it's always a pleasure to do business with Barney's Farm!!! They have never let me down even once!! Even in the worst situations and conditions they have always been able to bring out the best for me!! I really enjoyed forcing these plants to see their reactions, but I wouldn't do it again as a technique because it only serves to keep the canopy low but not to increase the yields...or...at least in my case I didn't find it of fundamental importance....maybe a simple cut of the apical top and that was it! but that's fine!😋

Day 43 to 49 Thursday Day 43 800ppm @ 6.1 Day 44 Autopots flooded my tent. Thank god for perlite! 800ppm @ 6.1 again yay D47 Final defoliation done. I may pluck a few here and there but we're pretty much on autopilot now 😁 My goal is 800grams on this run. I think I can get it. AVT4 is huge. Man I love this shit!!!!

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. Que hay familia, vamos con la sexta semana de vida de estas Candy Rain de Zamnesia, para el concurso POWER BUDS Plagron x Zamnesia CONTEST. Vaya color verde que se están marcando, se ven bien sanas, ya se aprecia. Las preflores. Esta vez regué con una aplicación de Sugar Royal, 0.8 ml x litro de agua, Alga Bloom 2 ml x litro y Power Bud 0.5 ml x litro, Green Sensation 0.5 x litro, por supuesto controlando siempre el Ph, que ahora mismo lo dejamos en 6. Tragan alrededor de 1 litro por planta cada 48 horas.(3 riegos semanales). La temperatura máxima está en 23.5 grados y la humedad está entorno al 55%. The plants are comming along nicely. They got some horsetail extract in the past 2 weeks, nothing else. I will top dress with a handful guano the comming days. The sativa pheno seems to be the furthest aong in terms of trichromes. We will see, when we start looking at the trichromes with a microscope soon. Numbers 1 and 7, the indica phenos, are similar. Only number 1 is lagging behind 7-10 days. All plants started to receede from their bigger lower fan leaves. I keep picking them of as they turn yellow. Happy growing everyone!

Plantitas sanas.

Well week 19 and week 9 of flower did start Monday 10/11 but because of my delay in update last week I waited a bit to start the week. The smell is freaking AMAZING!!! Got to sample some more cured stuff and I absolutely love it!!! Still bummed the Black Widow never made it but hopefully next time. The mothers are all flushed, the temps are down, the humidity is down. I'm thinking about dimming the light a bit to see if it helps with ripening. In truth, this grow was all an experiment, lol. Mistakes were made but learned from. But the most important thing is I had alot of fun this time around. There was minimal stress/pressure which I believe is a major part in growing. I feel I really connected with the universe with this! My ultimate goal is quality first, then quantity. Quality will always be one of the pillars of life! I can't get a good pic of the trichomes but there's a decent amount of amber and will be ready for harvest on 10/20 🌕 That's pretty much it, just a waiting, lol. Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️

☘️12/04 - Empieza su décima semana en etapa de floración. ☘️Ya comencé con su lavado de raíz, le agregue 25L de agua y 6ml en total de Top Wash. ☘️Yo creo que un lavado más igual al que realice y ya esta lista, se notaba bastante limpia el agua. ☘️La humedad que estoy teniendo en el indor es máximo de 55% y 22 grados de temperatura. ☘️La planta en total ya tiene 109 días en total desde la germinacion hasta ahora. ☘️La planta estaba largando demasiado olor a weed y tuve que comprar un filtro de carbón ya que el olor era muy invasivo, hasta el momento funciona de forma perfecta. ☘️En estos dias subiré más imágenes de como viene.

You should use cotton pads because it is one of the fastest way to germinate seeds, it is also one of the more reliable way because with these few steps, you could have a 99% of success if seeds are fresh (we store our seeds in a dark and sealed container in the fridge and they last years!). This is a NOOB-FRIENDLY technique BUT you have to respect some little and easy steps: 1️⃣take one cotton pad, spray it 5 times with water; 2️⃣dispose seeds in the sprayed cotton pad, remember to leave minimum 1cm of space between seeds, 3️⃣take a new cotton pad, spray it 3 times with water, face the wet side down and put it on the seeds of the first cotton pad; 4️⃣spray the dry side 3 times. 5️⃣put your "sandwich/es" in a sealed dark container of a sufficient size to store them, I use a plastic container (glass or plastic are equal) with about this size: 15x30cm .It contains about 8 "sandwitches". 6️⃣store the container in a dark place with a temperature from 17°C (23/24 °C are optimal)and more. REMEMBER: More light they see and colder is the place,slower will be the germination and lower will be the germination ratio. *(If your seeds are old, not good stored and with a low germination ratio, I suggest you to use Seed Booster. Old seeds and maybe stored in a very hot place for a long time may will be death and may will not never germinate). Generally a normal cotton pad is good for 3 seeds. The purplematic is foxtailing rly strong :/ but i do not mind that too much, i am much more sad about the actual size of the plants. Got 2 auto hulkberry rdy for next summer. The hulkberry is stacking up in a way more sadisfying way harvested at day 4 of the week
