BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably. In the last week I started to train my kushes.In the start of the week i super croped the uper ccola's to stop the grow in the height a litle.After 5 days for recoverin,I put the net in.and starting to filling up the space. They gettin 3,5l with nutrients every 3-4 days. I'am amazed othe huge leafs on dutc kush.So far is everything going ok 🙂

Today (49 day) heavy defoliation, few days ago add 0.5 ml/L PK additive. Plant height is 140 cm now! See videos

Week 8 Veg 08.20.23 - 08.26.23 Twice a week watering added nutes, supercropped 4 longest stalks and very lightly defoliate at the end of the week. She flexin! Recovering nicely and looking fuller already.

Day 50 overdue feeding and watering. 5g SimPro Bloom half gallon of 6.5PH spring water each. I'll never choose this fertigation method again. So much easier to amend the medium then top dress every 30 days. The plants seem normal for 50 days from seed, but not normal for a plant that is supposed to be harvest ready 60 days from seed. A few people here on GDs ran this strain way passed 60 days and maybe this is why. It's possible some phenotypes just take longer. No smell and no trichomes at this point. I would guess they need another 25 to 30 days to nug up. Day 52 they are both praying but still cannibalizing themselves. 5g isn't enough. Considering a top dressing. Day 54 - pulling 5 yellow leaves per day. This is not nutrient deficiency, these plants are fading. SMH I am behind pissed! Wasted 2 months of tent space and nutrients. I didn't do everything right, but the lesson for me is to stay away from fast strains. This is actually motivation to switch to photos. More forgiving of the small mistakes. In this case I overwatered in early veg. I should have tossed them both then. My preamendment ratios were off and I switched to water feeding during preflower. All of this has resulted in a plant that looks to be done in a week with marble sized fluffy buds that have zero trichomes and no smell. PISSED OFF!!!!! I'm learning through my failure but it still sucks! Day 55 Watered both with rain water, CalMag, and SimPro Bloom. I know CalMag isn't recommended in flower but I don't care about this bull crap plant anymore. I'm popping new beans and am gonna run these two as far as possible to see if I can get a decent top cola at least. Still pretty pissed. Day 56 Pics show how they respond to watering. Sheryl is praying, Candace leaves are up, but not praying like Sheryl. The only smell on either is from a stem rub. No visible trichomes. Not when I even zoom in. So odd! Day 58 Finally have some odor! These plants are growing like a regular auto-flower. I've been freaking out because the breeder says it's a fast strain (60 days). The lesson here is to always listen to the plant. Scrap the website crap and pay attention to pistils, leaves, and trichomes. They look and smell good for day 58. The yellow leaves are likely due to me adopting an abbreviated / hybrid feed schedule to suit 60 day seed to harvest. The day 55 feeding was 6g of SimPro Bloom in 51oz of water and that seemed to hit the spot. I need a good loupe so I can have a strong finish. Day 61 Fed Candace 1tbl of Terp Tea with Azos & Mykos, plus Fish Sh!t. Half gallon of Spring water. Bottom fed Sheryl Azos, mykos, & half tbls of SimPro Veg in 16oz of Spring water.

So this week went great... Things are going super well, and the plant leaves are getting larger - I'm trying my BEST NOT to pull or pinch any leaves that are in the way, as to not stress out the plant! She's drinking well, and I'm making sure not to over water... We're going to be able to start LSTing soon!

She rocketed up! Given her some LST to stretch her out and topped her one last time just before. Will be flipping in the next week or so, she’s got big internodal spacing, so this has helped her gain some more veg on her. Nothing fed other than a compost tea - the soil is doing totally fine without anything more added in yet.

Day 15: Plants looking healthy as can be! I didn't make a rack for the lights but I got em in. Looks jankie, but I think its gonna work. 🙏 Day 16: Trying to work out kinks in my grow. Since I put the other 2 lights in, I'm now battling the heat and humidity. Switch the fans around. Got the cold air coming in down low. Will feed them in the morning. Day 17: The girls were showing signs of being thirsty this morning for sure! They received their first drain to waste watering. They will be getting some additional nutes on the next feeding (AN B-52, AN Sensizyme, AN CalMag Extra). Day 18: Looking amazing today! I tried my hand at a little LST. Wish the girls luck.!! 🙏 Tomorrow is the official 2 week mark from breaking ground. So, not sure. I've got the humidity finally dialed in at around 50-55% and the temp around 78°. Also gave them another drink as they were already dry about 1.5" down?? Day 19: This is the official 2 week mark. I think I stressed the girls pretty good yesterday, but they look to be recovered today. Should start seeing good growth in the day to follow. Will just be tucking a leaf here and there for a bit. I will being doing a straight water feed next with Great White. Day 20: Nothing new to report other than found 2 leaves that had some yellow mottling. I added Sensizyme, Recharge, and Great White to this feeding. Did not do drain to waste. Just watered the outside perimeter. PPM was 260 at 5.8 ph. Day 21: NO MORE NUTES for these girls! Tips on a couple of em are turning yellow!!! Stupid me. Over watering and giving too many nutes.

Day 14 - Clay balls arrived, all looks good.... 😎 **the rust and damage on the first leaves is nothing to worry about, the ice cream container water level dropped below the root level, fixed it, but was cool to learn how fast hyrdo dmg can occur.... 👍 Day 17 - Lookin good... vid.... 👍😎👊

Week 13 in the garden, and it's been a week of contemplation and admiration. Despite my initial plan to flip the plants, I decided to give them another week in vegetation. It's like I'm sculpting a masterpiece, carefully grooming the plants into a perfect botanical sculpture. Working with my plants feels like art – it requires skill, love, dedication, and a sense of playing God. As I look at the tent, I can't help but feel a sense of pride and joy. These green beauties are turning out amazing, and I'm filled with overwhelming happiness whenever I get the chance to speak to people about them and show them off. But the time has come to take the next step in their journey. They're being flipped this week for sure, ready to embark on the next chapter of their growth. It's bittersweet, but I know it's all part of the magical process of growing these wonderful plants. Here's to Week 13 – a week of artistry, joy, and the promise of new beginnings. 🌿🎨

There were storms all week and with the fact that they spent almost the whole week under stress (they were also under heat stress a couple of days before), I am certainly satisfied with the progress. On Tuesday, they were watered for the last time, with clean water, then it rained, and the next day it rained all day, since then they have not been watered, as soon as the soil dries I will feed them. Below in the table is the food that they received last time, but it is included in this week, and I introduced that as well. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

Week 11 I though she was gonna be done this week only gave her RO water for the last 2 weeks but looking through the loop her trichomes are still mostly clear so I think I'll give her one more week. She looking great, smelling great, buds look amazing. Tried to get some good video so you can see how lovely she is!!

Really earthy, sweet aromas. Purples took over last few weeks on some of the leaves. I could of ran maybe even another couple weeks. I actually ran one of the plants another 2 on dry flush. It was a good outdoor run

12/16 - Today is Day 77 from seed. Mid-last week I switched her over to 60% strength (~1.2ec) and today I switched her over to flush with 10ml/gal GH FloraKleen. Upon checking multiple buds for trich ripeness and I found an average of approximately 10% amber across the whole canopy. Some of the larger, more mature buds were closer to 15-20% Amber while some varied as low as 3-5% Amber. I am choosing to go ahead and flush her out since I need the space in the tent sooner, rather than later. I am planning on a 48-72 hour flush then chop. This will definitely be my biggest yield to date, but her sister, the Amnesia XXL Auto might top her out yet, though she is still a couple weeks out. Thanks for checking out the garden. Sorry again for the poor media content. The project was coming to an end and I was starting with another one, my first hydro grow. Pollen was kept fertile and used after with great results too. Sadly I don't think I have the notes where I counted how many seeds came from this plant, but well see, I'll keep digging.
