Week 4 of flowering 10/9/24 Defoliated plants. Watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff) hand watering to full saturation of the media with 20% runoff at the end of the week. Checking runoff EC every 3 days. Lights now at max height and 90% power. Cheap AliExpress exhaust fan timer broke. Humidity rose up to 99% inside the grow tent, but fans kept circulating the air. After noticing, immediately turned on the dehumidifier to 40% RH with extra fan pointing on the canopy to max. hopefully no herm problems and mold issues. Adding 2.5ml/gal of H2O2 (35%) to the reservoir to keep bacteria away.

The ladies are coming along very nice. I had to defoiliate them once cause they blew up and I needed the lower branches to get the light. Now it's time to start training these girls. Some but not all will be trained. I'm so pleased with the outcome so far. The banana blaze is super easy to grow as well as the Colorado Cookies. They are on their stretch mode now. Let's see what next brings me. 🌿💚🍌🍪💭

My good friend convinced me that trimming and training are paramount, so I've started with slowly defoliating the Creme de la Chems to try and get to lollipop status. They're just starting to flower, so I figured I could get away with a more aggressive approach. Because I failed to train these girls early, I'm stuck dealing with a little rain forest. What I've tried to do is trace each flower topped stalk up from the base, and trim away from the bottom up. 1/3 of the way up per day. I've now got a thick canopy, and I've been trying to just use leaf tucking and manual manipulation every few hours in order to keep the different height flowering sites in direct light. These ladies have really been thriving, and it's been such a joy to watch them grow! I like having two plants in one net pot letting them grow wild, but I think in my next grow I'll keep it to one per pot and train better from the start. As for the Super Orange Haze ... not as good. I attempted to pull the main branch over to train her to some empty space, but I was too aggressive and ended up popping her head off :(. First grow, first disaster. I took the head and stripped her/coated in clonex and pushed her into some potting soil just to see what would happen. There hasn't been enough foliage to really make me want to do any trimming, I've just tried to tie the stalks off to train them apart. I'm really sad about my mistake decapitation, but she seems to be doing well still. She's probably week 2 of flower based on others' journals. I changed the water midway through the week (which is when the videos were taken). I drained most of the water out, but roots prevented me from getting the last few gallons. When I refilled the res with RO, I measured the PPM at around 200. I have to assume that remaining nutrient was completely unbalanced leftovers, so feeding will have to just have to be experimental. My approach has been to give around 1:1 Gro vs Bloom and Micro every 2-3 days when I refill with RO. I want to build my PPM up to 1000, but slowly so that I can detect if I hit a ceiling first. It's hard to measure how much food is in the water based on PPM. CalMag is what drives it mostly, so I've been using CalMag as a sort of measuring stick. I keep the CalMag pegged to the Bloom food, but I know it's only good for initial dosing. I can't assume the plants are eating CalMag in the same proportion as anything else :(. If anyone has a line on cheap lab testing ... hit me up. I'd love to be able to test a few hundred samples at a time for NPK and trace so that I can tell (even if post facto) what was going on.

Día 77 y final para esta Wedding Glue que ha brindado unos frutos hermosos!. Manicura y cosecha para posteriormente secar y curar estas densas y rocosas flores bañadas en brillantes tricomas, fragancias dulces tipo torta cubren todo el ambiente y una pegajosa capa de resina me impide abrir mis tijeras con facilidad, realmente una sabrosa cosecha! Volveré después del curado para dar un informe de cosecha detallado. Buenos Humos! 👽

Viernes 15 de marzo 11:47 pm 2024, ya que abrieron bien se pone bajo lámpara 100w a 30 cm de distancia, tienen domo protector! El lunes en la nueva semana subimos el avance, hasta el Lunes... Sábado 16 de marzo 2024, de las 3 semillas la 1 ya abrió completamente, 2 y 3 están por abrir completamente.

Plant starts to change colours , trichomes start changing from clear to cloudy . I am checking the development every 3 Days , looking in top , middle and bottom , to get a good avg. result . Overall I want like 5-10% Clear ones , 70-90% cloudy ones and around 5-10% amber ones , this wont be achieved perfectly in every layer , but gives me a little more variety in the effect later on. I do sort them when I put them in jars or curing bags. I flush with around 2-3l with a little top max acti vera and heaven like 1-2ml per l on the first flush with like 10 % runoff , after like 2 Days i went with clear water aiming for very little run off . Also cleaning my pot with a pump sprayer to get salts and used fertilizer out of it . I think the plant has another 1-2 weeks to go .

I have been given the same care of its companies and, in addition to the soils, already awarded for the other two and a super soil created by me, I give them molasses, for about 5ml in 1,5l h2o .. Later I spoiled it a little with a dessert based on fruit created by macerating peal of organic banana (x 10 days) previously dried ...and today, Friday 27th, I finely chopped a bit of barley malt and I made a top dressing, wetting with water in mix with 3ml topmax for 3l h2o, to increase the malt action .. for more information on other, I refer you to the diary of the two without this type of SS, where I also wrote a more detailed review on light, etc. all ... "the only "difference lies in the substratum ... this is a super soil mixture, which I have been trying recently, but which worked great with other plants .... Hello friends In the last week I have reduced the growth fertilizer by half because there were signs of excess nitrogen. The flowers of one plant look really good and smell great but I feel that the other plant will not yield the same quality. Both are of the same breed from FASTBUDS but behave and look different. Hopefully the other flower will also be able to produce beautiful and oily flowers. I'm a little apprehensive about the appearance of the leaves and can't figure out why they change color and is it because they're nearing the end.

It's been awhile since my last update. I was having major problems with another grow and neglected my updates on this one. I've got another week or 2 left most likely. The purple is just starting to come in now. I had some spider mites a few weeks ago, but Dr zymes was able to take care of them for long enough until harvest. Some tall and fat colas are starting. Should get a decent yield considering the awkward 1x3 grow space. I took a monster crop clipping about a week ago that has rooted. My plan is to grow one of these in a 3x3 scrog for my next grow.

When you enter your dry room and see such tooth picks - you harvested TOO EARLY !!!!! ;))) I kinda knew it, but still such sad picture ... Couple more days and dry result will show it all. Day 53 of flower today. I filled the reservoir from empty and stopped using the macro. I replaced it with General hydroponics Ripen at 5ml a gallon. Everything is frosty and smells good. As far looks I like the RC the best and the PE the least. I'm going to end up with a sheet ton of it out of the 3 so I hope I'm wrong! 😆 I'm going to do a lower defoliation mid week to get more air flowing. RH is stable but I just want to be careful 🧐 being this close to the finish line. This is definitely one of the easiest runs I've had. It seems PE is pretty maxed when it comes to nutrition but LMC and RC could take a bit more. My PE phenotype is super stretchy compared to them as well.
