The Apple Cup hermied this week along with the Baker's Dozen. Fortunately Tropicanna Poison is flowering so fast that it seems to be unbothered by the hermies next to it. The hermied plants will be stunted as more energy will be focused on developing pollen/seeds. Also I'll have to chop them down early before any seeds begin to solidify within the buds. It's ideal to immediately remove any hermies as soon as pollen sacs are spotted. Unfortunately I only have my small closet space so I decided to leave them and observe the growth of hermies.

Trichomes were checked this week, looks like they are all milky in color with no amber at all. I decided to turn the light power down to 65% for 2 reasons: to help in maturing the plant, and to avoid any bleaching because of being too close to the light. The DLI was actually closer to 50 at the top of the canopy, so lowering the power brought it back into the 40 DLI range. I have only been watering them with Mills Vitilize silica supplement , i think ive been doing 1 mls per gallon, slowly increasing the dosage. topped 2 plants in here , now am i wishing i did it for some of the others .
