Hi everyone, had some slight troubles this week. I had my light too high and the thc bomb stretched to quick and fell over when I watered her 😫. I Propped her up then added more soil around the stem, she seems to be ok now. Also been having trouble with night time temperature dropping to 55f so I’ve brought a tube heater and thermostat this has helped keep it at 64.5 F. As you can see from the pics the auto bomb seems to have some defects with her leafs, not sure what’s wrong but it does not seem to be effecting her at all. Day 13 i noticed the edges of the leafs on the thc bomb started to curl up slightly, don’t know why. I lifted the light slight coz I thought it might be heat stress. Apart from all that I am still fine tuning my set up and learning loads along the way. Really happy with how my girls are coming along. 🍁🍁

The girls just keeps on Living life and growing more and more for each day😍 We Saw alot of good reviews on the autopot system so we thought we would try it out🙌🏼

Day 1 - Stuft 1/2 gallon fabric nursery bags w/FFOF soil then lightly dusted the holes with some GW myco. Got 'em covered (ever so gently) with soil then covered them with humidity domes and put them in the nursery with some other babies. Day 2,3,4 - Just made sure they were kept moist but there's not much happening above ground. (*EDIT*) Day 5 - 2 popped AND 2 DIED (sad trombone...)so I transplanted them into 3-gallon pots and gave 'em some plain old RO. Day 6 - The soil looked a little dry on both of them. Watered the soil until it looked moist the whole way through. Day 7 - To be continued...

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

This little lady is doing great. Both new tops are going to be super stacked!! She is not going to get any bigger than like 3 foot i can see...which is fine with me. I'm having problems with my other plant getting to tall. All in all I am super happy with her and the gamble I took topping her!!

Day 65 harvest of the main buds and some bigger side buds. Lower parts stay for a couple more days for better results.

Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.

She's finishing in stride. The tops are still foxtailing and just keep on growing. There's a beautiful red/purple fade becoming on the leaves. The nugs lower on the canopy are insanely frosty. This is the best smelling Superboof cross I've ever smelled, and I smell atleast 1000+ packs each year. Deep Deep Red Fruit Punch + Black Cherry Fruit Punch+ Beautiful Orange Citrus background from the Superboof + sum earthy hashiness from Pure Michigan. My best plant yet in my opinion and a lot has to do with the banging genetics from Homegrown Genetics. I am absolutely blown away and will be running more! Maybe another week? I'm gonna check trichomes today and see how she looks

I've discovered this week my timer that was powering the 600w LED had developed a fault and was turning on roughly an hour early, explains why Holy Punch has been taking a while to kick in to full flower. Has probably put the grown behind by about 10 days which is a bit annoying but these things happen. The Holy Punch is getting pretty thirsty and I have to say she's looking very nice. I've taken the 600w led out and replaced it with 2 x 300w leds either side of the hps to spread light more evenly.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week, the Glueberry OG Auto is finally in full blown flower at week 8 and I believe her vertical growth is just about done at 36" which is about perfect for this setup. She may grow a couple more inches but I'm hoping not too much because I have about 16" between her and the light. She is getting straight flower nutrients now as I transitioned her slowly over this past week. She is now feeding on silica, cal mag, and GH maxibloom. I will start to add some GH PK booster later this week slowly. I use GH KoolBloom to boost the PK of the maxibloom and continue with that mixture until I start to flush her around 4-5 days before harvest. I also have the Medic Grow Spectrum X set at 100% in the F1 Flower cycle, and I am now up to 90 minutes per day of UV/IR before lights off. My PH meter got a little crazy this week, but I think I caught it in time as I didn't really see any spots on the lower leaves. If I suspect my meter is off, I just test some of my well water because it has been steady at 6.3 since I moved in like 10 years ago. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old.
