During week 14 all my 'Fruity Terp'-ladies are continuing to flower and develop bigger and bigger buds. I have raised the EC-value in my 'FLEXITANK'-reservoir to 1,8 by adding more BIO NOVA nutrients. Now in full flowering my babies get VITASOL added to their other nutrients and THEY LOVE IT. The plants have a nice healthy dark green color, except one plant of THE PURPS from BC-BUD-Depot. This beauty is PURPLE as hell, she has purple colored leaves as well as buds! You can clearly see her in the pics...lol 👊😎 The plants exude a very fruity smell now, which is DELICIOUS! My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-lamps are running on FULL POWER and do excellent in nurturing my trichome production! I SIMPLY LOVE THEM! The super-cropped plant of Strawberry Sour Diesel from DevilHarvestOriginal is doing well, she has a main-stem that is angled at 90 degrees now (see in pics). This way the buds will turn towards the light and can continue to grow in opposite to a topped plant.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week, the Glueberry OG Auto is finally in full blown flower at week 8 and I believe her vertical growth is just about done at 36" which is about perfect for this setup. She may grow a couple more inches but I'm hoping not too much because I have about 16" between her and the light. She is getting straight flower nutrients now as I transitioned her slowly over this past week. She is now feeding on silica, cal mag, and GH maxibloom. I will start to add some GH PK booster later this week slowly. I use GH KoolBloom to boost the PK of the maxibloom and continue with that mixture until I start to flush her around 4-5 days before harvest. I also have the Medic Grow Spectrum X set at 100% in the F1 Flower cycle, and I am now up to 90 minutes per day of UV/IR before lights off. My PH meter got a little crazy this week, but I think I caught it in time as I didn't really see any spots on the lower leaves. If I suspect my meter is off, I just test some of my well water because it has been steady at 6.3 since I moved in like 10 years ago. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. Yesterday was a pH neutral watering with day temp around 77 -80 degrees, humidity is usually around 55-70%. I did raise the lights again and they are currently 25.5 inches away from plants (will change lights with next grow). Faced some challenges with these little gnats (seen about 3or so) but rid them with some packing tape hanging in various places which seems to do the trick. Right now they're fresh air venting and do so for a few hours every other few days or so. They have a slight smell but nothing strong or potent! Have noticed that the Epsom salt mixture have made the leaves greener and the stalks stronger so if your looking for a natural way to beef up and feed try 2tlbsp of Epsom salt in a gallon of water and spray the ladies.

Week 5 and they're popping now

Heyo growmies! The smell is so potent, i have only grown 4 strains to this point, but this plant seriously knocks all others out of the park when it comes to smell, this is not a strain you put in your backyard without upsetting some neighbours. following last week's EC observation I have lowered my nutrients down to 1.8 ec, keeping the same amount of green sensation. I'll be monitoring the reservoir in any case, there is currently no sign of nutrient lockouts or deficiencies. the only issue I see one or two colas are starting to show some early signs of light stress, So once again I'm faced with a decision, do i turn down light intensity, making the lower canopy suffer, do i leave it and have a few foxtail buds and burnt fan leaves or, do I hst the colas that are getting too close. That's an issue I would like to be moot in future grows, I want to get good enough at training that I can have a completely even canopy. in the middle of the week, when changing out the reservoir, I noticed some buds are starting to show some colors, nothing impressive, just the tips of calyxes and fan leaves turning purple, still, I love the way her flowers look. she's very slow to finish and I cannot wait to see the end result. I am making good progress on my veg closet, i'll now have space for a mother plant,so my hunt for a strain and pheno i love can begin! I will be starting another diary featuring Zamnesia genetics next time, I want to bulk up my stash so i've germinated 2 Runtz and 1 Wedding Cake Automatic. I will move the Timelapse to that grow, it's more interesting to see small plants grow rather than an old girl bulk up her buds. Stay safe and keep growing✊

End of Week 4 Trying to make sure the soil stays nice and moist to keep the microbes happy and letting the top 3 cm of the topsoil dry before each watering. . Turned the wattage up on my ballasts to 600W each. The ladies have gained some strength and they can handle the extra wattage. I also performed LST by tucking fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the bud sites also used some tie downs and topped here and there whilst keeping the stress at a minimal.

Day 127. Chop day !!! Think two weeks would be perfect for them to finish up, but 17 autos waiting in veg/dry room and I go for holidays, nobody will invest time like me, so simple watering left for Auto grow without training, my friend will cover this easy task for me. Happy Growing !!!

Haven't been remembering to post weekly updates! Everything is going great the auto flower girls are budding nicely and the other ladies are starting to flower nicely I'm giving alternating nutrients using a few different fox farm nutrient feed charts with my own take on them from notes an suggestions. This is the part that is so enjoyable but so stressful!

Going well

This week I decided to introduce nutrition. I am new to this so i went for organic (from what I've read) bio bizz and is also readily available at my local grow shop thankfully haha my first run so I halved the recommended amounts more or less as I didn't was to burn the plants as they are still young.

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Grow diary 11 stage 5 Days 41-50 During the week she had some training and I removed the damaged leaves. The whole grow has suffered from me not getting the watering schedule sorted. She has been in flower for about a week now, this one has stretched more then some of the other strains. Think this one will bounce back.

Week 18 (30-6 tm 5-7) 30-6 Temperatuur: 31.4 graden (licht aan) 22.5 graden (licht uit) Luchtvochtigheid: 69% (hoogste) 50% (laagste) Ik heb de trichomen bekeken en heb besloten haar nog een dagje langer laten staan. Watergift: Geen. 1-7 Vandaag heb ik de trichomen opnieuw bekeken en die zien er goed uit! Veel cloudy en best wel wat amber. Ik hou echt van deze trichome foto's, echt mind blowing hoe dat er uit ziet! Dus vandaag gaat de schaar er in! 2-7 Ik heb besloten om een wet trim te doen zodat als ze droog is ze gelijk in de cure pot kan. Geloof het of niet, maar ik ben wel 12 uur lang bezig geweest om alles te knippen 😅 Op 1-7 ben ik in de middag begonnen en in de vroege ochtend van 2-7 was ik klaar. Het natte gewicht van de buds is 283 gram, en het natte gewicht van de trim is 61 gram. Ik ben nu al super tevreden met het gewicht! Dit is meer dan het dubbele aan gewicht vergeleken met mijn eerste grow. De buds zien er ook echt mooi uit. Ik schat dat het tussen de 50 en 75 gram droog gaat zijn. Ik ben benieuwd, nu een paar dagen drogen! Droogtent: Temperatuur: 23.4 graden (hoogste) 21.2 graden (laagste) Luchtvochtigheid: 59% (hoogste) 42% (laagste) 3-7 Droogtent: Temperatuur: 23.2 graden (hoogste) 21.5 graden (laagste) Luchtvochtigheid: 50% (hoogste) 41% (laagste) 4-7 Droogtent: Temperatuur: 23.1 graden (hoogste) 22.1 graden (laagste) Luchtvochtigheid: 53% (hoogste) 46% (laagste) 5-7 Na 3 dagen is ze droog genoeg om te curen. Wel heb ik iets te lang gewacht want de LV in de jar geeft nu 57% aan. Ik hoop dat dit over een dag wat om hoog gaat. Nu een paar weken curen en dan kom ik met de rook verslag 😁 Ik zal binnenkort ook even berekenen wat de gram per watt is, aangezien ik de lamp niet de gehele grow op 100% had staan. Het droge gewicht van de buds is precies 75 gram, en het droge gewicht van de trim is 19 gram. Samen maakt dat 94 gram! (De trim gebruik ik om een CBD cake of bubble hasj te maken) Ik wil iedereen bedanken voor het volgen van dit avontuur! Tot de volgende keer!
