2/1/2024- Pre-Germination Activities Day 1
I have 21 weeks until final photo is do.. I took 3 seeds out of cold storage and will let them get to room temp for the next 48 hours before I go with Glass of water for germination. I have 3 beans because I will start from the very beginning helping ensure I present the best Pheno. This is going to be a fun one.. I am a few days away from being able to clear my tent out for this run.. I have a breeding run in right now and the Seeds are a few days away from being mature enough for me to take down the girls.
Once I get them down I will need to get my tent cleaned up and turned over right away. This is going to be close, I will have to time them to the water and into the tray at the right time.. because I will need to get lighting on them right away.. I have my 2X2 and my light ready incase I need to hold them in the cloning machine if the others are not done in the next few days.. Glad I have options that can stretch me out for a week or 2 to give me a little more time.
2/2/2024- Pre-Germination Activities Day 2
I checked on my breeding run to see how close the seeds are and if the tent is ready for me to clear and clean but alas I am still going to need a few days. I setup the emergency 2X2 and that should give me 2-3 weeks. The plan is to still wait one more day to allow the beans to warm up to room temp and then drop them in Water sometime tomorrow.

2/3/2024- Germination Activities Day 0 - Dropped the Beans in.. Today is 0 day.. Go.. Go .. Go..
2/4/2024- Germination Activities Day 0-1 - Checked in on them this morning and no tap roots yet.. covered them back up and back in to the closet they went. I setup the Root Riots and the Seed tray for them. I Ensured my water that I was soaking the root riots in was PHed to 5.8 and I used RO water.
Afternoon Update: Checked on my Breeders and they are done. I started to harvest them, I took down the one I had reversed with STS and I took down the Black African Magic- All but one bud, I wanted to get some pics of that one today.
I was only able to get 2lbs into the Cannatrol because I had to be very careful to keep the bud from the plant that was treated with the STS separated from the other seeded bud that was pollenated from the plant I reversed.
Cannatrol could have held an additional 2oz of wet but not today. Ideally I need 1 more Cannatrol so I can take an entire Tent, but will figure that out. I put an additional 1.5lbs into the freezer to wait it's turn into the Cannatrol, I would have left it on the plant and taken it in 4 days when the dry cycle gets done but wasn't sure how much 2.2 lbs was equivalent to chopped and wet trimmed.
2/5/2024- Germination Activities Day 0-2 - Checked in on them this morning and 2 of them have very small tap roots out.. one still doesn't going to give them some more time. I will check in on them this evening and see if they are more open if so I will transfer the ones that are ready to their medium and seed tray.
2/6/2024- Planting Day TRUE Germination Day 0- Checked in on them this morning and all 3 of them have tap roots out. I broke the bottom of the tap root for #1 which was the biggest.. pretty sad.. I hope she survives.. I tried to be careful it just snapped off when I was trying to get it in the root riot right. Other than that all three are now in their in-between home in the 2X2 while if finish clearing and cleaning out their forever homes.
2/7/2024- Germination Day 1- Checked in on them and no surprise no sprouts yet. Sprayed the dome to moist it and light spray to the tops of the Root Riots.
2/8/2024- Germination Day 2- #3 is popped and it looks like #2 will be popped by this evening.. I got my second Cannatrol today so now I can take down the rest of the tent and get it into the dry/cure.
2/9/2024- Germination Day 3- #2 is popped as well.. so I have #2 and #3 up and still waiting to see on #1 but that might be a loss since I accidently broke off some of the Tap root when transplanting.
2/10/2024- Germination Day 4- #1 has Popped... We have ignition on all 3.. YAY!! I finished clean up and install of RDWC system, this time was unique the back left buckets 3 inch pipe wasn't seated correctly so I had to clean up about 12 gallons of water all of the floor. I also had two leaks coming from one of the Waterfall return junctions, this is why I do a full pressure test before I put anything in. I will continue to monitor it through tomorrow to ensure that I am good to go and then I will finish setting up the baskets and prepping the water to be ready for the ladies planting day!!!
2/11/2024- Germination Day 5- #1 Of course is going to be my trouble plant.. No matter what If she lives through planting in the system and making it, I think I might not cull her at all regardless, she has been such a problem, makes me wonder if she will be super worth it towards the end.. We will see as we go through this grow, but #1 has a piece of the shell on the leaves,
Other than that I set up a new thing I have been doing since last grow converting my Baskets into Sure plants so I can see exactly where the water is when I plant them and ensure I have the water up high enough that they are able to access it and grow but not too high were they are drowning.
2/12/2024- Germination Day 6- Everything seems to be going good.. will just keep them moist and let the roots grow for a few more days before I transplant to forever home.
2/13/2024 - Germination Day 7- Just keeping them Moist.
2/14/2024 - Germination Day 8 - Planting day.. they are now in the system.. :-)I had to fill the water to the bottom of the basket where I could see water on the bottom rocks and just coming up where I had created my whole/ sure plant.
2/15/2024 - Germination Day 9- Top fed just a little to keep them moist and encourage root growth towards the water. I ensured the PH is right at 5.98-6.02 range.
2/16/2024 - Germination Day 10- Top fed just a little to keep them moist and encourage root growth towards the water.

Sie hat die sehr gemischte Woche mit viel Regen, Wind und etwas Sonne überstanden. Ihre Federn an den Triebspitzen beginnen sich rotbraun zu verfärben. Sie hat die Hauptblütezeit überstanden und reift nun weiter. Ich konnte keinen weiteren Schimmel entdecken, das behandeln mit Isopropanol hat sehr gut gewirkt , dank für den Tip @Comfrey. Leider ist es gerade sehr windig, so dass Makro-Aufnahmen nicht möglich sind.
Es vertrocknen bereits mehr Stempelhaare als neue nachwachsen. Vielleicht wird sie gleichzeitig mit der Durban Poison fertig, was mich vor logistische Platzprobleme bei der Trocknung stellt. Wieviel Wasser wird benötigt um einen 72l. Topf zu flushen oder erledigt das das Wetter von selbst outdoor?

It has survived a very mixed week with lots of rain, wind and some sun. Its feathers at the tips of the shoots are beginning to turn reddish brown. It has survived the main flowering period and is now continuing to ripen. I couldn't find any more mould; treating it with isopropanol worked very well, thanks for the tip @Comfrey. Unfortunately, it's very windy at the moment, so macro shots are not possible.
More pistil hairs are drying up than new ones are growing back. Perhaps it will be ready at the same time as the Durban Poison, which presents me with logistical space problems when it comes to drying. How much water is needed to flush a 72-litre pot, or does the weather take care of that itself outdoors?

Day 56 from seed( 16 in flower): Merry Christmas Groomies , Sponsors and Grow Diaries Crew.
Another amazing week of growing and developing has given me some of the most beautiful bud colours I have seen in a long time. Their singular structure on us is amazing and they look very psychedelic!!!. The smell coming off them at a touch is a very potent varnish and sweetness. They leave my hands tacky too now. Seeing their quick bud growth against my usual photoperiods is a shock too. I forgot how young they were and had my worries over their close finish time and current size. This was very short lived as from talking to other auto guys , it seems that Autos usually flower for as long as they are in veg period for before their actual flowering buds start , i.e 4 weeks veg-4 weeks flowering. These girls showed real flowers at day 38 from seed which would mean Day 76 for the finish potentially.That means another 20 days to get fatter and more frosty for a Jan 20, 8-9th finish.
I expect from seed is a good start point but can add a week if seeds take their time to wake up ect.. I know it isnt an exact science so let's see.
#1 This girl is stunning up close. she is covered with buds and her Los has been feeding her plenty with just water added. The pot is mulching all her old leaves too now so she will be helping feed the next plant in this pot ( fast buds fast flowering tester!!). She is very bushy but I love her look and am resisting the urge to defoliate her at the moment. I will do some at flowering day 21.
#2 Is doing well next to her huge sister and certainly looks as many sites too. The coco and Mc are brilliant. her vibrant green will be pulling all that light in and working wonders towards her bud building too.
# Is an oddity and looks like a cuckoo baby in a nest of blackbirds!!! She had none of the colours or psychedelic look at all but some of the smell . She is a good size and was a pale girl initially so I didnt train her much.

UPDATE :DAY 22 flowering. now feeding them with an addition of shigun warrior pk 9/18 and Simon boost too. hoping it is still in range with the npk. I think another 2 weeks on these ladies so will be giving them Dragon force for the last week at least , might switch it next feed if they look ready for it. hoping to keep them happy alongside the Mc so rabbit of an experiment.

9/3 Day 50 of the grow
I cannot complain at all,reduced the nuet list to what they are getting from here out
9/5 Everybody always takes pics of their plants at their best thought it might help to see otherwise, well here they are at their worst.
Dried out intentionally as part of last stage of flower, like to get them conditioned for drying. Five minutes later all happy again after the water.
Fed Bio-Grow/Bio-Bloom/Karo syrup as a boost to bio
9/7 Re-adding Big Bloom (Fox Farms) to nuet mix, plants seem to be missing it and I agree. Once a week at 3 tps/gal
9/8 Fed each .75 gal full nuets
Moved Becky and Ceila towards edges to lower light to them. Seem very sensitive to it but the other two are just soaking it up so moving them into the center.

Greatly preferring the dark leaf pheno (Anna and Deb) over the light leaf (Becky and Ceila), Have two of each and the first grow was also dark leaf.
Plants are more compact, drink a little less, easier to maintain, and I think will end up producing at least as much as the larger sativa leaning plants.
Some defoliation on all
Changing nuet list add Fox Farm Happy Frog Cavern Culture 1-12-0 for the P think thats the nuet hole, three tablespoons top dressed one time application... for now.

Hey guys so here is first of my 4 super lemon to get chop . Is 50/50 with milky to amber tricomes and I have to say the fade is just amazing camera realy doesn't do justice . Will add some fotos of my dry area when do add on update with other girls in few days 😀 can't wait for this to be cured 😀

While trying to fix the PH and Humidity issues last week, i've already found some nice root developments and decided to transplant to support the regeneration - 6.12.2017 -.
The Plants were unhealthy and shocked.
After 2 Days they started to reviltalize and stable - 08.12.2017 - and i found a suprise, the Dinamed's start to Preflower.

OVERALL:
~ Very happy with the grow, I really dialled everything in well this run.
~ She grew super fast, I put it down to the constant oxygenation of the rootzone along with consistent and constantly optimized light DLI and leaf to air temp variance. The extra Co2 helped push the plant to its limit in terms of heat, allowing it to push its hardest.
~ The lack of HST and Defoliation I feel let it finish faster due to lack of stress and stunting. The faster finishing time along with the big yield and efficient MarsHydro light, it hugely reduced my electricity costs per gram and freed up space much sooner for the next plant.
~ Turned into a very dense bush of buds, there is even smokable dense buds at the base of the plant due to the under canopy lighting (Not as dense as top canopy buds but still decent)
~ Ran a thin line between stressing the plant and letting it flourish. The buds came out big and very dense, also it's hard to see on camera but they're very frosty too (Prob from UVB)
YIELD:
~ 145g (dry) in just 9 weeks from seed.
~ 753g (Wet)
~ 0.91g/watt
GENETICS:
~ MSNL - Gorilla Glue Auto ~ my favorite strain, as you can tell by my username!
STRAIN REVIEW:
~ Heavy hitter, like an indica but has some of that "feel it in your face" sensation of a strong sativa. Not as heavy or as strong as other GG#4's I have smoked, which would make me question the genetics used to produce the auto version. I will wait till after a cure and judge it again.
TRAINING:
~ No defoliation or HST (Bar last week for pics)
~ A little LST and leaf tucking but largely just left the plant alone to do its thing. I felt chopping healthy parts off the plant would slow the plant down and leave it with less chlorophyll to photosynthesize the light.
~ I did prune by lightly plucking dead leaves away, when the plant was ready to let them go easily.
DRYING
~ 20/21'C 50% RH with air circulation.
~ Homemade Drybox made using: 2 x Bankers Boxes ~ 2 x USB Desk Fans ~ 1 x Carbon Filter ~ 6 x Clothes Hangers
UPDATE: Day 5 after Harvest:
~ Fast dried some small batches, as we couldn't wait to sample.
~ Chopped off branches as some are down to 12% moisture whilst bigger buds are up at 18%. Moving to paper bag for couple of days to even moisture out then transferring to jars
CURING:
~Curing in jars 3/4 full.
~ Dark closet/18'C/50% RH
~ Jars burped once Hygro passes 65% and sealed when it drops to 58%.
~ Stabilised it at 62% and after 2 weeks I'll drop it some more and stabilise it at 58% to bring out more of the flavour.
~Sitting in jars with Boveda 62% at this stage.
~ Already tastes and feels great.
WATER:
~ Condensed (Starting at 40ppm)
~ Disinfected prior to adding nutrients etc. (Using COOSPIDER UVC - 253nm & 187nm bulb)

Nos acercamos al final, y la Runtz está dejando ver todo su potencial.
Los tricomas están mayormente lechosos, con algunos con tonos ámbar, indicando que estamos a punto de alcanzar el punto ideal para la cosecha.
Las flores están perfectamente densas y cubiertas de una resina espectacular, y el aroma se ha intensificado: una mezcla de frutas dulces con toques de terroso que ya es inconfundible. El proceso de lavado de raíces va viento en popa, y es clave para asegurar una cosecha limpia y sabrosa.
Todo esto bajo el foco TS-1000 de Mars Hydro, que sigue dándole una luz excelente a las plantas. La nutrición ha hecho su trabajo, ayudando a que los cogollos lleguen a su máxima expresión.
La cosecha está muy cerca, ¡y estoy emocionado con lo que se viene!

I will be growing her again, as I feel like I let her down, by letting her PH drift so low..
Other than that, she grew beautifully, and fumes of potency as you gaze at her!
She yielded more than I expected! She's not that far below my previously lowest yielding plant! :)

Hey guys week 2 flower check in,
Flower nutes started.
She's stretching.. around 6-7 inches of stretching within the first week
had to Defoliate the lower canopy again to keep good airflow and to promote upwards growth, appears to be working.
looking forward to keeping you guys updated in the upcoming weeks. :D

March 7, 2019 update:
These babies are doing great! I plan on transplanting 6 plants and moving them into the flowering room this weekend. As of right now my plan is to move 1 DinaMed CBD, 1 Medi Kush CBD and 4 Cherry Hemp plants into flower. I'm going to pick the largest/most developed plants for the move. Then I'll keep the rest in veg for another month, next month I'll pick the next 6. I'd like to get the plants on a monthly rotation so I can be harvesting monthly.
