Tent is filling up nicely now, they are looking perfect not a sign of stress or deficiencies. Will do some more training and leaf tucking in the next couple of days. 19/7 Done I light defoliation and leaf tucking and a bit of moving around to fill the canopy as much as possible. They are looking super healthy considering that I'm only watering with molasses added. 27/7 looking lovely now starting to flower profusely now. And the smell is really amping up.

this grow stretched a t least an extra week my last 2 grows were ripe in 8 weeks .There re no hermi flowers and its going to be at minimum 9 weeks mabe 10 to get ripe .dont know why it stretched into week 6 of flower when its normally 4 weeks stretching the buds are now getting filled in and solid just have to wait i guess

LSD has gone crazy over the last week, insane bulk-up in her buds, from top to bottom, in by the stock and out to the tips, she's just bulky, dense, sticky, frosty and incredible! By far, the best looking results from any of my LSD grows. Green Crack also looks incredible and the rest of the ladies, while doing awesome, will be their final grow in my garden. Bought Epsom salt to counter the developing magnesium deficiency. Removed a few fan leaves that didn’t recover. During Week 9 the aroma intensified significantly. Opening the tent now fills the entire room with a strong sour scent.

Hope you guys had an alright week, the rain and floodings here in Europe has wreaked havoc on my outdoor garden, however this diary isn't about my Chamelauciums, its about that sticky green stuff. and boy this lady has started her stretch! I think I might have made the right call flipping her when I did because I can tell she's going to stretch big. Made adjustments to a couple of things this week; my bucket needed more oxygen, so I got a bigger pump and I have fixed my temperature issue by Literally just aiming an air-conditioner at the back of my tent, where my air pump is and as a result, now my water remains a chill 18 degrees! I also need to start keeping my tent closed, even though I absolutely love watching my plants during the day, some critters have made their way inside, eating at the leaves, for now in veg I don't really mind all that much, but I don't want any creepy crawlies when flowers start forming, those are mine and mine alone, not sharing those with any grasshoppers! I recommend keeping a go pro or something in your tent, its quite fun to observe grow, like how the leaves droop 20 minutes before lights out, and start praying upwards before light comes on, these plants really do get into a sleep like rhythm. doing a diary in general just adds a whole lot to the hobby, whether you do a private catalogue, or public, try it! Had a couple of the stems which were almost drooping on the ground due to the weight of the buds, so decided to harvest those two branches today. Also, this week I did a bit more research on when to harvest. I had been waiting for the trichomes to begin to turn amber, but after reading this article: https://www.growweedeasy.com/harvest, I decided to harvest when the trichomes were cloudy. Experts say that the amber trichomes give a more relaxing effect, but I was growing this plant for daytime use. Looked at it under my digital microscope and decided to pull the trigger on the whole plant. Plus, the neighbors were starting to notice the smell. Final height - 104" - 8 1/2 feet - 2.64 meters. Not good. Was concerned that someone would hop the fence and pilfer my plant. Harvested her at 35 weeks - 281 days. Grow diaries really needs to expand the weeks available for us outdoor growers. Started her indoors in Feb. Transplanted outside on April 7th.

Starting week 7 of Flower finds me planning the next 6, including scheduling a Flush and Tapering the Nutrients off in the next month. - ReStaked a few branches for even spacing & At the End of last week I top-dressed both pots with fresh Soil n Sand. -fresh material at play and the plants are using a lot of water. -able to feel when the big pots are drier and ready for water, by lifting one-end regularly. Just to gauge weight... it’s working. This grow has me trying to establish a much bigger root-ball; re 15 gal pots / 16 litre feeds ... I’ve laughed at some of the previous ones. Feb 2nd, Buds are touching, conditions are being changed slowly mid-flower & hoping they get real chubby in the coming weeks. With the constant reminders that quality grows take longer to mature in Flower than the literature usually states; my plan is to Flush sometime during week 10 (month end) - Three weeks to make it count. Trichomes to dictate Feb 4, - getting my head around htf I’m going to flush this pair in 3+ weeks. Low ceiling+tall sink+tall plant. Feb6 - slight reduction in Calimag and the next feed will see rapidstart reduced as well. Small moves but in the right direction. - tonight is a scheduled feed. Volumes have been big over the last 3 weeks and I am deciding to give the plants an extra couple days without Water, to make sure it is on the dry side as we enter the 2nd half of flower. Feb 7th - the UV-B light just might be having an impact on the buds of the R plant. There are a number of buds that are becoming obviously covered in Resin Glands. - used a moisture meter, the bottom of both pots is a bit wet. Patience wins... This is the plant that physically is still ~ 10 days behind the L plant. just an observation... As this week wraps-up, my plans for next week are to reduce the light cycle by 30 min to 11.5 hrs lite per day. And to drop the humidity another 2%. But that’s for next week. All is going strong at this point, Buds are filling out, smell at the door of the tent is obvious; earthy & dank. Up close from touching a bud it explodes of a Citrus smell. That’s the best description so far Feb 9th, almost a week since last water/nutes, tonight is a green light. Actually felt the pot lighter. Moisture Meter agreed. 17L later ... - balanced the branches / supports and found a good fit between the two pots under the one light. -adding more fresh air to the tent also helped drop the RH a bit. Ready for this transition. - A dry week in reality, cannot wait to see the changes next week after this last, big Max nutrient feed. ** bottom leaves had just began to droop as I watering the plant. Did manage to take it close to the edge mid-way through flower, now it’s Hungry at a critical time. Come on week 8

Growing some seeds I won from Diary of the Month here on Grow Diaries!!! I'm so grateful and excited for another learning experience doing what I love! Thank you, FastBuds! 🙏 Seed was germinated directly in Rapid Rooter placed in a seedling tray. I put her in darkness for 48 hours and then in a sunny window. Three days later, the seedling's little head poked up and the next day she showed me her first true leaves - calling this day 1. I kept the seedling tray in a sunny window and brought her outside for lunch on my sunny deck with me for the rest of the week. Given the heatwave we were having here, I got her settled into her net basket sooner rather than later so that she could have a more stable environment. This plant will is being grown indoors in an 2x4x8 Gorilla Grow Tent using an 8 gallon Current Culture Solo Bucket under California Lightworks 550 Solar System LED. For grow media I am using clay pellets and I use the entire Cultured Solutions line of nutrients. I will be showcasing this plant in a grow tutorial over on my YouTube channel and IGTV where I am going to show a detailed walk through of how I grew my original "Budzilla" plant. Unfortunately, I don't have a grow diary for her, but she is featured on my IG account. The technique I use I created after harvesting my first grow. I had used low stress training on an autoflower and achieved beautiful results. I took notes the entire grow and conducted a postmortem. I sincerely advise doing this for EVERY grow - especially when you are learning. It provides you opportunity to figure out what went right, what went wrong, what could have gone better, and what ideas you think you can toss into the mix to try to improve on the places that need revamping. I did this and I came up with the hypothesis of starting my plant off-center in the net basket, and then growing it low and in a spiral around the outside. In my head, I thought something like this could really push the limits of low stress training, especially when used on an autoflower where we have a limited time of vegetative growth. I didn't realize, at the time, JUST how effective the technique would be, but when the grower community on IG exploded over the sight of my plant, I started to get a feeling a did something right. As I was still only growing my second plant in my entire grow career, I was completely oblivious to the fact that I had pushed the normal boundaries of an autoflower.... I had nothing else to really compare it to. Nearly a year later, photos of my Budzilla are still being shared around social media in the grow community and I still get asked regularly about how I grew her. And with that, we start here on the journey to attempt the recreation of my former masterpiece. But I'm taking it one step further and giving you a detailed, step-by-step guide so that even the newest of growers can follow along and learn how to push an autoflower to its beautiful edge.
