Week 8 slowly but surely … starting to get smells from both .. 👌🏽

This fu$%#ng thrips are back this week, condition was optimal for them, very dry, I've this week 45-50%... I've make an insecticide treatment. 💦 I vaporise soil 1 or 2 times per day with water + rhiso @PH 6 This start week Now, 200ml/plant each 2 days, I'll start nutes next week. June 22: morning foliar spray with Extreme Blend and FPJ made from cannabis tops and brown sugar. June 23: bit of a rough day today. I broke one ot the main stems this morning while trying to bend it a bit. It had grown to the point where I should be supercropping and not just using LST to get the 8 colas properly separated. Need to buy some proper floral tape and the only thing I could find in a hurry was clear packing tape. Not ideal but might still work. Or I’m down two colas. Also found a caterpillar in the act of munching on the leaves which mostly explains the minor leaf damage. Not a big deal and she is looking good for the solstice time of year. June 24: now have floral tape (great $5 grow tip) so I supercropped and taped the undamaged stem. This keeps all 8 grow tips at same height so one doesn’t take apical dominance. This way all should grow evenly. The broken stem looks like it will recover. Watered for first time since rain with molasses, Cal-Mag and Nature’s Source. June 25: morning foliar spray with FPJ and potassium silicate. Started another lazy compost tea in 5 gallon bucket. Two handfuls compost, molasses, Extreme Blend, kelp extract, bit of vinegar to get pH to about 7, and a bit of Dr Bronners peppermint soap to help solubilize things (surfactant or wetting agent). Also decided to add a handful of shredded coco coir to give the bacteria some media to grow on (“fiber”). Leave 24-36 h to incubate. June 26: looks good…used compost tea after 27C day. June 28: replaced clear plastic with floral tape. Five days to heal well enough to re-tape. Removed lower growth tips as part of the manifolding to focus growth on the 8 top spots for now.

Plants have recovered nice from their toppings.

Week 2 is cruising along, and the lady is looking strong and healthy 💪🏼. Feeding her the full Canna suite with the pH locked at 5.8 and watering every 3-4 days. Everything's on track with no major updates—next week, I'll kick off LST!

Que pasa familia, vamos con la quinta semana de floración de estas FBA2506 de FastBuds. De las 5 plantas, retiré una y me quede con 4 , preselección. La tierra que utilizamos que está en la publicación anterior es top crop all mix, Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2, regando cada 48 horas e intentando mantener la humedad en torno al 50 %. Las flores ya están progresando rápido y están cogiendo las 4 un tono morado bastante curioso. Los aromas por el momento dulces con tonos afrutados, como a gominolas o chicles. Un ejemplar sigue un poco sobrefertilizado, es la única con la que me corto para alimentar. Las próximas semanas vamos viendo cómo florecen, avanzan y terminan de madurar. Hallöchen 👋 die Damen sind 56 Tage alt und gehen in die 9 Woche! Für die purple banana wird es wohl die letzte Woche sein und bekommt nur noch Wasser! Das Riesen Banana Monster braucht noch !! So wie auch der rest im Zelt , anscheinend werden die beiden nicht so purple aber geil! Die Papayas legen nun auch richtig Los und seltsamerweise wird eine Papaya purple 😋. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur sind konstant für feste buds in dem Wachstumstadium der Mädels! Ansonsten machen das Equipment was es soll! Und Xpert Nutrients liefert einen perfekten Job! I love this plant. It's such a beautiful structure. Buds are fattening up really well. Seeds are also starting to be produced. Looks like the rest of the plant has become pollinated. Couldn't be happier.

Week 11 She fattened up in bud size and smell this week. Also a lot of leaves began to grow bigger so they catch a lot of sun. I kinda leave the plant alone for now, just maybe a bit of correcting LST and moving away fan leaves that are on top of buds (not cutting away). She is really a fat one and didn't expect her to do so great after topping her and LST-ing her to the maximum. She even broke a big side branche, but I managed to hold it together to the main cola with some small wire. The wound healed carefully and buds are doing just fine. Smell is getting really pungent with that classic sour smell that does me think of a critical kush. The smaller one is also beginning to smell really pungent, but it's not the same type of smell as the topped one. She smells more smoothly and fruity. They both are going into week 12, but I think harvest will be in week 13 or maybe even 14.

La culture c’est dans son ensemble bien passée. La critical+2.0 est une herbe plutôt facile à faire pousser. Je suis un peu déçu du rendement, mais je pense que cela ne provient pas de la génétique, mais plutôt de mon expérience qui demande à être améliorer encore. Et peu être aussi augmenter la puissance de la lampe pour obtenir des buds encore plus grosses. Je ferais un update pour le smoke review.

week intel: we getting close to end of ripening , this week i raised drought , Nitrogen and E.C stress by feeding them 2 times per week and raised e.c to 3 to cause real stress that will help increase terpenes production stresses : Nitrogen deficiency Stress by removing the fertilizers that has N in them Drought stress via removing one meal in week high E.C stress around 1.7 and the other feeding day 3.0 , 2 times a week feeding: no more Nitrogen i feed them 2 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster about 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a medium e.c stress. day 3 : no more feeding this day day 5 : i feed them very high dose of Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster around 1500 ppm - 3 e.c to cause high e.c stress guide of the week : be patient in the last weeks, never hurry for harvest because its the time of ripening in last 2 weeks you should let plants to do their work last weeks of ripening is the time to break the limits we should cause 3 stresses as i said above Nitrogen stress , Drought Stress , E.C Stress

Heute habe ich beschlossen, meinen ersten Anbauversuch durch Abschneiden der Pflanzen zu beenden. Obwohl es mein erster Grow war, konnte ich viel über diese faszinierende Pflanze lernen, auch wenn der Ertrag eher gering ausfiel. Ich habe keineswegs vor aufzugeben. Nach meinem Umzug und den damit verbundenen Veränderungen plane ich, erneut zu starten – diesmal mit einer besseren Ausrüstung und einem größeren Zelt, um mein neues Hobby weiter zu vertiefen. Ich bin wirklich dankbar für die Community, die ich hier gefunden habe, und bin beeindruckt von eurer Aktivität. Viele Grüße, Pascal.

I exceeded all of my expectations!!! Imagined I would get around 80g of bud when finished. During drying I lowered my weight expectations to 40-50g just by looking at the buds. So you can imagine the look on my face when the final weigh-in came up to 104g!!!! Buds not super dense but not fluffy either. Really happy considering it's my first grow and using only organic, slow release (cheap-ish) fertilisers as most of my budget went to the set-up. Looking forward to keep improving!!!! In two weeks I will update with a smoke report!!!
