Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Again a very uneventful week. All muted were removed from the mix and only cannazym and boost were given until Wednesday and then only RO water.

The last week of vegetation is already ending. Starting from day 57, I switched to a 12/12 hour light regimen.

Day 120 On day 120, the plant appears to be in a very advanced stage of flowering, with large, dense clusters of buds forming across the entire canopy. The flowers are heavily coated with a thick layer of crystal-like trichomes, giving them a frosty and mature appearance. The leaves near the top remain mostly green, though some show subtle fading, while the lower leaves display more pronounced yellowing, creating a clear contrast between the upper and lower sections of the plant. The overall structure is wide and full, with many branches carrying well-developed buds. The environment’s reflective surfaces emphasize the size and texture of the flowers. The plant looks robust and visually mature, showing the typical signs of nearing the very end of its life cycle.

Hello guys, Here I am again to present you a new run, still with the best leds of the market nevertheless as I changed my growing space from 120x120 to 150x150. So I had to update the material inside... I will run with 3 EVO 5-150 lamps of 320W or 960W with Bluetooth dimmers. For the Hydro system, it will be the V-SYSTEM from Alienhydroponics. In fertilizers I am always with Advanced Nutrients. I work with osmosis water. Currently, 4 clones took on 4. Once the roots are ready, I will transfer the cuttings from the propagator to the V-SYSTEM. ------------------------ since the 16/08, when I transplanted the plants in the RDWC system, I noticed some points that I will mention below and correct next time. 1. The cuttings are too small, allow enough time so that I can completely fill my pots with clay balls. 2. Cut out the bottom of the pots from the cuttings. 3. 3/4 of the cuttings are touching the water, so one is late. Next time when transplanting, add more water, up to the basket in order to immerse all the plants and not to create a difference between each one, consequence now I have 3 that are ready to explode and one that will struggle behind, problem corrected today by increasing the volume of water. 4. The b-52 is a real pain in the ass in RDWC, you have to clean the 2 filters almost every day, with this new soup I'm testing without and I think I'll continue like this just with the base sensi grow A and B, as I use Root rot X, I won't use voodoo juice since all the bacteria would be killed. 5. Use of Voodoo Juice is useless if using Root Rot X which will kill the bacteria. I don't know why but when I transplanted in the RDWC, I put my set up in growth mode, except that the plants were not ready for it, moreover, I made a FIM on each. So I lost some days, these last days I went back to a ppdf of 150, now that my roots touch the water, I declare growth 0 on 22/08, I will do between 21 and 28 days of growth. And as my roots are doing well and touching the water I'll go to a PPFD of 300 ++

Hi guys, as we are in isolation I thought it would be a good time to try and grow my own weed so got my self a 1.2 x1.2x2 tent 600w hps light and all the shogun nutrients I’ll need. Also running a 4” carbon filter system. I did some research on the best way to start autos and I went with just planting them straight into there final pots on 18/4/20 the medium I am using is already charged so using just 6.8 ph water with the light been on 24hrs. All 3 seeds Sprouted in 72hrs. Going to keep the light on 24hrs for another 4 days then will switch to 18/6 in week 2. Was struggling with low humidity a couple of days in, so purchased a humidifier which seems to have helped bring it up to between 60- 75%. Also adapted the clean air intake to my tent so it’s bringing in cool out side air. Can’t help but keep on checking on them like a kid in a sweet shop 😂.

Very Happy plants, soaking up the rays. When you place your face near the buds you get an amazing sweet fruity aroma, the leaves smell like skunk and cheese. Each plant is getting 10 liters every 4 days. I water with 6.3ph tap water twice for every time I add nutrients. I use Alaska fish fertilizer when its been a few times since a nutrient feed but the plants are showing no deficiency's. They are Fed by a drip system which takes 16 hours to deliver the 10 liters to each plant, this works really well in the Fabric smart pots. I use metal racks to keep the plants off the ground then place a drip tray underneath each plant. When using the drip system very little run off occurs. I added a spider farmer sf-1000 to the room, it is full spectrum and ir, and is great for getting the corners of the room or the less dense areas of the canopy.

So Xmas is over and I managed a harvest on the most mature at 15% amber. I smoked half the plant already so the yield ain't great, However the quality is there! The buds are sooo sparkly! Smell of OG kush and cheese but with a hint of cleaning product lol. The others are catching up! Currently Trich watching the next most mature.

Lilly x White Widow is doing great. She is bulking nicely with a frosty coating. She really loves the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. She is due for a solution change soon. I may try to stretch it out till bulking is over. I want her to be juiced to fill in good, and dense. Fertilizers and water alteration still looks as a good solution. It seems to me now that applying LST was a mistake because there is really not enough space in the tent and Bruce Banner has not even started flowering.

WOW, she smells SOOO GOOD! A big thanks to @hindugod what a great strain! She is, of course, in the lead in the flowering phase.

Topped 2 plants 8 days ago, The new growth is loving life!!! Flowering will likely start in the next several days and the plants ability to recover quickly from topping done last week is a good sign for these girls future.......5/22 pre flowering beginning!!!!

***** Week 6 May 16 to 22, 2020 - Days 36 to 42 from germination ***** Calling this a flower week but it certainly is more of transition week. Been battling a busy life along with pH issues this grow. Starting to get both under control😃 These girls were transplanted into 3 gal plastic pots after battling pH issues and unable to bring down below 7.1 until cut out of fabric pots.........piss off!!! Cheap fabric pots from Amazon are a thing of the past!!!! 😡😡😡 Ordering Radical bags👍 During transplant GSC2 took it hard. She got twisted coming out of the old pot and it was a bit of a disaster😢..........GSC went very well and her root mass stayed together.😃 GSC2 is a freak and I am learning more from her. Growing out almost sideways from the pot. Keeping an eye on the main stem to ensure she doesn’t start to rot at the soil level........may trim off a couple of more branches. Her root mass won’t be very big so think I will take more branches and let her focus on building the density of a few bud sites rather than spreading a little to several sites. LST introduced this week as well. Started the introduction of Rezin and Terpinator now. Little more detail.......... May 16/20 - Day 36 - 2L each girl of Massive @ 3ml, VeloKelp, Rezin, @ 2ml, Sensyzime, Liquid Wt, Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 1000ppm and 4.5pH - stop lower the pH as much next feeds. 5.5 idea now and see how they react. I really want 6.2 going in!!!!😞 - GSC2 is concern as she took the transplant poorly with her whole root mass being flipped over and on top of herself. May 17/20 - Day 37 - Mixed 3L water with Massive @ 2.5ml, Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml, Rezin, Liquid Wt, CalMag @ 1ml = 1050ppm and 5.5pH - GSC given 2L and GSC2 only 1L. - giving them more microbes and beneficials next couple of feeds with more Piranha and Voodoo again. - stripped more leaves today. GSC2 took more lower stuff as well.,,.....so bushy on the bottom. May 18/20 - Day 38 - mixed 3.5L water with Massive @ 3ml, Piranha, Voodoo, Dual Fuel, Rezin, Liquid Wt, Vitathrive @ 1.5ml = 850ppm and 5.7pH - checked some runoff numbers today...... - GSC runoff was 400ppm and 5.8pH. - GSC2 runoff was 550ppm and 6.2pH - PH is back in line!!!!!!🙌🙌 - GSC is coming along but her branches are not as thick as I would like. Side branches are getting longer. - GSC2 is a mess in general😀 She is shooting out fan leaves and they leaves are getting bigger but she is not getting any bigger?? - LST day today and GSC had some branches pulled down. Leaving GSC2 for now., May 19/20 - Day 39 - dry out day - just left them alone today😃 May 20/20 - Day 40 - 2L each girl of water with Rhino skin, CalMag, Sensyzime @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 650ppm and 6.1pH - there was some runoff from GSC2 only. - girls look happy overall today. May 21/20 - Day 41 - 3L water mixed with Rezin and Terpinator @ 1.5ml = 160ppm and 5.7pH - was going to be a plain water feed but changed last minute and its time for Terpinator. - the girls are not overly happy today.....not sure why - all girls seem to be responding well to the LST over last couple of days. May 22/20 - Day 42 - dry out day - Both girls still trying to set bud sites but no success yet.
