Hi guys I missed a week so we are at week 9 now. Last week she was abit finicky but nothing to worry about. I have the same feed as in week 7 in week 8. This week she has perked right up and starting to stack weight on the buds now. The heavy pruning and defoliation really helped as these tops are all setup for big buds and no larf. Seems daunting at first but when you see the results you get from the pruning are amazing. Great airflow and light penetration to all bud sites. We are starting to get a little purpling on a leaf or too and looks as if the buds will be purple somewhat. I’m gonna keep her fed and happy we will be back next update. This cycle was really fun! I chopped 142 gs of wet plant. This time I’m gonna dry in the closet with all the leafs on for 4 days.. Pics of harvest are uploaded! 30 sweety grams for me and my gf ;) Taste is mellow, but I can taste the sweey sour taste tipical of SweetZZ! I grew the same strain with organic fertilizers and it tasted a little better, but this one with was fed with Hesi nutrients and it’s more strong than the organic one! Diarie continues with her sister!

2.10.2024: Just moving along nicely one day at a time. 2.11.2025: Gave 32oz of water at 6.3ph. The plant is stocky and bushy. Due to the short stems and large fan leaves, the lower nodes aren't getting much direct light. I'm tempted to defoliate but a lot of seasoned vets say A) you shouldn't defoliate as a beginner and B) if the fan leaves act as "solar panels" i'm afraid that will stunt. 2.12.2024: Day 24. Steady as she goes. Temp at 74 and RH is 58%. First sign of white tips on new growth. After some research it could be the start of light stress/burn or something nutrient related OR it could be nothing and normal. I very much want to defoliate the two large fan leaves in between the 4th and 5th nodes as they are completely blocking the lower notes. Opted for tucking instead. 2.13.2024: Day 25 from seed. No change. Still have some white tips but only on the new top growth. Not much vertical growth still. Plant was dry today and felt light so i watered 64oz of 6.4.ph. Seems to be drinking faster now. Raised the light to 16 inches from top of the plant. 2.14.2024: Day 26. Moving along. No water, no light adjustment. 2.15.2024: Day 27 from seed. Plant is healthy for the most part. New growth on top have some white tips and i'm thinking its from light stress. Light is 18 inches from the top of the plant and still at 112 watts Few sets of large fan leaves are blocking the bud sites from light and its all over the place regarding development. I want to clip them but afraid it'll stunt. 2.16.2024: Day 28 from seed. End of week 4 from seed. Top 2 inches of soil were very dry and pot felt light so i gave it another 64oz of water at 6.3ph. 8 to 10oz of run off. Run off tested at 6.4ph, 2100ppm. Having temp challenges so i shut the humidifier off. Currently sitting at 75 with 47rh.

Finally almost a year later and she finally retires 😭😭😭😭😭to emotional she did not want to miss out on the summertime heat and the beginning of autumn, 70 grams, the plastic bag is 3 grams. Loving her… she is my 2nd best strain this harvest, the smell

Some strains/cuts just need to be grown back to back, so far all 3 of these qualify. This strain is on track to run a little longer than most of the crop with the flush atleast a week away but I can already tell it will be worth the extra time. 2 and 3 are on the left and 1 is the tall one on the front right. They have a pungent creamy vanilla frosting like nose on them. All are very consistent in bud structure they are just put together very nicely. From this crop and my last crop only I think I could fill a 4x8 with fire using one of each plant in 3 gallon bags. This is the main reason why I prefer photoperiods these days other than the fact they are generally easier to grow, I like being able to run the same plant back again when they are at this level you cant go wrong. I had a wisdom tooth taken out today so I'm gonna have some time to take some good pics I think which is over due if anyone wants to check back in when the cover photo changes. This diary is for Nova OG by Anesia Seeds Indica Dom Flowering time- 8 to 9 weeks Height - Med to Tall Yield - High THC- some where between 22% to 32% THC Average would be 27% with %5 + or - That's a big swing. Might not be as stable as I hoped it to be. But I think that's where the strong mutant plants come from. I hope it's as strong as I want it to be. Taste - Very sweet, fruity taste with peppery hints. Aroma- Coffee with lemon undertones Effect - Focused, uplifted cerebral high which is followed by a deep body relaxation. Indoor/Outdoor Medical properties - Yes. Top genetics - OG x unknown strain Special features - High THC Strain. Is a perfect plant for SCROG, and needs a large amount of food. I got new 5x5 grow tents and new Spider Farms lights SF 4000. I've got them set on 50% till see how the plants like them. I've read about the new lights but they are new to me and it might take a bit to get used to. But I got experience on my side😃. Chuck.

Week 8 Flower The last week of flush for these two. They were taken down on Day 56, after a 16 Day flush. I think Twin2 could have finished at 7 weeks, but of course I hadn't planned for this, or I would have flushed sooner. So she was taken to the originally planned 8 weeks. Twin2 has also foxtailed quite a bit, from only slightly higher temps and also because she's having a last attempt at catching any pollen in order to reproduce. Although the pots were slightly damp still when I harvested, it is best to take them down when they're dry. The only reason I didn't, was because I knew I'd be too busy the next day, and there were plants in veg that were desperate to be thrown into the flower tent! The pics do make them look wetter than they were though. Their fan leaves were taken off and they were each hung in seperate boxes, where they'll dry as slowly as possible for between 6-10 days. I dont suffer with very high humidity, so I'm able to do this without any issues. When I feel it is too humid, I simply burp the box for the first day or 2 once a day. The slower the dry the better the buds will taste/smell. Once she's dry enough she'll be trimmed and jarred for curing. It's going to be a pretty tough one for keeper pheno! They both have similar but very different smells. By that I mean, they both smell very floral and sweet, but T2 smells extra sweet (although definitely not as dense). That doesn't mean T1 doesn't smell just as nice. Hers buds are thicker and more dense, so even though I've favourited T2 in the pics, I think I'm leaning towards T1 still. But in all honesty it's still down to dry weight and the taste test! This can all be looked forward to in the harvest update! It's been a seriously fun diary with these two twins. Third week of flowering. I added a second screen to be able to separate the tops. The screen has 8x9 squares, adding up to 72 and each square has a flower. I think I will have a good harvest. See you next week

These 2 girls are simply amazing in there own way... Minus the potassium and phosphorus deficiency they have put did themselves again.. the trichome productions is on point! They are sticky, dense nugs on both plants.. the gorilla punch is a mutant purple pheno.

So this week saw lots of frost and leaves praying all day now . The buds are starting to stack nice and smells are strong of fruit and skunk . I've done my contest shots for Christmas entries on both the picture and video strain reviews .
