Mexican Joker Cannabiogen seeds Purple Mexican 21st August 2020 This is a seed that took ages to germinate , but looks quite healthy now 😎 I'll be growing it 12/12 from Seed and with my 100% Organic soil mix I'm not expecting to get lots of weed, for me it's pretty much just a quick run to sample the genetics before deciding what to grow this summer. Also I'll be extremely busy moving Houses halfway across the state and all of my grows may get neglected for a few days here and there whilst that happens. Massive PH swings are now levelling out. Using Organic Alaskan Bloom to lower the PH instead of the huge amount of PH Down it usually take. Needs less (about 5-10 ml) to lower the PH back to 5.7 from 6.4. BHB2 is more Sativa in appearance but is going to finish about 1-2 weeks ahead of BHB1 which is more indica like. (Appearances can be deceiving!). Have already flushed BHB2 for 24 hours with fresh RO water, replaced half with fresh then added GHE Bloom, Micro, CalMag, then the organics (Hygrozyme, Tarantula, Microbe Tea *Formula below.) Will do a final three day RO water flush when all the trichomes are cloudy (My fave harvest. More 'up') and about 10% amber. Am not worrying about PPM or EC at the moment. The microbes and organics are kind of messing with it. Had a potassium deficiency in BHB1. Treated with more GHE Bloom. Seems ok now. 10/20 Day 86. Not really sure when to chop right now. I was hoping for a nice fade with some reds and purples but maybe it just won’t happen. Everything looks and smells great though. 10/24 Day 90. Finally getting some more leaf fade to go along with the trichs getting more cloudy. There’s still some clear trichomes in the mix so I’ll keep going a few more days, but at least I’m finally getting some signs she’s close.

Hello,,, semaine 7 de croissance. Juste un peu de défoliation sur les parties basses, j’ai enlevé les jeunes branches qui ne sont pas à la lumière pour que la plantes puissent se concentrer sur les partie hautes. Cela a aussi pour effet de refaire baisser l’humidité ambiante. Je continue tranquillement le scrog pour obtenir une canopé bien homogène. Voilà pour cette semaine. Happy grow...😎

10-weeks of flowering, let hang dried for 7days, then into C-Valet containers @ 62% Rh for 6 weeks.

I flowered during a heatwave so lights were dimmed a half week.. other then that everything was good. Humidity was between 45-60% all way trough flower. I really love this pheno smells very blueberry

On week 5 of actual flowering the plants are coming along nicely and HSC GSC is looking the best so far but its still early :) WW is slow to start flowering just small amount of pistils so far small buds looks more like week 3 or 4 as far as flowering progression.

11/12: day 35 of flower. final defoliation - just on autopilot now. These ladies should now be moving on to that last stretch of maturity. And so I did a final defoliation. The dramatic differences between all 4 of these is interesting to say the least. #4 is probably my favorite pf the group. It is so frosty compared to the other 3 and its not even close. #1 is the monster of the bunch with #3 close behind it. Both of those plants have grown monster buds considering I'm only in week 5-6. #2 is just a disappointment all together. It is small, has produced only small popcorn nugs. They all now smell very strongly of sweet lemon chemicals/fuel. The smells dramatically changed this week and im hoping it gets even more smelly. I am still very frustrated with the lack of purple. So much so that i am considering tossing all of the clones i have for these cause i dont yet see a reason to keep a mother. I was after the purple and lemon. I have lots of green lemon smelling seeds that i already know love the bud from. I am looking forward to the next week as these start to finish up.

WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started. OK, so we started the 6th week and the plant is showing some growing signals. It's impressive how a plant that looks really bad, can actually keep growing and developing itself. This week I've started to see some development on bud zone/spot, and I believe that even making some mistakes ate the beginning, I'll be able to taste some buds from this little girl.
