... Starting to pack in on , buds are so dense

Week has been good. I'm not sure about the ppm and salt around roots, they are a little brown. Wounder if I should flush them and start again with nutrient? And see some of the last picture, it's pretty thigth between the leaf and buds, should I but some of the leaf? Ppm 1400-1600 Temp 22 to 31 Temp in water 20-26 Humidity 50-60%

Hope everyone enjoyed looking over my shoulder on this grow and best of luck to all participants! REVIEW - Runtz (fem., photo.) from Zamnesia: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ The seeds from Zamnesia germinated rapidly, rooted strongly, went wild in veg, and produced an ample amount of high-quality medicinal flower. The diary speaks for itself on that front so this space will be more of a phenotype review. The plants were labelled A, B, and C from left to right respectively in photos. A and B were the 'clasicaly-appearing' sativa-esque leaves while C was the more 'indica-appearing' phenotype. Although A and B appear the same qualitatively, they did produce substantially different amounts of flower (despite their DLI being near max out for the entire tent footprint without supplementing CO2, so I do not think just being in the middle attributed to this). Past their different yields, A and B also have vastly different profiles. A is a classic gelato/ice cream cooler/Z terps, and my personal favorite of the plants (wish I had taken a clone of this one instead). B is the most on point for what I think of with Runtz, classic Z terps but with a slight tropical/rotten/sweetness to it. C had the misfortune of being ready to chop a little earlier than the other girls so her profile is mostly just spicey kush now. I did observe intersex flower sites but given the entire context of the diary and how the plants performed, I have to assume it was user error. No pollination observed in any of the flowers, as zero additional intersex sites occurred. The distinction between A, B and C is what I would expect from a typical F1 cannabis seed. I do not enjoy growing from seed much but these girls were manageable. Add to that the relative stability of the genetics for a Runtz recreation, and well, these are good quality beans for a great price. Not only is Zamnesia responsive and available, their confidence speaks volumes. How many vendors would have an in-house Runtz, knowing how much of a genetic-gravity-well it is in, and be confident enough to let ~200 randos grow it and show it? REVIEW - Green Sensation from Plagron: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ I enjoyed using the green sensation, the NPK values on it make it versatile in application and a power-house in flower. I can't say I noticed anything better or dramatically improved, although comparing to Heavy 16 and asking for a marked improvement is big ask in my opinion. What I was able to do was seamlessly integrate the Green Sensation into my current routine. The additive stayed homogenous, was easily introduced into solutions with no adverse impact to the water contents or pH. Most importantly, the plants enjoyed the additive and it did accomplish the main goal of being able to wane off your primary line. In this respect, by using Green Sensation I was able to save resources by lowering my Heavy 16 inputs across the board approximately 50% and supplementing with Plagron's Green Sensation.

CRAZY NIGHT (Continued) And not only is Frontdesk girl steaming mad that NX hit it and quit it (apparently she was looking to make him breakfast and then introduce himn to the family!!!), she brought along her rather large brother! Frontdeskgirl sees the Stephanies, they see her, large brother see NX's eyes and everyone puts 2 and 2 together. Stphanie 1 was the first to smack NX accross the face, followed by S2 with a kick to the shin, more from S1, S2 with the assist, NX starts hobbling away. But no! Now Frontdesk girl has made it to the group and shes swinging at EVERYONE!!!! Luckily myself and the others in our group were safely out of arms reach and were able to witness this spectacle alongside the curious morning Montreal onlookers. The stephas start fighting back with FDG, and the brother starts to chase my brother!!! Now in most situations, my brother would get backup, bit there was just too muych going on to watch, the big dude obviously had a bum knee, and my bro had a head start and an athletic build. So, there we were, bags dumped outside the hotel, a classy fight on the sidewalk in front of us, my brother running away into the sunrise, and a whole day of events planned. I picked up my shit, my bros shit, my buddies did the same, and we noped the fuck out of there., leaving the girls to figure that shit out themselves. Never saw the Stephanies again. Overall Status: The Bruce Banner (Dark Horse Genetics) is progressing beautifully. We are currently at the beginning of flower week 5. The canopy is dense and even, thanks to the LST and netting. The trichome production is ramping up significantly, and the plants are showing great vitality. Feeding & Watering: I am currently running a heavy feeding schedule to support the "bulking" phase. The front plant is much thirstier than the back two, which is likely due to its high metabolic rate and airflow position. • Latest Feed (per Liter): 2ml Hesi Bloom, 1.1ml Hesi PK 13/14, 0.8ml CalMag, and 4ml Alfa Boost. • Observation: The plants are responding well to the PK boost with no signs of nutrient burn so far.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 18h de luz, el foco está al 75% de potencia. Some brown hairs are starting to come through now & the buds are starting to dense up, also the different smells in the room are getting strong now.
