D99/FD73 - Lost a couple of tops to the rampant rot that hit the tent. Got them out quick though. Had one day, after the sulfur burn where even though the fan was switched on, it didn't actually go on so humidity got up to the 70's-90's and a few corner pieces got the cheese. They had breathed 5L of water into the tent so it got a bit wet in there!!! like lying water in the tent!!! Have moved to the Dragon Force now to try and get these chopped by next week! Too many big buds in there to risk any more issues or failures!!! Been a big learning lesson this run!!! Nothing else on this week to report. Happy growing all!!! 💪

All right guys here we go today is day 47 and she has grown a couple inches in the last week but she has now transferred her energy into stacking.. I will say this plant is showing a lot of ruderalis traits I'm not expecting it to be the strongest smoke trichome production is at a minimal but the end result can be great who knows time will tell.. big thanks to Sensible Seeds for the opportunity to grow this girl and if you guys are looking for great seeds huge huge variety of over a couple thousand strains if not a few thousand and have great deals on bulk seeds name brand breeders too.. Hey! At last the day of the harvest arrived. Before that, I stopped watering the plant 4 days ago, and turned off the lights 2 days ago. As for questionable techniques, I adhere to the principle - if it doesn’t get worse, why not try?😄 So, I put the harvested crop in a dark ventilated box, for about 10 days, I will observe. p.s. Welcome to my diary for The Seedsman Tiny Pot Contest I was left with two difficult tasks. Firstly, what the hell am I going to grow in? It has to be something unique! Can't just be any ordinary small pot..... Secondly, what am I going to grow in it? It also has to be unique! Can't be just any ordinary pot..... The first obvious choice to me was a photoperiod. Since we are dealing with a micro root system, I would be able to train it like a Bonsai. As the roots get big, it would be easy to cut and maintain the root system before flower. Less chance of root bound and the plant would grow according to its environment. Then I said fuck it..... and chose an autoflower. It's a contest and I love a challenge! I landed on Oasis Genetics Auto Crystal Widow and a little hippo named Herbie! Herbie holds 0.081 gallons of soil. I'm hoping with a 12/12 light schedule it will keep the roots from getting out of control. Wish me luck!! GERMINATION: Day 1, dropped seed in small glass of water. After 12-18 hours the seed will be transferred to a wet paper towel until taproot forms. End of Day 4 taproot had reached 3/4" and it was time for soil.

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Hey guys . A wonderful week goes by with a super growth :-). After I topped it for the first time last week, it recovered very quickly and showed great growth. I don't think I will use topping again on the lady because I should slowly blossom with a few other women :-) think it will be ready in the next 7-14 days for Flowering 👍. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). The tent was cleaned and the health of all women was checked :-). After the photos she was sprayed again with neem oil so that the last little tripse disappeared. Even if you can't see any more trips I will spray it one last time next week to make sure :-). Base nutrients were reduced and PK 13/14 increased. So far she seems to take the change well. The buds keep swelling and are already rock-hard.

She's growing strong in her first week. I think she'll be ready for topping in her second week. I'm keeping the humidity high to compensate for the high temperature during this sensitive seedling phase. To give her the best start and prepare her for topping, I'm also balancing her water acidity to about 6.5.

So we got some very bushy plants. I topped them three times and trained them sideways and the plant focused it's energy on growing out sideways.

Lost of changes these last few weeks in addition to changing the light position and duration I back off the feeding and giving both jst purified water. Did a flush today since their looking close to home plate. Had to do a heavy defoliation with some of the leaves on both plants. It looked like some mold developed but after cleaning the tent and letting the girls get bone dry to avoid it’s return everything is a go! It’s been a exciting and knowledgeable grow
