behold the epic conclusion of my Medusa F1 odyssey! Week 11 brings us face to face with an absolute masterpiece – our mighty Medusa in all her glory. She has blossomed into a cannabis goddess, and I can't help but feel a mix of pride and hilarity. So, picture this: with scissors in hand and a grin on my face, I bravely took the plunge and performed the cosmic haircut of the century. I snipped the entire girl, leaving her looking like a botanical version of a cool, upside-down pineapple cake! It was a sight to behold, and I couldn't help but laugh at the quirky transformation. With our Medusa delicately suspended upside down, she's now getting ready for her final act of drying. It's like she's doing an acrobatic performance, waving her buds at us from above. Who knew cannabis cultivation could be so entertaining! In all seriousness, though, our Medusa's buds are absolutely mesmerizing. They've reached their peak density and glisten with an abundance of trichomes. The colors are a true botanical wonder, like a vibrant firework display against a night sky. Each day, I observe those tiny resinous diamonds, searching for the magical moment when they're just right – cloudy with a hint of amber. And the aroma, oh the aroma! Another easy week for the Runtz ladies ❤️ I’ve been watching closely and counting down, they are getting so close but could still go a little further without getting too much amber. I’m trying to time the harvest to go along with my other strain I have going as I have no other space available 🙈 I switched to straight PH water the end of last week, and they have gotten three feeds with runoff since, there will probably be 2 more. They are taking less water now, or rather, it’s lasting longer now. RH was dropped to between 48-50 % and temps have been between 76-79 degrees, and about 69 degeees at night. Buenas a tod@s... Sexta semana de estás runtz x layer cake de barneys farm.. de momento va todo en orden, la planta ya se hace notar con distintos tonos de verdes, olores y sobre todo resina... Van creciendo muy bien, está semana fue todo tranquilo... Con ganas de ver la etapa final y desgustarlas aún que todas las etapas se disfrutan, la final es la más power y ahí realmente ves si necesitas cambiar algo o no, de momento todo más q bien 🏻. expanded the pot patch to include some companion planting and cover crop this year. Added 2 yards of grow max composted soil mix from the local garden centre. now 18" deep and I will be adding some leaf mould, myco and a super microbe tea to kickstart things. ************UPDATE************* due to the shit weather in Canada this year I have decided to NOT plant an outdoor crop this year, due to late season start and big el nino which means lower than norm temps and lots of rain for us which = issues growing.

Royal Gorilla Automatic: Checked out some similar grow diaries and came to the conclusion that she's definitely in shock as she's lagging behind quite a bit. Last week I diagnosed the plant with some deficiencies (mg/mn/calc), possibly caused by the soil's PH being to acidic. To counter this, I started the week by topdressing the plant with some fresh soil, quite a bit of kelp meal (to raise PH and supply the plant with calcium and magnesium) and some worm compost. This time I watered the plant without adding lactobacillus. This seems to have been effective seeing as the plant has restarted growing . Buds are finally starting to dense up, trichomes are finally forming and the plant is starting to look healthy again. Still waiting on the smell though. Added some bone meal at the end of the week to try and get the buds to dense up some more. Solomatic: Plant is looking great, showing no signs of nutrient deficiencies. Her buds are getting quite dense and the trichomes are present and sticky as fuck. She has a nice haze like smell to her, which I really like. Although she isn't showing any signs of deficiencies I did add a tiny bit of kelp meal and worm compost at the start of the week, followed by some bone meal at the end of the week. Normally I wouldn't add fertilizer this close to harvest, but I have a feeling I can get the buds to dense up even more this way. Will probably give her another week and a flush before I harvest her. Stress Killer: The healthiest plant of the bunch, showing absolutely no signs of deficiencies or stress. The sweet smell is present, yet not (yet) overwhelming. Her buds are getting really dense and the trichomes are everywhere and super sticky. Added some fresh soil, some worm compost and a bit of kelp meal at the start of the week, followed by some bone meal at the end of the week. She should normally grow for about 10-12 weeks, so I'm expecting her to fatten up like crazy now. Can't wait to smoke this one.

Hello! Hello! This week has been another solid week in the books. I did quite a bit of defoliation this week as the ladies were in need of it. Wanted to open up some airflow for them as well as get some of those lower bud sites some light. I am currently feeding about 3 gallons a day as these girls are drinking quite a bit. First gallon I feed is from the extra I mixed on res change for the week, then I have typically been going with RO water and Cal-mag for my other two. I am still learning and figuring out feedings, but so far so good this run. I am thinking I should have done a second trellis net as well, they just keep stretching, but seem like they should be pretty close to done, but still more than I anticipated. Quite a bit different from my first run, those plants were super short and bushier, more of the typical Indica style. I think its definitely easier to defoliate and train these plants, but that could be my knowledge has grown a little as well. No plans to do anything else to them other than monitor the environment, keep up with my res and monitor that, and make sure these light penetration and airflow is good! As always, any tips, comments, questions, or recommendations always appreciated and welcomed! 👊👊

The Auto AK is loving life, handling a slightly over eager first time grower well! The West Coast OG is a little behind, seems a bit more sensitive to pH imbalance and has also suffered from a touch of nute burn 😕 rookie error! Did feed both with some seaweed and 6.0-6.5 pH water. They can't grow quick enough 😂

Last week I neglected the fertigation beyond the low humidity all that delayed the first topping and leaf burned the most thirsty girls, by the end of the week I had already recovered them and succed topping, they are looking very healthy.

Ready for a week of water only. Really frosty buds and extremely fruity terps. I did hit he with a little dose of PK before the flush which looks like it has helped.

TUESDAY 1/15: MuthaPHucking PH fluctuations again!!!!! 😖 I calibrate my 2 cheapo- ph pens everymotherPHucking day and STILL it happens....PHuck the dumb shit....I just ordered a $100+ Apera tester.👈 I watered everybody with about a half-gallon of water, plus heavy boomerang and calimagic, some bud candy, some terpinator, some kelp me kelp you, some armor silica, and the bloomers got their first dose of open sesame..no big bloom or grow big for anyone. WEDNESDAY: I foliar fed them a few times and calibrated my new ph tester. The big C4 is branching like crazy...the little one is flowering now..hopefully she stretches really well too. All 3 WW's have started flowering. I FIM'd the last 2 WW's today, so everybody's done. Debbie Diesel is looking strong..big thick main stalk. The Northern Lights is also showing me some vertical growth now. All 3 Candy Canes are budding up nicely.👍 FRIDAY: I fed everybody about a half-gallon and foliar fed them a couple of times. SATURDAY: Foliar fed a few times The Candy Canes have stretched so much that I may need to raise my lights a little..they are about 16 inches from the tops now....monitoring... SUNDAY: Foliar fed a few times Still no sign of light burn on the CC's, so I'm leaving the lights where they are. MONDAY: Still moist..will water tomorrow with my new pump-driven system👍
