Pre flowers started on my soil grow. Just started seeing one or two white hairs on my hydro girl. Starting to clear up that calcium deficiency as well.

- 17-05-21 (Day 1) // // - 18-05-21 (Day 2) three of the girls got out of the soil correctly!😊 while the Runtz sprout is the only one that still remains in its seed despite she already opened it for 2/3 day now..🤔 its root seems to struggle to grow or pierce the soil .. I'm helping her by keeping the humidity higher since I put this bag, we'll see what happens 🤷‍♂️🏻 ..Any advice will be welcome 🙏🏻 as always have a nice day and happy growing to everyone! 😊☮️💚 19-05-21 (Day 3) ..Unfortunately the Runtz Muffin is dead, was unable to come to life like her little sisters. After three days, i tried to help her removing her seed husk.. but there was nothing to do 😢 So here is a new start!! 😊 I put this Lemon Tree “Freebie” seed to germinate aaand to replace the poor Runtz Muffin. 😕🙌🏻 We'll see how it goes this time.. 🤞🏻🍀 Sending positive vibes for you and your garden ☮️💚 20-05-21 (Day 4) All the girls are doing great and continuing their grow. The Lemon Tree is doing great too with its germination, that in just six hours the seed has opened! Now I’ll wait that the sprout grow a tiny root of (1,5/2cm) at least, to pass it into the soil. The nourishment for them is always the same, except for the Lemon Tree which for the moment I am just spraying water to irrigate it. ..In this round I expect great things! All girlz are growing super fast and healthly. I'm so confused now on who's who. I know all four plants look alike divivded into two. I think the two very light green plants is Banana Kush and the other two is Zkittlez. I am so done on raising four plants in this tent, all future grows will be limited to three.

Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Week 10 - The Plants has shown so much growth within a week those buds are really now starting to form and pack on a scent. I have cut out using the formulex.

Solid week, no temp or humidity spikes, drinking a gallon every 4 days instead of 5. Getting super frosty and bulking well.

The fbt29 is on day 77 and is a few weeks from harvest. Expecting her to go over 90 days. She's hella frosty and smells exactly like her sibling did. Great signs of stability from the fastbuds tester. Zkittlez and forgotten cookies are on day 40 and got their first training. Theyre in stretch since a few days ago. More big girls in the making :D Orange Sherbet is on day 20. So far she's on schedule. This strain seems to be sensitive to nitrogen. The grape walker kush and fugue state are on day 14 and are doing well after dealing with heat issues last week

Week 14 - 06/14 - 06/20 Light - 400 W HPS & 265 W LED Temperature - 76 +/-3 Humidity - 40 +/-5 D43 Flower - Watered the ladies, they are swelling up nicely. While I am happy to stare at these beauties daily, this is definitely the boring part of growing, not much to report besides beautiful bud growth. They have also started to produce a strong scent, to the point where I will smell the entire house up if the garage door is open. Loving the way this grow is turning out. D46 Flower - Water with nutrients and added some blackstrap molasses to the mix. I took a risk today and tested out some late flower defoliation, I took the large fan leaves off two of the clones and front Hulkberry and Royal Gorilla Scrog. I want to see the difference in growth with late flower defoliation. D47 Flower - Moved the LED light a little further away, I had noticed some light burn on one of the clones. Decided to build a drying box since I am pretty sure I will have to harvest these strains separately. Added some pics, its a quick build out of some stuff I had laying around the house. Only had to buy a $10 filter that I could cut up and $20 silica gel packs. I am running the exhaust air from the tent into the dry box that will filter through the $10 charcoal filter I cut up and doubled up on the filtration. I'm going to add refreshable silica gel packs in the box to help fight humidity. Hopefully, it works.

Still going strong. I think mid week 5 now since flip. So week 4 of true flower. Lowers are solid, I forsee this being very dense.

Lady is now my tallest and growing strong. She is a heavy drinker now requiring about ~ .3 every 6-8 hours. Heavy P & K early in flower led to slight tip burn. Have been straight watering for the last week and she has bounced back beautifully. I topped her around week 3 she has now outpaced my untopped plant in the tent and has similar strong inter-node spacing. She's slightly dusty(trichomes) early!!!!!!!

This week was all about preparation & making sure i got enough of everything at the spot

Slowly increasing nutrients and lowing the pH a little at a time. Growth is a little slower than I anticipated, but I've read that coco often starts out a little on the slow side. Both girls don't have the sturdiest stems, but I've added some support and fans to try and get those trunks a little stronger. I know the Meph guide talks about funny leaves, and both of these girls have a little something special about them. Reggie is much bigger and had some two lobes younger leaves whereas Weezie is smaller in stature but stared out with more uniform leaves, but now has a funny ripple. It's always fun to watch how they grow! I was hoping to top them, but now I'm getting cold feet...
