I came back after vacation, the girl is ready for cutting, the rainy weather has started, so there is a threat of rot, you can say I managed to find just a few small pits in time and removed them and threw them away, the big and stiff flowers look fantastic:) but after a long trip I was tired, so I didn't take quality photos :( no everything else, I am very satisfied with the result I got:) its smell already lets me know that it will be good:) a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) I will update the weight when it dries.

Week 8 Flw - Day 62 flw -Day 118 of cycle Jealousy is looking fat 😍 it’s the plant that are looking it will be finishing last. I cut off fertlizers and feeding only water. The smell and taste seems a vit diesel and skunk, usually found on purple strains.. I believe it will go for more 2 weeks and I can’t wait to harvest and smoke 💨

OG Lemoniada – Week 9 Update (Harvest Day 65) The journey with OG Lemoniada has officially come to an end! She was harvested on day 65 of flowering after showing perfect signs of maturity – a thick, frosty main cola, faded fan leaves, and a terpene profile that was just screaming to be locked in. The last week was all about low temps and low RH to bring out color, enhance trichome production, and slow the drying process right from the plant. The citrus-gas aroma was peaking, and the buds felt dense and sticky. Overall, OG Lemoniada delivered everything I hoped for – she’s definitely a keeper. Now it’s time for drying and curing to see how she truly smokes. 💨🔥 🌞 Light schedule: 11/13 💧 VPD: 1.4–1.5 🌡️ Day temp: 24°C | Night: 16°C 💦 RH: ~45% Let the cure begin!

We shall see what happens. I definitely put way less nutrients this time around and I followed with water to make sure 😂. Also it was my first time trimming leaves or defoliating so I felt kinda bad for my poor plants but they look healthier after a nice trim so it was necessary. Hopefully not. Day 70 This plant is doing amazing! Buds are fattening up nicely, covered in trichomes, and giving off a strong, sweet aroma. The flowers are dense but still showing good airflow between the sites, so no signs of mold or bud rot. Leaves are a healthy green, with just a bit of fading on the lowers – perfect for this stage of bloom. Pistils are starting to turn orange, and trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few clear ones left. Looks like harvest will be right on schedule. Environment is stable: Temperature: 24–26°C (lights on) / 20–21°C (lights off) Humidity: 55-65% Fans are running strong, keeping everything in motion Compared to the other plant, this one is problem-free and really showing its potential. If it keeps going like this, I expect a heavy yield with very resinous buds.

Aug 3: still going strong starting the third week of flowering. I’m putting her in the garage at 9 pm, doing the 730 nm far red light to put plant into dark mode 2 h faster, and then out of garage at 7 am. So 10+ 2 h is 12 h dark and 14 h daylight or a 26 h day. The far red light definitely works as a bloom booster and helps the plants finish faster when the sun is stronger. Did morning foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate. Aug 4: always some defoliation to be done and I took out all the small stuff that was growing into the centre. If I had a longer season I could have left some of these small branches but I want the energy directed toward the prime bud sites. Also removing leaves makes it more stable in the wind. Yet another growing trade-off. Aug 5: she looks great coming out of the dark garage this morning. Lots of colas with lots of buds 👍👍 Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. This far north we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. By adding UV lights, this will make Edmonton in September seem like California in July. Along with genetics, UV light is the main factor controlling trichome and THC production. Adding UV light for a couple of hours per day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm) should help a lot this far north. At the other end of the light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoor (FGI) 730 nm far red light. This is the third season using the far red light as a bloom booster and it definitely works. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes to put the plant into dark mode two hours faster, and is like getting a 26 h day. Bud ripen earlier and therefore under stronger sun. Both of these lights are low power LED used for a few hours (UV) or just a few seconds (far red). Gotta love science and technology when it allows us to figure this kind of out.

Day8: First day of the new week. I assume still pretty much focusing on roots, as the top didn't really do much today. Day9: Nothing special. But she's growing Day10: Still roots, it seems. Very little happening up top. Day11: Effort being put into growing the top leaves. They increased in size. I assume that the next node will start tomorrow - kicking off the switch into Veg. Day12: Next node already showing :D Day13: I put in a humidifier and changed the cycle of the extractor to keep more moisture in the growbox. My humidity was way too low. Day14: This time the humidity was too high. It was sitting at around 95% when the lights went on.

I uploaded longer vids this time for the Vlogs, you don't have to watch em they're there for ya if you're interested :) ~Update~ To start off the girls look great, I'm excited that I'm back where I was when my "First Grow" failed. What's interesting to me is seeing the big difference in the SSH, the 2 previous girls I had were veracious growers, 3 1/2 days of germination and they had a tap root longer than an inch! This one is not so aggressive and has stronger sativa genetics, thin not phat. The others have been doing well, no pest yet which I'll be doing a bleach wipe down of my side of the garage to reduce the chances of an invasion. ~Note~ I'll be updating later this week with a short vid showing the progress. Really fun plant to grow out I got just over a quarter pound dry, I really dig the taste of this lady like a pastry of some kind with a cherry finish. Over all excellent finished product very pleased about it.

Week 8, the last feed! Defoliated to let more air flow and light penetrate down into the lowers of the plant. Bud's are sticky, plant is covered in frost, the pics don't do it justice. For a small pot grow, she's not that far behind her big pot sister

This week i started flushing. The thricoms are all cloudy with some amber. Due that its an outdoor grow and they day is shorter the plant is finishing slower than usuall. The smell from this purple punch Autoflower is amazing and i am very happy with density of the buds. Hoping that in the next 10 days the plant will be done and ready for harvest.

Love the way these ladies are developing; the tent smells so good. Nothing to report this week. Spring weather is approaching in the midwest... tent gets a little warmer late afternoon. Will keep monitoring, but as it warms I will turn the AC on and should be good. Reducing veg nutes, increasing flower nutes. Pics/vid taken 71 days after breaking the soil.

Bud sites are getting more dense and terps have ramped up a bit. The room smells like candy 🍬 when the door is open. But everything is on cruise control. 1 plant is showing a deficiency but is not affecting the growth at all. Gonna let them go for another 4 weeks then chop them down. All input is appreciated

Week 8 of flower and ladies are really becoming more dense and frosting all little more. Thanks to the growmies and the experienced gardeners here I’ve decided to patiently wait to harvest until at least 65 days of flower to get the maximum potential from theses two strains. Much love and appreciation to this helpful growing community and look forward finishing up this run Day 57- final week until harvest letting pots dry out and waiting for those beautiful fall color. Day 60- pots drying quick, max of 5 days left until harvest trichomes increasing as the day go on So far this run has been pretty easy I can say I’ve learned so much and gained a lot of experience. My biggest take away would be examine and care for plant each and every day if possible things can change daily and to insure health you have to give them all the attention they need.

02/03/2022 Bottom deposit has dropped 3 to 4 liters, again. pH was up to 6.2 and EC has dropped to 1.5 (I guess they consume well the nutrients, if it was only evaporation EC should rise). I decide to wait tomorrow to refill and adjust, pH will rise probably to 6.4. I have now some doubts on the remaining space to rise up the light and defoliation of the bottom of the plant. 28/02/2022 Back from WE, everything fine, good smell already. Bottom deposit dropped 4L, pH up to 6.3 Ec dropped to 1.35. I just lowered the pH to 5.8 and tomorrow I fill again the bottom tank and adjust nutrients to 1.7 again. 26/02/22 Tank filled. Adapt nutrients solution to 1.7 EC then wait 24h, bottom solution dropped to 1.5 EC, set pH to 5.8. Will leave for 2 days and not attended... so that would be surprise to see Monday night how pH and EC have evolved!
