one tank, the left side, went bad water... some kind of something in the water... some kinda growth or thingie.... so .... i went after the bad water tank hard... pulled it out... scrubbed the tank... scrubbed it all... the funny thing about this is.... these plants are both 50 days old.... haha.... i put em into a type of suspended animation .... lol they are just now starting to hook onto the solutions and are now both feeding.... the growth rate will increase exponentially over a short amount of time, now that they have both hooked onto the neut water and are growin roots thru the clay balls....... (look close at them, notice the first stage 3 leafs ? so u know what stage of growth, 3 leaf and 5 leaf and 7 leaf.... etc... so 50 days and u can clearly see the first stage 3 leafs... lol) (this probably has some major implications for growing food in space) 👍😎

Day 85 / Flip 46 / 24.3 Flushed them again with EC 0,0 water. EC Drain is now on 0,0. The next step is to let them dry out. Nutrients will get soaked out of the leafs now, which will make them turn yellow. Letting the plant die now with full light power. I'm planning to harvest in 1 week. Grow is running nice,. They are going slow but steady. Holding back on watering to help fight the gnats. They were with too many last week. Some yellow points because of an 'on the limit' foliar feed. Nothing to worry about. Still very lush greens. I'm thinking the main reason for their slower growth, is the fan that is on high. My mission from the start s to get thick stalks and branches, to facilitate larger buds. Also, I'm pushing the SP 3000 to its max for the age of my plants, they don't have to reach for the light, resulting in shorter, bushier plants. I don't mind, I think the flowering stretch will make up for that and fill the tent. Still very happy with the SP-3000 from Mars Hydro, a much more constant and manageable climate in the tent, a dream to work with. I made a thank you video for @MarsHydroLED, of course, to also show off my music. I'm thinking one or two more weeks before resetting the light schedule for flowering. I'm already late and if another week will deliver bigger and more buds, I will give them what they need. For those living in Europe, wanting to try super soil, see my recipe in the images. Another good week with more growth, but not as big as I would like, so I moved the lights up higher halfway through the week. I also moved the fan onto a corner post and got bigger pots that I will transplant into this week. After topping last week, you can see new main stems starting. I also found out they need to be fed more than every other day as on friday morning a couple were a bit droopy. After feeding, later in the day, they had perked back up. 04/12: final week for these girls have harvested and hung and will likely take them down in 5 to 6 days - looking good large and they smell great. flushed for final week.

the smell is just ridiculous. I'm pretty proud of that. the buds are bulking nice, they are very dense and I am happy with the amount of bud I'm looking at. I go in a couple times a day to manually move the branches around to make sure there is air going everywhere a little, I pinch a few leaves here and there. Pretty much on auto pilot now, going to start watering twice a day now one nutrient and one straight water. Thanks for lookin! Also. my week count is wrong, my weeks are based on 8 nutrient mixes i use, i call them weeks 1-8, i start flushing my week 9, but for reference, this grow, week 6 ends on day 45, I'm more worried on the plant then the calendar. I have a 70 day general target from Garden of Green, I watch and change my "weeks" according to plant. I won't lie this grow looks and smells great to me, the smell is ridiculous how strong it is! and I am worried I will find excuses to cut earlier, lol, but i will fight that

EXPERIMENT: Still waiting on the teapot to boil the water properly, but the photos and video of the "still" attached to this diary shows proof of concept. The sludge coming out is from the copper tubing manufacturing process, it'll eventually stop. I need to get the real setup built and run a couple gallons through the tube. Plant B is coming along nicely! I have a feeling it's going to finish around week 6 rather than the full 8 week period advertised. So I've started the flushing process. I can always add nutrients if necessary. Flushed twice this week with 2.5 gal of pH-adjusted distilled water. Plant A doesn't seem to like the bud blaster. I think it'll finish around the 8 weeks advertised. I flushed all week same as plant B, though I will probably add more nutrients to A next week. It just seemed to be getting some nutrient burn so I wanted to back off.

Week 8 started in july 21, the date of the pictures is july 26. Where i live is super hot right now, i mean, 35-40 Celsius degrees, so i think they are doing it fine with 27 degrees as maximum temperature. This week i start to using K47 (a gift from Matilla GrowShop 💚💚💚) In the next grow, im gonna have less plants, maybe 6 or 7, because now they are 8 and are too close to each other. I don't have any experience so i hope they go right to the schedule. Maybe they haven't too big buds? I think that i'm gonna flush them in the 10 week, but I'm open to any recommendation 😊 Happy grow to everyone 💚💚

Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. The reason of such high T is because I turned on the bloom lights. Also, today I had a strange beahavior of pH that is decreasing. Now I fix it on 5,5 but I've to be prepared to change res again. Well what can I say... added a used LED light to the grow that I got for a good price as energy prices are quite high and getting more expensive. Going to upgrade the ventilation system as well, having the box in my bedroom is just unbearable with the current ventilation. High humidity at night above 60% causes me a headache, I am trying to reduce it as much as possible - hope the new system is gonna work better. Plants have a variety of issues, also I believe that they don't grow as fast as they should. Any help/comment appreciated!
