The start of the week is going well.Did some defoliation. Added a scrog net. I removed the scrog the next day, might use it if the buds need support. There’s no way to add the rabbit poo to the nutrients accurately all I did was top dress the soil with a few scoops and worked it in the soil lightly. Water with distilled water.

This plant is the easiest plant I’ve grown! Takes well to everything organic!! She takes to training like an absolute champ! I can’t wait to see this Dinagirl in the end!! 🍿 😎

End of week 3 broke one gorilla doing low stress training. 20 days on December 31/2020 one. Is already showing sign of flowering

Welcome to my MilkyWay F1 Auto Diary, Untopped VS topped. Results are in. Days 71-82 ripening 0-13 week 11&12 Went well. She did bulk up a tad. But not much. They spent most their lives under a 100w. But, the bud is really dense all over. No larf, at all. Its a really good quality of bud I'm getting from both phenos. As far as ToppedVsUntopped well, that result is in. With a seeds used from the same pack (same parent) making true F1s as they need to be from the same batch. It why we all got different phenos, and those who ran more than 1, from their seeds, the phenos are very close. One of mine had more of a fade and looks more purple. Both smell very lovely & fruity. Nice trichome production with very dense but, rather small buds if I do say so. But the grade itself is very high. (As grade is not rated on size) overall both turned out very similar. Even fade wise, they've both developed a lovely colour finishing under high co2 environment with the SE5000 really has brought out a lot of fade i normally do not get. look at the start. It was only a few days under this light and the past 14 days they've both popped. I will also say. A lot of their life was spent under a 12-12 (3/5s of flowering). Topped VS Untopped pheno 2 & 1 Are very similar as I've stated this area will be filt in with harvest comments. Bud smell. How the dry went. And after a weeks cure. I'll rate it. So watch this space. These 2 phenos have been on just water for 10 days. I did a quick run off test. Got back 145ppm my tap is 110. So, they're good to go. Trichome wise. 95% cloudy 30-35% amber. (Hard to see, I'll try get pics with my scope) but, as you see. Both are fully ripened. Anymore and its just bud deg. Both plants leaves are showing end of life. Some are dying. (I'VE BEEN WATCHING THESE LEAVES AND SEEN THEY'VE BEEN DEAINED, ITS NOT BR) Lights The SE5000 was used for the Ripening phase. With high temps and co2 i pushed my boundaries and got a lovely fade reaction from doing so. How I know its down to this light as I've put my Runtz under it. And as soon as I did. It developed fade. My Frosted G even started getting light purple on its sides. The temp in tent has been pushed to 31-33c (that's not leaf temp as I've fans blowing on my plants, and that lowers surface temps by a few degrees.) They've been on 17hrs of high powered light. At 25-30cm id no choice. My temps are mad high this time of year. Harvested Both plants are been pult they're getting their last few hrs. You'll then see the last few pics in a few hrs. I'll get bud shots later, smoke reviews and then to be fair. I'll then mark it by the GD rating system. As I do with all my strains. (So I've 2-3 wk delay in my diaries as they're Harvested, mostly) both plants I'll try push them as far as I can through the drying process whole. But, as I'm dealing with high temps. Lower RH and a fastercl dry is pref to a longer dry in hot conditions might not make sense, but 30+ hot weather harvests, I've got this down. Mind you only this round all my other hot harvests some took a few weeks to rid the hay smell. This avoids it and locks in potency. Most of the drying is done by leaving the plant in the substrate just before the plant goes for itself for fluids. 4-5 day dry as opposed to 5-6 day dry with weed that loses half its stenght. (dry harvesting look it up) Thanks to James from RQS, although I know everyone and their sister got the offer for these seeds I am defo going to be trying more from RQS, if it's buying. I'll get round to it, and depending on the quality of smoke it might be soon. If its a real nice auto, I'd love to try a fem of theirs for my winter crop in October. But, that'll depend. I've lots I want to buy & try.. and when favs are found. I'll invest. I would like to thank everybody for the activity this diary has gotten. Its possibly one of my most active diaries I've done without a harvest. And that's in no short means down to all the views and likes from you guys. And for sure I will fully complete it, with results on the smoke Quality from both phenos, if it varies, but, results thus far, structure wise they're shockingly similar. Scary so. Topping has very little affect to the structure. She grew a main cola. But both phenos, turned puples I will say the topped one was a more troublesome plant. Maybe that had a role onin its morphology. And maybe it'll affect the bud also. The topped was more demanding nutrient wise, and drank more. Maybe to support a more even bud load. (I've yet to do a through inspection, but on the VS front, it's kinda in the air about quality, structure wise, it had very little difference. Look for yourself at the heights are 3-4cm dif) lots still to come. And I'll update it soon with more results. Although both phenos owe their bud quality to 2 x 100 watts SF-1000 (SE5000 was used for ripening lovely fade) and I used a P1000, they shared even light distribution in the end for the most part. Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our "GelatO.G" from Seedsman Seeds! 8/24: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. A flush is recommended after week 3 in the Fox Farm Feeding chart. I figure the recommended flush will do some good considering I have a lot of coco in the mix and there are small amounts of salt fertilizer in my schedule. Everything is growing strong with this lady and she has an abundance of growing shoots. She is stretching nicely with good internodal spacing. She responded well to training and is growing perfectly without too much crowding. The leaves all look very healthy and are a nice shade of green. Based on her look and color now, I am guessing she should get some really nice colors as she fades towards the end of flower. 8/28: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. starting week 6,the wedding cheesecakes are in flower for a couple of days now and the gg are starting to flower. alot of wind and clouds and rain these past two weeks but the girls are looking good in my opinion. update:after 4 or 5 days of rain and low temperatures finally the re is sunlight so the girls have to recover a bit. but things are looking better wheatherwise. cheers!

Edit: I came home from work after making my weekly log entry yesterday and I could smell my grow from my driveway... so I asked for help. THANK YOU OOZLEFINCH FOR THE HELP.. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR HELP... I left a question on here stating that my new canister wasn't working and asked for generic advise. He left an answer that pointed out the fact that my exhaust fan might be set waaaay to high... and it was! It turns out there's a limit to the amount of air that filter fan 'scrub', and my exhaust fan goes way over that limit even on 6 or 7.. I turned it down to 3 and the smell got better immediately. ☮️ Still on auto pilot at this point... I'm really close to harvest.. and I'm not even on day 60 😲. I created videos this weeks, they capture the plants in ways that a still picture just won't. My entire house stinks.. my neighbors are looking at my funny, and my wife thinks a family of skunks is hiding in our walls... I've never had this problem.. I even got a brand new carbon air scrubber and its not helping 🤣 Process/ Environment changes since last week: - To help preserve the terpenes I've been trying to lower my temperature, which is hard without an AC unit I'm not plugging in an ac just to grow some plants. I'm at 24- 26 degrees C (75 - 82 F). - I've been lowering my humidity accordingly to keep VPD in a good range - I lowered my lights closer to my plants, turning them up would just add to the heat. - I'm defoliating as much large fan leaves off as possible - My watering pH is at around 6.7 to 6.8.. I will not be flushing these plants - I rotate my plants every day to make sure I'm getting light to hit every node it can This week I'm pulling out the digital scope and doing the first trichome checks for these babies. The cheese auto is going to get the chop by the end of next week.. I hope you like the video I added of it.. it's the easiest plant I've ever grown and she's going to be FIRE. The blackberry auto is giving off a gas/berry smell and is very sticky to the touch. A beautiful triploid... my first and I hope to get many more. The Forbidden Runtz smells just like a zkittles does, it's bang on. Very dense very sticky buds. I almost tossed her during the seedling stage too due to her mutation. Lollipopped the monster crop clones in the tent; defoliated everything a bit. Everyone seems to be moving alone nicely. Everything is showing pistils except the two bagseeds in the middle of the tent. Smells great in the closet. Between the two tents I have a 2x7’ area with three Sunraise lights running. I’m hoping to have a better harvest than last time. Last grow I only used the 2x4 tent with three plants and two lights yielded about 2 ounces per plant. I nute burned the hell out of them last time and I’ve been feeding about 1/4 the amount I was last grow. These plants seem much healthier and are much larger than my last grow. I have also become more comfortable with defoliation than I was previously. This time I am focusing on larger, denser buds. The plant in the solo cup is a Pineapple Express clone. It has not rooted but the stalk has turned white and it hasn’t been needing much humidity anymore. It is almost rooted; I have been spraying it with colloidal silver to try and Hermie it. If I can get it to Hermie I can separate it before the pollen sacs burst and selectively breed branches on my other plants to make feminized seeds. **growdairies is messing up; I cannot change the temperatures on substrate, night air or day air. Average temp for all is about 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

Temps are looking to be better the next few weeks and when on a good watering schedule humidity goes above 50%. I've just been bending branches that shoot above the canopy down. I still need to update the measurements of length and distance to plant. Lollipopped on day 11 (Jul 2nd) the amount of lollipopped space down below is about 30 cm(1ft) With this light I think I'll be aiming for a half foot(15cm) to a full foot(30cm) of canopy depth. Getting the top sites as close as I can to 30 cm below the light so I have the top 15 cm of canopy at the most efficient distance for this light. Optic LED recommends a spacing of 30 to 45 cm (1 to 1.5 foot) fixture to tops for flower. anything further away than 45 cm will probably be fluff, but! Anything fluffy will be left on and used for old school bottle pressed hashish. My family, with exception of my girl will have to fight me for that hashish, it's been way, way too long since I had some good hash. Plus there's no way I'm yielding more than a gram or two of hash from larf alone. Plant height is measured from soil level btw, she's about 60+ cm pot included. Moved the light up to 45 cm above the canopy again and I'm already maxing out on vert space, with only about 5-10cm remaining. Switched the light cycle from 14 hours on to 12 hours on to be sure, she's leaning more sativa but she was initiating flower. (Which I'm amazed I could even tell she was initiating bud development) However having her re veg at week 5 would've sucked very much So far the vibes from this run I'm getting is that I'm still nowhere near great or even good. But I am, at least, slowly starting to get there. Recovered from defoliating nicely.

Lots of growth this week. Continuing to train around the pot. The plants are responding well to nutes with little to no nutrient burn so far. Upped the amount this week so will keep watching. Probably veg for another 3 weeks then kick into flower.
