Weekly update: August 6th Looking great, major spurt of growth on both girls, #1 (sativa leaning girl) had major final stretch to end off stretch in 3 days (hopefully). And #2 (stockier indica leaning pheno) has had a big increase in flower size in 3 days which is promising, and is also producing a very sweet and tropical fruity gas smell, this is TCP after all! Oh yea and I’m running about 1700 center 500 outer ppfd and tapering down if I see anything but nothing so far all good nice genetics, may drop in the next week even if no signs or symptoms, to prevent and not be too greedy. Now for the not so good… been getting 10% runoff almost every feed, but my runoff of #1 was 3500ppm and pH 4.5 and #2 at 5000ppm and pH 4.5. Been giving around 850 ppm input at pH 6.0, never went over 1000ppm input. So I have to correct with 25% increase in feed volume, 300-400ppm input at pH 7.0 for what I infer to be 2-3 feeds until runoff ppm is significantly lower, and pH is at least 5.5. UPDATE Aug 8: To address the toxic/locked-out root-zone I did a regular feed with runoff (1.5 gal total volume per pot @ 820ppm bloom focus), runoff consisted of pH 4.2-4.5 and 4000-6000ppm... OUCH. I then fertigated with 0.5 gal plain pH 6.5-7 dechlorinated tap water each. I repeated this a total of 3 times, to which the last flush had 3 ml/gal cal-mag. final runoff ppm @ 1000-2000, pH 5.3-5.5. To conclude, I more than likely wasn't achieving enough runoff per scheduled feed, and did not cycle a few plain pH adjusted waterings. I had almost the same thing happen last run with autos, except they were showing signs of lockout, these photo girls are not. I must do a regular watering every 3 feeds, achieve 20% runoff with high ppm feeds, and 15% runoff at least with mild to moderate ppm's. Lesson learned, I hope I get a full run in the future without hiccups like this. 1/25 Week 11 Ripley : Flushing begins with a five gallon flush to move the runoff to under 200ppm and defoliated by pulling almost every leaf on a stem, and god what a bunch there were. This opens the plant and removes those sources of nuets. Going to doing this as quickly as we may so will be monitoring runoff as we go. Tara: Slight Defoliation just trying to keep these leafy SOBs open. Back on Heavy dose of CocoTek and placed in best light I can we just watching the bud growth for how to help this big girl. Will not pick up Peak again until ready to withdraw the CT. Better pics when I can 1/26 Ripley : Second day of flush just keep running water through it till runoff gets low no longer PHing the water, nothing much left in there anyway. Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

Germination took 5 days until the plants popped

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. LSTed the plants at the start of the week. Just a simple tie down. Looking good. Leaves were a bit dark green on all of them except the NL #1 so still no nitrogen feeding. Started BioBizz Grow on NL1 only.

I made these fem seeds from bridal party x the queen from copycatgenetixx. Initial germination start sept 2nd, added 3% h202 about 1 tbsp in the 1/2 cup of water. 4/4 100% I do not need to hunt as all will be phenomenal

Week nummer 6 en ze is gaan bloeien. Heb haar in de tent geplaatst DS60 onder de ledverlichting. Omdat ik Spa Reine mineraalwater gebruik en dit zeer weinig calcium en magnesium bevat heb ik haar ook extra calmag gegeven. Laten we zien hoe ze zich deze week gaat ontwikkelen. Hi Growmes I'm happy with both my girls again about two weeks out should be week 13 of flower it's not 16 but again I'm not going to change it because not the easiest app to use but hopefully I will get better the more diaries I do🤞🤞 I've got the 9th of February as D-day for me I have ordered a jewelers loop so when it arrives I will be keeping my eye so I don't harvest too early or too late from what I've been reading I want about 70% amber tricones for the high I'm looking for every time I open the tent door my mouth starts watering😂🙏👍

Our journey with the amazing LSD lady from Seeds Mafia has come to an end. From the very beginning, this girl delighted us with her performance. There were no problems throughout the entire growth period. She grew very vigorously, with thick stems, green leaves, and an incredibly sticky texture. The aroma is superb – strong, powerful, sharp, and pleasant. With just one whiff, you can tell it's a bomb, or I'd say a rocket into space. We planted her on October 29, 2023, and harvested on February 28, 2024. She had a 6-week vegetative period, and the rest of the time was spent flowering. Three weeks before harvest, we stopped feeding her nutrients, giving only purified water. Two weeks before harvest, we watered her with ice water three times every other day. Five days before harvest, we stopped watering altogether. The buds are dense, heavily covered in trichomes, and the branches would have started breaking without support. I want to thank Seeds Mafia once again for this awesome strain. I'm very pleased with this LSD lady and highly recommend it – you won't regret it, it's truly a bomb. I tried the lower buds, and they hit seasoned smokers hard. I'll soon try the upper buds but will be very careful, starting with microdoses. I highly recommend visiting their website and choosing what suits your taste. I didn't weigh the wet buds, I hung our beauty upside down for about 14 days to dry.
