She’s getting bigger!

MY WEED SMELLS LIKE WEED. Filling the room, creeping through the apt, what a glorious time. No major smell worries where I am so I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. 😍 On to Backbuilding/Bud Tipping. (Shoot me any advice on this down below!) I experimented back mid-week with 3 tipped buds that had similar control buds side-by-side. After 4 days there is a noticeable difference in density and bud structure in the 3 tipped buds compared to the very fluffy and softer buds next to them. No overall size difference but the tipped buds are rock hard and filling in gaps down the cola compared to the untipped buds. A light squeeze on both a tipped bud and untipped will tell you the difference right there. Happy with the results after seeing them for myself and lucky enough to find this technique at the end of week 4, I tipped majority of the main colas on Danny and some larger buds on Arnold today. Which means I also get what OG growers call a "First Taste" once my tips dry out and cure for a few days. 😛 Other than tipping, I've just had to keep up with Arnold's feedings since lower leaves are still fading if I skip mineral nute feedings. Looks like they will be getting only PH Perfect and/or Molasses feedings until the final flush since they can't get enough food in the ProMix medium. I've still had constant defoliation during to avoid leaf overlap and light blockage. Since I'm now entering week 5 of flower I'll have to get it where I want in the next couple days and go hands off for the last month or so. Thanks for checking out my grow! Follow along as we're getting to the good part and I'll update again this week once the tipping sets in 💪 MID-WEEK UPDATE: Random Heat/Humidity wave in Southern Ontario so I'm keeping a close eye on the buds after dark periods. Keeping air moving well so far so hopefully I can avoid mold/mildew in last few weeks. Twins are looking good. Arnold still super hungry so I've upped the nutes a tad and skipped plain water feeding until the flush. Just fed them PH Perfect/Molasses cocktail. Big Arnold on the right is definitely rootbound by how the water is draining so I'm looking at a lower yield from the right plant. I get run off from small Danny during a regular feed but takes a lot more to get any from Arnold and I don't want to overwater in this random heat/humidity wave. The Backbuilding/BudTipping is working like a charm. The tipped buds are filling down and way more dense than the untipped. Popped the SoundLink in the tent today to give the twins some music while I go about my business. Had another nice week. The fastbuds have started to flower already!! One is real squatty and the other one is look real nice. The deep Purple is taking off. Been pinning it down to train the big one and is looking awesome. This strain really loves the super soil. Having a blast so far 👍

Last week transplanted the plants to their final containers. Approx 12L and 17L fabric pots. Did my best to transplant without disturbing the roots, by first placing the small container in the new container to make an hole in the dirt. And then cutting apart the small container instead of pulling out the plant. Then just fitting the root-ball into the already made hole. Root development looked pretty good when I did the transplant. Transplanted into a rather well-fertilized soil. Don't plan on fertilizing these plants during the whole grow unless I otherwise see a reason to. Also started LST last week, bending the plants somewhat extreme, but they're taking it just fine. Water here is rather alkaline, so I'm starting to control the PH of the water now. There's a clear skunk smell that started last week as well, but only when the tent has been opened. Still, it doesn't take much time to notice if you stick your head in the tent. And this is already starting in Week 2 of veg! So the charcoal filter is set up. Pretty happy with the development so far, although I've still been seeing some thrips. If they're not completely gone by next week, might end up mixing some of the spinosad into the water so the plants absorb it. Day 16 - Cut off one of the lower fan leaves on both plants. It was blocking the other nodes from receiving much light. I am already able to start noticing mandarin/tangerine undertones in the smell when I've handled the plants.

Looks super frosty and her resin is super sticky hate when they say you can't get the best quality organically. It's the same way around. Purest aromas,finest flavors,love to grow with nature and love this genetic by original sensible seeds 🤤🔝💎🍪

2 of my Blueberries were root bound one more than the other.. i transplanted them into soil in a bigger pot. I Have a bunch of strains going on but one vegging mother soon ready to get in under the CFL. Loving the HPS tho wont go back to LED any time soon. Feeding with CANNA terra nute line and using the last Bud candy and big bud from Advanced Nutrients before going full canna. The monster crop was a succes but it took long before shooting. Hope my other clone will do better. I have a very healthy strawberry banana that will be my motherplant as well as a sweet valley kush that are just a seedling now. I am very happy with the HPS from phillips it work wonder in my oppinion :) I started 12/12 as well this week

Plant ready to be harvested in 1,5 - 2 weeks so I stopped feeding it with nutrients. The flowers got bigger and much more sticky. The smell became very strong.

Small plant but she taste like sweet haze

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

have not gave any nute will give first feeding on the next watering when i transplant to 3 gallon pot i gave about 4 oz of water today on 5/10/24 i transplanted from the lil pots to 3 gallon pots i amended my soil pro mix organic premium with 1 cup of fox farm happy from all purpose and 4 tbs of bone meal

Didnt do an update last week because i was on vacation, the plants are doing great tho!! Lovely colours and great smell. They are extremely sticky :D Thinking of harvesting next week, toughts? Thanks for reading and happy growing!

Welcome to week 11 I feel like I may be out of the woods as far as worry is about pollination so far she shows no signs of being pollinated. I have continued with my LST scrogging in order to keep the canopy even and not let it get too high I don't want to keep the distance from the light. Other than that she shows no deficiencies and is growing very nicely if a little slow LOL

i removed a bit of half dead leaves from plant 1 at the start of the week and i have been flushing both plants since thursday, they both will go into extended darkness this coming wednesday

No added nutrients in flower let’s see how she does…so far the bus structure is looking good the colors are excellent.

I’m really happy with this grow. The Fanta RBX has the most orangey/mandarin aroma i’ve ever smelled. The citradellic also has a great citrus aroma, but I can’t really point to a specific smell other than citrusy. Humidity has gotten a bit better since I started intaking air directly from outside. Temperatures outside have also been very hot (which helps a lot with humidity) so the AC is staying on 24/7 from this point onwards 😭. I will probably start giving ripening nutes from next week, up to week 8, and push these ladies to produce some larger and more resinous buds. Cya next week!

Week 2 is in the books for the Blueberry Pie! She's done stretching it seems and is now gonna start to pack on the weight. I'm really excited to see how this strain flowers. I defoliated a ton so theres plenty of light penetration throughout the canopy. Tons of buds sights even through I wasn't able to trellis this grow. Going for quality not quantity this time. Staying on the light side with the nutrients. These next few weeks will be fun to watch and see the progress.

🌱 Terminando la semana 4 y las plantas se ven vigorosas 💪 Después del trasplante, las niñas se han mostrado bastante fuertes y adaptándose muy bien al cambio. Se nota que el trabajo previo dio resultado. Detecté una pequeña carencia de nitrógeno, así que en el próximo riego voy a incorporar unos mililitros extra de Bio Grow para corregirlo. Por ahora, todo marcha excelente y las plantas están respondiendo de maravilla. 🌿 Dato útil: Unos días antes del trasplante (semana 3), a las macetas de 11 litros les apliqué al menos 1 litro de agua con una dosis mínima de Root Juice. Esto fue para preparar y humedecer el sustrato, lo que facilitó mucho el trasplante y evitó la necesidad de regar en exceso esta semana. ¡Seguimos dándole con cariño y atención al cultivo! 🌞🌱
