Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. It is this dedication to their customer base that made this company have a fanbase... Yes, a fanbase with a website and a wiki. Lineage: Chem Sis x Chocolate Diesel x Sour Dubb Popularity: Extremely Popular Flavor/Aroma Profile: Chocolate, Earthy, Fuel Yield: 400 g/m2 Stress Tolerance: High resistance to disease Potency: 24% THC Flowering time: 58 - 63 days The Soil: Those who saw my Monstercropped Gelato #33 grow (you should see it if you didn't, I'm so proud of that grow), know about my super soil and organic nutrients/ permaculture tea combo that starred in my previous diary. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! 🍓 Strawberry Gorilla RF3 Auto – Week 3 Update Week 3 is in the books and everything is going according to plan! 🌱 Strawberry Gorilla RF3 is showing strong, healthy growth with a compact structure and plenty of side branching developing. The canopy is filling out nicely, leaves are a healthy green, and the plant is responding well to the environment. No major issues so far, just steady growth and vigorous development. I’ve continued focusing on keeping the conditions stable, and the plant seems to be loving it. Looking forward to seeing the stretch begin soon and watching this lady really take off over the next couple of weeks. -A light feeding done at half strength done - some defoliation done - tlc Fast Buds genetics are showing their quality once again, and I’m excited to see what this beast can do in flower. 🍓🦍❄️

Hey Growers, Day 1 of Week 10 Two ladys harvested today you can see in fotos how they look in my opinion Amazing Hahah (but im the father lol). Purple one its like a mix of exótic fruits The orange one its like a a cream of a fruit. Both seens very sweet!! Soon i Will share strains!! The another two ladys more sativas i think , looks like they need around more 10 days lets us see. The taller one smeels like gasy citrus, And the another one its a mix of strwaberry And another touch that I dont discover yet. Thank you all. Nice week 4 everybody!! _GrF_

Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

I have purchased the entire lineup of Front Row AG after seeing it on a commercial level with great success…freakin great success! This week everything was transplanted to their final pots. I will change some things next run, but I already had 5 galling fabrics pots so this is where I’m at. I made homemade drip rings out of 1/2 inch tube. Each tube had 1/8 inch holes drilled into the bottom of it. They will be controlled by their own shut off valves individually. This is also because I’m using the last of a bunch of stuff. Some pots are pure coco, some coco/perlite, and 1 pot of promix hp. Because they will all take water at different rates, and I have an automatic water system, shutoff’s will be used to control the amount of water when the pumps turned on. This seems like a lot but I had everything on hand. Next run will be rockwool slabs and double the plants. Lights are only running at 30% 250ppfd at the top of the plants. Hi everyone ! it's the end, a bit sad for these ladies, but happy to taste my own production and i hope i can be self sufficient i learn a lot from this first experience, and i want to thanks all people who support me 🙏. I have a goal for the next session, keep a healthy plant / root system until the end 💪 thanks for all the advices. if i can leave a feedback and some advice for my next grow and for people who are interested by this method : - NEVER use a (too big ) rigid frame if you can't walk around your plant. you need full access to remove leaf, cut some branch, etc ... and check plant/root health during the whole session. - For NFT Setup, Change the nutrient solution frequently and if you are a beginner and don't know how to keep a healthy system, Don't take risk ! and change the solution each week or 10 day MAX, "you are not a wizard Harry !" - Oxygen is life ! Oxygen is life ! Oxygen is life ! Oxygen is life ! Oxygen is life ! I will have to make sure I watch that on all my future grows. I prayerful that this week will get me fully back on track, in my previous grows using my chart, I haven't had any issues during this week, so again prayerful that this is the week I am back on point. 3/5/2023 Week 3- Day 2 of Veg (Day 32 overall) ROOT ROT!!! I guess from when I drowned it I caused a lurking issue that really showed it's head today. The roots were looking not slightly bleached but looking black. I cut out what looked dead and I had to run to the local Hydro shop to pick up some items to see if I can fix it and strengthen the plants. I picked up Mammoth Silica, ORCA, and ROOT Drip. I recently saw a comparison of the different weight papers against a several hundred dollar Apage PPFD detector and with the right paper it was almost exact readings. With that my PPFD 355. 3/6/2023 Week 3- Day 3 of Veg (Day 33 overall) Still alive!! #2 and #3 are still alive and it looks like no further damage to any of the leaves. #2 needed 1 node topped. I will keep monitoring day to day. 3/7/2023 Week 3- Day 3 of Veg (Day 34 overall) Well Both appear to be doing all right. I cut off the offensive leaves from #3 nothing new on shown on the leaves. I actually needed to top 1 node on #2. PH is stable, Temps are stable.. I will be changing out the water and Nutes on Saturday not waiting the 2 weeks. 3/8/2023 Week 3- Day 4 of Veg (Day 35 overall) Well Both appear to be doing all right. Nothing new on the leaves at all. So I think the trio that I added is helping. The plants also seem to be in raised happy position going towards the light. I still plan to change the water on Saturday and go from there. 3/10/2023 Week 3- Day 6 of Veg (Day 37 overall) Moved the light up to 41 1/2" so 3' 4 1/2" away from the top of the Plants. PPFD= 363 Power on my Light =62.5 Water Temp is holding steady=70.3 PPM= 534 PH= 5.92 Tent Temp= 72.5 Humidity= 50-60% I have 2 humidifiers running on INK Bird controllers monitoring it 24/7. I will be changing out the water tomorrow even though I could let it go an extra week but I am still concerned that the Root Rot is clearing up and I don't want to risk it coming back. I want fresh Nutes/ water in the tanks. I topped 2 nodes on #3 I topped 3 Nodes on #2 I also cleaned out some of the bottom third portion that isn't getting much light and not much growth at all. #2: 8 1/2" tall, 18" Wide #3: 7 1/2" Tall, 15" Wide

Aggiornamento: Ieri sera ho effettuato topping su tutte e tre le piantine, in giornata inizierò LST per riuscire ad esporre il più possibile alla luce le foglie tra gli internodi! Ultimo aggiornamento: Ormai e quasi finita anche la 3°settimana, ho iniziato LST da un paio di giorni, ho notato che le prime foglioline presentano delle piccole macchie marroni ma credo che sia normale considerando che si tratta delle foglie più vecchie.. Per il resto le piantine sembrano in ottima salute!💪

Es ist das erste Mal, das ich Töpfe für den Outdoor grow verwende, bisher waren alle Gorilla grows und direkt in die Erde gepflanzt. Sobald die Witterung es zuläßt, sollen die Pflanzen an die frische Luft. Es ist schon eine Weile her, das der Grow losging, die Bilder sind jetzt aktuell. Tag 211: Für heute waren 20°C vorhergesagt, tatsächlich steckt die Sonne hinter dickem Hochnebel und es sind gerade mal 14°C. Heute Nacht geht's mit 2 °C Richtung Gefrierpunkt. Alle drei Ladies purpeln im Laub. Sie bekommen nur noch pures Brunnenwasser. Der abgebrochene Ast der Special Kush ist wieder komplett angewachsen. Tag 215: Endlich mal wieder ein Sonnentag, Die Power Flower fem. hat sehr schöne Farben bekommen. Tag 217: Auch heute hat es wieder bis nach Mittag gedauert, bis der Nebel weg war. In der Sonne kommen die Farben der drei Großen voll zur Geltung und die Trichome glitzern um die Wette. Wenn's dir gefallen hat, schau wieder vorbei ✌️😎
