Well, week 9 of flower in the books and she is done as of this posting on 5/19 (day 63). She finished up well and the trichome development has nice mix of milky with a little amber. She's is extremely frosty and gives off a super strong smell of fruity goodness. She'll be cut down today, so stay tuned for the subsequent harvest report and pics. All in all, first time DWC bucket grow went well, in my estimation. It's a lot of work, but the results speak for themselves. I learned a lot with respect to monitoring ph, ppm, and ppfd readings, as well as reading my plant for visual cues. I eventually understood I needed daily readings b/c growing hydro conditions can change on a dime, especially for someone new to this growing method. But once I found my stride, the process became easier. Another lesson learned was how much space is needed for vegetative and flower stretch. This week went by quickly. They're doin their Pre-Flower stretch and getting big quickly!! I added my Pre-Flower mix to them this week. My Nutrient Pre-Flower Mix consists of H20, Coconut, Bananas, Pineapple, Sweet Potatoes, Kelp, Alfalfa Meal, All Organic Non-Pasturized Whole Milk, Epsom Salts, Black Strap Molasses, and L.A.B. or Lactic Acid Bacteria. First, I boiled the coconut, pineapple, sweet potatoes, the bananas, and left the skins on as well except the coconut of course! That I had to split in half and make sure to keep the water inside to add to the boil. After boiling everything I then let it cool and then added it to a blender to blend little by little. After blending I left separate and placed into the fridge. Then I took 1 Tbsp of Alfalfa Meal and 2 Tbsp of Kelp, 500mL of the milk, 2 Tbsp of Epsom Salts, and mixed them in a 750 mL bottle. Then I took 1L of the mix and added 2 Tbsp of L.A.B. and 2 Tbsp of Black Strap Molasses and then shook the bottle well! Then I took the 750mL bottle and the 1L bottle and fed that to the plants adding 250 mL of pH H2O to the plant as well to flush the ingredients all into the plant with the H20. I wanted to also note that I choose to slowly defoliate so that the plant doesn't go into shock and also fan leaves collect light in all spectrums so taking too many off at a time could hurt or slow the growth of your plant! The amount of light your plant takes in daily is called DLI or Daily Light Index. Overall, they're really growing and have a ton of bud sites developing! I'm excited to see the growth weekly and their colors!

I was still seeing strange things happen in the leaves but runoff pH was staying at around 6.5. One plant toppled over and started growing up from a bent stalk like an herb. I started looking for a new reflector so that I could mount my light horizontally instead of vertically to save space and ideally find a way to get the plants closer to the light without burning them. I started looking into MH bulbs as well as I figured at this point I clearly hadn't provided the light they needed. If I wanted them to thrive I needed to set them up properly for the last few weeks of veg. I transplanted this week into slightly bigger coco pots but in retrospect I feel I should have gone up to 3 gallon pots at this point.

What a great week it’s been!today is day 65 from seed!! One of the Forbiddin Runtz got it’s last feeding on Friday and will get flushed for 2 weeks and will be ready for dry and cure! The rest will still remain getting same dose of nutes the rest of this week and most likely into the next! This batch felt like it went so quick ! Hope you all enjoy an watch out for next week !

Week 9! I can hardly wait until Harvest! Buds are looking good getting bigger, a lot of little buds growing in every armpit. I have two camera's in my tent. It's great, you can look at your plants with opening the door for hours. I can take pictures, record, rotate, move it around and motion detection if needed. I can also view my tent on my smart phone anywhere in the world. I fully recommend it. The app is eye cloud, camera's are Yatwin. Out of the two plants Gorilla Glue and White Widow, Gorilla Glue grew faster and bigger.

On week 7 she is still putting out a lot of new pistils. Colas are fattening up but still have a few more weeks to go. The smell is sweet and fruity so far but its still early as trichs are still developing. Her top colas got a little too close to the lights and may be fox tailing or shes just more sativa of a pheno either way shes making some long colas and Im happy about that :)

This has been another great week ! We are at day 36 end of week 4 and these ladies are getting nice and bushy! Still using the same dose nutrients just a little less rapid start at 1/2tsp per gal now PH at 6.5 still. The plants have now grown into 600 par an should start flowering this week!! Adding this cal mag ish stuff seems to an instant difference. Plants filling out, less yellowing. The 3rd plant went from smallest to biggest and is now flowering. Still looks different than the others, this group helped me determine this plant may be more like the mother plant. She is so strong, can’t wait for her to mature.

Well here it is harvest day 😁 some nice purple on the top buds , smell is very fragrant! Buds are a nice size for such low wattage leds. Quite frosty nothing spectacular but frosty all the same, I will update once all dry with weight and smoke report. 🙏 blessing you all good days.
