Ciao ragazzi e bentoranti per i nuovi aggiornamenti!!!😉 Purtroppo ragazzi questa settimana non è stata delle migliori per i parametri. In Italia il caldo inizia a farsi sentire e nel box si sono raggiunte temperature di 30°C e l umidità è salita al 70% anche bagnando al minimo loro.😱 Le MimOrange crescono bene, forse il troppo caldo ha reso i rami più esili un po molli, ma tutto sommato crescono molto bene.👍 La numero 2 adesso misura 30cm. La numero 1 se non l avessi piegata sarebbe stata almeno 40 cm. Ottimo! La numero 3 è più bassa e folta, penso che dovrò aprirla e pulirla un po.👌 Avendo cambiato zona di crescita non avevo calcolato il cambio di ph dell acqua del rubinetto e il fatto che non usi prodotti con un regolatore di ph incorporato mi ha tratto in inganno.🤦‍♂️ Ho misurato il Ph dell acqua dopo averla fertilizzata ed era di 7.7 così ho introdotto 0.25 ml di Ph Down e l ho portato a 6.27. Ora dovrebbe assorbire i Super nutrienti che gli stando alla grandissima!!!💪 Eh niente ragazzi! Speriamo che le temperature si abbassino di un paio di gradi, anche per noi perché si muore, e sembra solo l inizio. 6.1. - Plants are looking very good. First branches are already developing, so I guess I will have to start with LST soon. 8.1. - First branches are shooting out, leaves and plants overall are getting bigger. I hope they'll keep this tempo and health. Watered. 9.1. - Today I've decided to apply some LST and I accidentally snapped off the main stem of one Creamatic. I've fixed it back with tape, but not sure how it will end. 😔 10.1. - I've checked the broken plant and decided to remove that part. Plant already started focusing on the branches that are left, so basically one plant was topped unintentionally ✂️ 11.1. - Week wrap-up: Well, this week was half fail half success. Plants are growing fast and healthy, however I've managed to fuck them up a bit as usual. One accidentally topped plant and one with broken but healing branch. I've decided to give up on the LST of main stems completely. I will let them grow up and just spread the branches with wires. Hope next week will be more successful ✌️ 5.1. - 11.1.2024

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

It was my first grow so I know my next crack at this strain would be much better. I didn't have too many issues or any crazy setbacks. It was smooth sailing for a while and then had some nute/deficiency issues but it was later in flower. I did move them into a bigger tent with a far better light but not until the last 3 weeks of flower. So I know I'll have to grow this again in the future and compare!

From the first days of flowering, I immediately saw that this strain had potential in terms of the rapid development of lots of smell trichomes.. ~ Hope better every day ❤️

We continue ... start of the week.... The plant continues to grow bigger ... it has remained low compared to my normal standards, perhaps because I had given it too much water however many branches full of flowers ..... now we start with the end of fertilization and then start the flush but we evaluate next week O.T. :someone will ask but MiniMe where is ????? caught !!

Dealing with a heavy heat wave. Try to do my best cooling the girls but temp rise up to 31 degrees:( most of the time I keep on 28 degrees. the girls so far are fine. As usual I give them twice ph6 water and the third with bio nova nutrients half of the recommended amount

End of week four. I cant believe the growth this last 7 days. Had to double check my calendar. Pyramid seeds is one of my favorite seed companies, extremely hard to get in the states!

I changed the light cycle to 12 hours. The ladies look very happy at the moment. Gelato #2 is about 5 cm smaller than her sister. I hope she still catches up a bit.

Week 6 all done and the babies are flowering and smelling lovely! Nothing new to report this week, I've just been watering in the top dress from last week, did some light defoliation today and some new lst ties to expose all those bud sites. 😍 Stoked with this Gorilla Cookies girl she's full of bud sites and starting to take a decent shape, filling out the pot nicely. I’m baaaaack!!! Sorry I’ve been away for a while. I’ve been busy getting everything together for the next phase… Welcome to the Dude Garden 2.0! I now have 3 grow areas. Two 2x4 tents (one for clone/veg, another for mothers) and a large 10x12’ish flowering area (its actually larger than that, but I’ll be conservative). The tents are running 300w LED’s and a T5 for the cloning/sprouting station. The flowering area has a 1000w HPS!!! I’m totally psyched to see how the HPS does with flowering for me. From all the research I’ve done It seems to still be undisputed that HPS is the best for flowering (but not so good on the electric bill). I moved all plants from the tents to the new flowering area under HPS. That includes 3 Blackberry’s (FastBuds), NYC Diesel Auto (Barney’s Farm), DinaMed+ and Critical+ (DinaFem), Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman) and 3 Cherry Hemp (Elevator Supply Co). The Cream & Cheese CBD is looking very nice and she smells great! I am looking forward to watching her stretch and bloom under the new 1000w HPS. Then I'm really looking forward to the results. I'll definitely get her tested and hope the specs are even close to true. 20%'ish for both THC and CBD sounds too good to be true, but fingers crossed that's what she actually brings! I transplanted the photos from the 3 gallon grow bags to 7 gallon fabric pots. And also purchased some Pot Elevators that they are sitting on. The Plant Elevators are pretty cool, they have a mesh base to allow better drainage and air flow to the bottom of the pots. I have clones of all of the photos cut and planted in Jiffy pellets in a humidity dome. I took 3 clones of each. The strongest clones will become mothers, the others will be grown out. Note: The HPS gives much more of a yellow wash on the pics than I was expecting. I tried to color correct the pics the best I could and tried to get to the real colors, It should be pretty close.

I watered my girl in day 10 with merely 250 ppm and 5.8 pH. Hope it wont cause any nutrient burn ! Update: watering every 1-2 day with 300ppm and 5.8pH.

Day 63- She was very bushy and I did defoliation and LST using second ring to expand the branches vertically (beging of week 8). Now she has stretch and buds forming nicely 🙂👌

Day late on the update, pics/vids were taken on time tho just been a crazy week of harvests and trimming and keeping up with these. Reason I went with Rain Science is because they offer identical air flow for rapid growth as the radicle bags, just using a different material and a tighter knit so water doesnt flood out the sides during feeds and when you pick these up when the coco is dry, it wont fly all over the tent like with the radicles. They're the optimal bag for autoflowers especially. I figured out why the one stayed so short compared to the others, the base of the stem did a 360 so it's like a loop then it grew vertical.

End of week 2, been a bit inconsistent this week with the pictures, but overall it looks good !

Welcome back in the 8th week of flowering with Dutch Passion’s Colorado Cookies. She is ripening good, buds are rock solid and covered in trichomes, such a beauty. The smell is exactly what I hoped for, the Cookies characteristic as we all know from the GSC. Last Sunday I gave her the last bits of nutrients, so this week is flushing till Sunday, Sunday will be harvest day!! I noticed that this one Colorado Cookies less to almost non purple than the rest, since most of the GSC genetics do have purple in them. But it doesn’t matter im happy with how the buds look and smell. Cant wait to have a taste! After this one is cut down ill put the other 2 cookies straight in the flower room for at least 1 week maby 2 depends on how well they will perform in there. My next grow will take place first or second week of December, in the meantime I will chooce a new strain to grow and prepare the next grow. This time I will perfom my first real ScrOG and combine it with the airdome underneath my pot (they say you can improves your yield by 20-30%). So it got my attention and im very curious about the results. That’s it for now see you all back on Sunday harvest day!!
