It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. Day 36 - In the picture, I demonstrated the efforts I put in for leaf tucking, the back half, so that light can get deeper in the canopy. A had also removed all of the flowering cover crop to prevent it from going to seed. It served its purpose and now serves as compost for my outdoor garden. Day 37 - This plant does not slow down! It is maxed out, for my preference, horizontally. Stretch is slowing down. Bud growth will now be the focus. Day 38 - She really needed a haircut, so she got one. Everytime I do this, I honestly scare myself. I know the potential these plants have, but a mistake that would cause additional stress to the defol can change everything.. cover crop is also cut down and breaking down in my outdoor garden. One last spray down before buds appear and a good feeding to push her through this heavy strip. Love to see worms hanging out on the surface of the soil, breaking down all my top dresses. Pour préparer votre solution, dans votre réservoir ou arrosoir : Mettre en premier la base (Iguana) Ensuite Ancient Earth Et enfin les bactéries ASSUREZ-VOUS D'UTILISER UNE EAU DE BONNE QUALITE (EC < 0,2) POUR DE MEILLEURS RESULTATS. J'utilise un substrat non enrichi pour permettre le meilleur départ à mes plantes. Il s'agit du Promix de Plagron, il a une EC proche de 0, c'est pour cette raison que je commence les engrais assez fort dès le début. Les plantes sont très gourmande sous LED haute intensité et l'enracinement est rapide. J'arrose tous les 3 jours environ avec 2 arrosages à l'engrais et 1 à l'eau par semaine. Je n'attend pas que le substrat sèche complétement sinon ça réduit l'efficacité de l'arrosage, ça détruit la faune et éventuellement facilite la cristallisation des minéraux. Au niveau du volume d'arrosage, il faut prendre en compte 1/3 de la taille du pot. Pour un pot de 1L je vais donc arroser environ 300ml. Pour un Pot de 10L je vais arroser environ 3L. Il est important d'arroser doucement pour éviter que l'eau ne coule tout de suite au fond. Il est important d'avoir au moins 15% de drain pour s'assurer d'évacuer tous les nutriments non consommé et faire la place aux nouveaux. IL EST PRIMORDIALE D'EVACUER L'EAU AU FOND DES COUPELLES, c'est une eau qui est chargée en nutriments non consommé et on ne veut pas qu'elle remonte dans les pots car cela risquerait de créer des blocages. Au niveau de la technique de taille de formation, je réalise tout de suite une FIM que je reproduirai dès que l'apex aura repoussé. La première FIM est la plus longue mais les suivantes sont très rapide car la plante s'habitue à la technique et cela la stress beaucoup moins. En général il faut reproduire la FIM tous les 3 à 4 jours en fonction de la vigueur. C'est une technique très facile à mettre en œuvre et ne demande aucun matériel. C'est aussi la plus rapide pour obtenir des buissons. N'hésitez pas à me contacter si vous avez des questions concernant la FIM! Je retire également les feuilles supérieur (pas toute pour éviter de ralentir la plante) qui cache les secondaires pour augmenter l'efficacité de la FIM sur la croissance des secondaires.

I am very happy how these beauties are growing. It's exactly 1 month today from planting seeds. Plan for this week it's simple. Training, leaves tucking and watering. Will keep updating progress of this week every couple days 22/08 increased nutes sligltlhy to 1ml of each per 1 ltr of spring water. Light power set on 75%. Watering increased to 400 ml per 24h. 25/08 girls are adopting to scrog very well. You can notice grow by an hour. Planning to defoliate a bit tomorrow to improve allround airflow + lollipop technique under netting. 26/08 i have defoliate from big leaves and lollipoped under the net. 27/08 Girls this morning looking very well after all this stress yesterday. Week 3 of flower, we are getting the stretch going properly, all looking good not to much to say as of right now, all looks as planned, shape is nice, they need a cleanup and they are ready to get fat !

Blacked out all windows in the shed and moved Moby Dick plants here from greenhouse to ensure flowering as they are now in darkness for 13 hours uninterrupted. Growing very well for 7 week old. Ran into some nitrogen deficiency problems as these Phenos are very nutrient demanding but still no problems. Will keep in flower for 4 weeks and bobs your uncle
