---11/23/24--- Day 18 from germination I noticed that the plants are picking up growth again, seemingly accelerating each day. The new growth seems healthy, and the main stems are thickening and becoming stronger each day! Unfortunately, my soil revealed itself to be under spider mite attack. I tried to remedy the issue by spraying some Captain Jack Neem Oil - will keep monitoring and re-applying as needed. Still feeding the plants plain, Ph balanced water. --11/20/24--- Day 15 from germination I transplanted the babies into a 5 gallon AC Infinity fabric pots, each filled with: * Moistened Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil * Several handfuls of perlite * Several handfuls of vermiculite * 1 tsp of Mycorrhizae towards the top 25% of the soil I watered the top of the soil around the plants with ~250ml of plain, 6.3 Ph water. Before the transplantation, I noticed some yellowing of the bottom leaves on 2 of the plants, paired with slowed growth the past couple of days. I suspect this was either due to a nitrogen deficiency (notice how the the roots look rootbound) or slight overwatering. Either way, the issue should resolve itself, as the new soil will provide breathing room + more nutrients. ---11/19/24--- Day 14 from germination I was going to transplant them into their 5 gallon fabric pots, however, I'm probably going to give them a couple more days to establish a more robust root system. I noticed a weak skunky smell coming from the Mamasita strain. It started around day 10 -ish. Water: Plain 6.5ph balanced water every 2 days. Light: 18/6 light cycle. Vivosun VS4000 @ 50% most of the time, sometimes increasing to 75%. Air: Clip-on fan set to 3/10 speed to constantly blow at the plants.

shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking

Everything looks really great. Flower has reallt taken hold here at the end of week 5. Ive started my flower hardener (mendocino avalanche) and they really have perked up. Im getting much slower dry out than i woukd like, next time more perlite in my bottom layer for sure. These larger pots (7.5 gallon) really take some dialing in but the plants love them for sure. I habe 6 inches of roots coming out of the bottom of all of them. Ill try to get a picture.

End of the third week of transition and the hot mess is rounding out nicely👌. We’ve got an extra pots worth of space freed up so we spread em out a little and tied the super tops back down again. Probably for the last time as we wait for em to bulk up through mid flower. Per the video - we kept as much foliage as we could and we’ll move to straight maintenance and pruning from here on out. What’s interesting is that every single one of these clones is perfectly healthy. This is in stark contrast to the mothers growing out seed in the tent next door. Half of those are showing deficiencies of some kind. A telling comparative between to different hydro methods. Coco is an imperfect method imo and every plant always seems to react a little differently. Dutchies, well…. They speak for themselves😉👌. I expect yield will be much heavier on this run than originally anticipated. This is the way👍. Background This cycle of clones represents all the potential of this F1 line of WalkerBerry OG. Bred by myself over the last couple of years. This genetic shows excellent hybrid vigour, incredibly stable nutrition requirements to date and an eclectic mix of long and short internodal spacing bu specimen. We know we have indica and sativa dominant traits spread evenly across the 6 available clones. Now it’s just a matter of seeing them run out under controlled and pollen free conditions. We’ve labelled each plant and it’s resulting seed accordingly. Once we get to the F2 run, we’ll hopefully be able to isolate down to 2-3 phenos if the bud is any good. From there, who knows. It’d be great to get to a finished, stable generation that would be fem worthy but that could be a very long way off. For now - we’ll focus on this line and see where it goes🤞🤞.

Back on track today is Day 35. In the past I have fed lightly I dont like burnt tips but with the variety of strains in this grow with the co2 I bumped it up a little. Some strains like the Polar Vortex 6 are much more sensitive than some others so it was unavoidable. Other than the tips they are all doing pretty well. The Cherry kush mints in the 4x8 in my eyes is clearly a beast it had the shortest veg time and caught up to most of the big girls. Also its development has been impressive with a unique terp profile at this stage. The sleeper is the garlicane 5. I've grown most of these once or twice before but with the upgrades and the co2 that one has developed nicely and looks like it will put on some serious weight. 5/28 Leaves are looking a lot better now that they have some room to spread themselves apart, no signs of furthering nutrient problems or overwatering issues. 5/29 Noticed what I'm pretty sure is a potassium deficiency. Freaked me out at first but the browning tips looks exactly like the picture I see online. It's not very widespread so I cut the effected leaves off, I'm hopeful it's residual effects of the insanely high ec. Regardless of the issues the plant is still growing really well and I was able to tie down a main branch around the entire pit almost except one area, but that ended up making it easier to water. 5/30 Potassium deficiency has spread a little but not much. Even though I watered till runoff yesterday (as I always try to do) the plant was dry and light today, so I watered her with nutrient solution at about 1.3 EC and runoff was about 2.2, little too high 6/1 Calcium toxicity. Shows as brown reddish spots and can present as potassium, manganese, iron etc deficiencies which is exactly what I've been seeing. There was quite a few leaves showing the blackish rust color so I cut them all and watered with nute solution at ~.72 EC. Will see if the problem continues to develop, however judging by the color of the growing shoots she is still growing quickly. 6/2 I found a couple of leaves that had evidence of damage but they were so hard to find I could very well have missed them the other days. I cut all effected leaves I could find off again, and will check tomorrow. Rearranged the plants a little to avoid this one from getting blasted by space heater. Untangled all growing shoots. 6/3 Found I think two or three effected leaves, mostly already effected leaves that I had just cut the currently effected blades off of the other days, and one leaf that looked too far damaged to be new damage but I will remain vigilant. Watered clean water, runoff ~1.75EC, almost where I want it.

Here we are, last week of feeding! She has been showing the first ambers begining of the week so I don't want to wait too long before harvest. Week 11 will be flush week. I really love this pheno; how it looks, smells and I hope tastes! The buds have nicely grown in size this last two week and trimming should be quite easy on this one! 😘 I realize I did't take global pics this week so next week before harvest I'll make plenty of them. But, I made a video attempt trying to film in macro and I already feel sorry for those of you that will get sick watching it... 😨 With this level of zoom it is so difficult to have a smooth travelling and no shaking, especially when you have to manually live focus. I will improve my skills for the harvest video!
