Hello. There are 2 rental houses behind our property and I've been concerned in past years about being ripped off. So I thought a baby monitor would give me more of a secure feeling being able to monitor the greenhouse while eating meals and to have it on while I sleep. It has infrared red light for night vision but I don't know how that will affect the plants in the dark if I put right in the grow tent. The plant are growing great and getting heavy already and we still have 5 weeks to go. I found a large bud vertical yesterday when I walked in. So I had to spent a couple of hours tying up the bigger buds. I got 1/2 the table and I will do the other 1/2 today or tomorrow. I sprayed the soil with Spinosad again to get the spores into the soil so they can come in contact any insect larva and latch on and grow. I'm still waiting for the nematodes to arrive. I imagine the Bug Lady is very busy this time of year so it might be a few more weeks before I see them. I haven't seen any powdery mildew in the garden this year so far. These plants are supposed to be mold resistant anyway. We had a hot spell a few weeks ago and a temperature of over 40* C will kill the spores. But it's always good to keep these type of things in the back of your mind so you can be prepared when it happens. Till next week. Chuck.

I must apologize for the shitty incomplete diary. As I was getting into my stride a load of work came along that took me away from home for several months so I had some real issues finishing the diary.. The harvest was good. I had nearly 800g of flower at the chop which were all frosty chunky dense beasts. The terp profile at chop was a very stinky gassy smell which I would call diesel. Incredibly sticky and pungent. Really treated my extractor.. I had them dry for around 10 days hanging in a dark room with a temp of 19c and RH at 52%.. Thank you to Mrs Laritfor sending me these beans. The genetic is fantastic and very stable both my ants were the same pheno with plant 1 producing slightly smaller buds due to an unfortunate branch snapping incident early on. But the smaller buds were twice as dense ..Just lovely.

Week 3 of flowering is now complete, and I’m very happy with how the buds are looking so far – there’s definitely some real potential here! The next topdress will take place next Friday, marking the start of week 5. I’m currently dealing with quite high temperatures, reaching up to 30°C at times, but the humidity is holding steady at around 60%, which is helping to keep things in balance.

I ran into problems in the beginning but now I’m seeing my mistakes witch is a good thing because that means I’m learning… RDWC is definitely different then soil but I’m loving it. I also see now that I need to turn the center pot lids around so my plants aren’t going under the trellis support pole. Rookie mistakes.

🌱 30.07. - Day 8: Today marks the start of the second week of growth for my Fastberry plant, which is thriving. Currently, I water it every three days with 350-400 ml, tailored to its needs and the pot size. I'm planning to start fertilizing by the end of this week. I've noticed that I need to be careful not to get the leaves wet during watering, as the leaf color seems to lighten where water droplets touch. To prevent scorching, I've dimmed my lamp to 65%, ensuring gentle care for the young plant. 🌿 🌱 Update 01.08 - Day 10 🚨 Near Disaster with My Fastberry Plant! 🚨 A mishap occurred today when I was setting up yellow sticky traps to ward off pests like fungus gnats. While positioning one near the plant, it accidentally tipped over, tearing off a third of one leaf. 😢 Leaf Condition: The damaged leaf still looks okay. From what I’ve learned, it's best to leave it as long as it remains green. If it begins to yellow and wilt, I'll cut it off. 🍂 General Plant Growth: Overall, the Fastberry plant is doing well. The humidity is stable at around 65%, and the pH is at 7, which I'm currently adjusting to 6 using Biobizz pH Down. 💧 🌱 Update 04.08. - Day 13 The plant is flourishing! Today, I administered its first dose of BioBizz Grow (0.8 ml per liter, pH 6.3) and watered it with 400 ml. Hello again GD friends, This week was very well, I can see pistils all over de place and the bottom of the canopy was almost fully defoliated, so Day 37 - watered with 4L w/ 8 ml BG, BH, A-V, and 4ml of Biobloom Day 38 - I've turned on the superlumens mode of my ballast that never been used, but Lumatek says that encreases the light spectrum, will see. Day 41- I've noticed the plant a little bit sad and the pot very light, so I decided to encrease the quantity of water to half the pot's capacity and ferts accordingly. Going really well really happy with how the ladies have grown and how they are developing I seem to be getting taller plants back side of the tent I can only put this down to changing light to more powerful one but they all seem to be happy and doing great

We gave her a really good flush (we almost never do this btw), and a fresh top dressing of EWC and her color is starting to come back..new growth looks totally healthy.. really wish she wasn't flowering already but it is what it is.. I also decided to show off our Green Crack in the tote, we're planning to veg her for a long time and with luck fill an entire 4x4 tent..
