Week 6 Veg Their last full week in the veg tent before they'll be flipped to flower. The Surf Purp siblings are looking very healthy and showing different traits and structures allround. I'm thinking #3 could be a man as it's growing quicker and taller than the rest. It's not a reliable way of sexing, and could still be female so until we see it's flowers, we won't know for sure. Remo Micro and Grow have been increased, along with MagNifiCal to see how they react. By the end of the week they seem to be in perfect health. I regularly move them around the tent and turn them daily to ensure the entire plant gets an even amount of light, promoting even growth from all of them. This is to ensure each plant keeps a level canopy and doesn't start to lean to one side when growing towards the light. Looking forward to getting these in flower! Hey Leute, Chup Chup die kleine Lokomotive ist stark am Dampfen!!! Die Woche 7 ist im vollem Gange und die Buds werden immer größer ^^ Ich konnte noch schnell genug reagieren, habe mich jetzt bei einem ppm von 1200 eingependelt. Die Hitze von der Lampe ist immens, habe sie jetzt auf 75% dauerhaft reduziert, und die Höhe eingestellt, ca 1200 ppfd im ganzen Zelt. Die Lemon Skunk (Red No. 2) rechts hinten macht mir etwas Sorgen aber jetzt ist es auch nicht mehr so lange bis zur Ernte!!! Ich bin mal gespannt ob das mit dem Roten Licht wirklich eine Wirkung hat und ich bessere Buds und früher ernten kann. Sie haben immer noch immensen Durst alle 4 Tage 5 Liter pH und Dünger Wasser. Ich hoffe es gefällt euch wie sie aussehen, schade, dass man den Duft nicht durch Handy schicken kann!!! Liebe Grüße Fićo!

Great climate, ideal. After careful consideration, valued the considerable size of the plants, the flowering stage and the yellowing of the bottom canopy , I decided to feed one last time with veg nutes at half dose. This will be followed by 2 waterings of water only and then a boost of flowering nutrients. Here we are. It happened overnight, nothing the night before, the next morning there are pistils everywhere. Looking at the structure of the branches , I think they will be monstrous buds. Stay tuned for a monster crop. This beast is insanely hungry of nutes. For now absolutely pests-resistant. Thanks for following, I ❤️ you

10/5: Comparing photos from the beginning of last week and today, it was pretty decent growth. If they were stunted from being in the temporary grow bags for too long, it wasn't too badly. --Blackberry I (I call her Halle), is really purpling up well, and looking like she'll be a single uber-phat cola...no branching at all..whereas her sister is all about the branches. --Wedding Cheesecakes are consistently big and vigorous. They'll probably be the best producers of the crop. --Orange Sherbets look like clones they are so consistent in shape and leaf structures. Kinda short compared to the other varieties, but nice and bushy. --Gorilla Cookies are also identical in plant shape, but two of them are a few days ahead of the other as far as pistil production goes. Also not a very tall cultivar, but many branches. --The late/stunted Lemon Pie is praying to the sun at all times and starting to look like she belongs in the same crop. The bigger LP is gorgeous..perfect structure, the other one is catching up, but my cat keeps defoliating her.😏 ---Strawberry Pies have massive sun-blocking fan leaves that require constant tucking, but they are branching well, and a couple of them are pretty beefy. The other SP is doing fine considering her crooked trunk and slow start. 10/6: Today I noticed 9 "lone" nanners on the nodes of the crooked trunk-Strawberry Pie!😧 No clusters.. just single pollen sacs here and there.🤨 These plants have experienced no major stress at all...I'm keeping it like late-August upper-peninsula Michigan in the closet. 80f/50%RH 👌 Damnit...this is a new, stable strain, right??👈 I've seen no other SP diaries with hermaphrodites...just my fukt luck I guess.😖 I plucked them and will watch for more..and I guess I'd better keep a close eye on the other two SPs as well... I just got my wife a new 16 x 7 x 7 greenhouse frame with the green semi-translucent cover for her 4' x 12' raised bed...if i see any more sneaky nanners appear, I'll probably remove the plant(s) and move them outdoors to finish in there. I swore I'd not do any training this run, but while removing the pollen sacs I couldn't resist opening up and tieing down some branches on the hermie.🤷 10/9: I fed them.

It's been a good week for the girls they're stretching into flower real nice. Plant height is 14 to 20 inches. I just got the dripper setup going at the end of the week and will be fussing with it till I'm happy. Week 4 plants have made alot growth with dark rich green leaves.. have not had any nutrient deficiency pop up, these plants are amazing Im impressed with the resilience of it… defoliated 2x once at the start of week 4 an end of week 4 they quickly had new growth… I accidentally snapped a stem while lst barely holding on on one side an within 24hrs it had completely healed with a small scar.. probably gonna veg for one week … excited for this progress!!!

The purchase of a new light finally! starting to fill the tent so will need to possibly defoliate soon. Leaves are a much nicer colour. At the end of the first video shows the start of the leaf claw. Didn't notice it for about a week after this. :(

Hopefully they are all females...I love the progress I am seeing with them thus far. I started feeding them some fish fertiliser which they respond to very well.

📆 Week 12, 7-12 July 2024 Harvest 8 July - Turned light power down to 25%. Changed nutrient solution to RO water to begin flush. 11 July - Harvest 12 July - Begin curing time. 📑 Harvest time! She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! Panted the seeds straight in their main pots and put a plastic bag over them to increase the humidity. Removed the plastic bags after the plants were 2 days out of the soil. Temp is around 20c and humidity around 50%. No added nutrients yet. Only using some ph minus to bring the pH levels down to arounbd 6,5. After each watering I am slowly increasing the light intensity. Started on 25% then to 50% of the capacity of the lamp. Noticed in the second week that I had set my timer wrong and the plants were on a 14-8 cycle instead of a intended 18-6.
