Other than just standing there in awe … lolo seriously. Each meter-long branch is filling with white hairs. - Panama Red is a long flowering strain and southern Ontario is not always weather-friendly in early - mid November! Let alone October, regardless its going to be a ridiculously fine and complex plant. Going to get it as far along as possible. I have to start this update with a confession. 😂📸 I didn't take individual photos of Blueberry Muffin Pheno A this week. There. I said it. My bad. 😂💚 I photographed her sister. I photographed the room. I have video showing the whole garden evolving. But somehow... this little lady escaped the camera this week. And I know. I know. She deserves better. 😂 So next week? She's getting her own proper photo session. Absolutely. But even without her individual gallery this week, I can still tell you exactly what I'm seeing. And what I'm seeing is... a beautiful little plant. Compact. Very compact. Actually... she could hardly be much smaller. 😂💚 She's continuing to do exactly what she has always done. Growing. Developing. Flowering. Staying compact. And quietly becoming more interesting every week. So although I don't have her personal photo gallery this time... I'm absolutely not going to let her disappear from the story. This girl deserves her spotlight. And we're going to give it to her. ──────────────────────── 🌱 The 8×8 Adventure — Same Room, Different Stories For anyone discovering this diary for the first time, welcome to the 8×8 Adventure. She's one of those plants where you almost have to remind yourself that she's still a full flowering plant sitting in a 15 L pot. And that's what makes her so interesting. She could hardly be much smaller. She's not trying to occupy every available centimetre. She's not reaching for the ceiling. She's not building some enormous structure. She's simply using the little framework she has. And now I am genuinely curious about what that means for her final production. Because that's the great unknown. We know she's small. We know she's beautiful. We know she's flowering. But how much can this little plant ultimately produce? That's something we're going to have to discover. And honestly? I'm really curious. ──────────────────────── 🔬 Small Frame. Big Question. This is another reason I love phenotype hunting. Sometimes the interesting question isn't: "How big is she?" The two additional Black Series 600W fixtures remain part of the room's lighting ecosystem. After the initial increase in PPFD, we reduced the output to approximately 59% from the plug. We're working around: ☀️ ~1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy with the actual intensity naturally changing throughout the canopy depending on plant height and position. And Blueberry Muffin? She's still doing her thing under all those photons. She's not suddenly stretching. She's not suddenly changing her personality. She's simply continuing to develop within the compact architecture she's established. Same photons. Same room. Different plant. Different expression. These plants are no longer the little seedlings we started with. They're established flowering plants. They're developing their individual personalities. They're filling their spaces. And sometimes seeing the whole room gives you a perspective that an individual photograph can't. You can see how different the plants are. You can see the different heights. The different structures. The different flower formations. And right there... our little Blueberry Muffin. Sometimes a moving image tells you something different from a still photograph. The whole room becomes part of the story. And that's particularly useful in a project like this. 12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. She looks great and is growing really quickly. Ill update with more pics as it goes along.

week 2 Established a nice root system in this clone, all ready for transplant. Used some azos on the roots and some in soil. 7/29- Added 250ppm of epsum salt and 250 ppm of calmag to 1 gal of water. Fed maybe 2 cups to the plant.

Hello This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. The plants are starting to put on some weight now... and the resin is flowing. I like it when the resin is visible on the edges of the top fan leaves too. Those plant always have more resin.... Still got a month to go. I like to flower for 10 weeks. Smelling strong in here now.... Sweet Candy Floral Cookies... Yeah Smells Good!!! 😃 OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

10-31 : Starting week 3 with reservoir cleanup, nutrient solution is about 440 ppm & 5.8 ph. Very good root growth on the left girl, going to top her tomorrow, everyting going well so far. 11-01 : Topped the girl on the left, girl on the right seems fine.

Day 23: grow is coming along nicely! Tucking the larger leaves behind the smaller ones to allow more light. The older BD is coming on nicely, I think she is going to stretch soon. I'm still going a little heavy on the N. I can see the tips clawing down slightly. Minor discoloration on the tips but hardly even noticeable. Day 24: the oldest BD is showing signs of a cal mag deficiency. I have been giving cal mag xtra at 0.5ml/L Due to the amount of N. Next feed I will up to 1.25ml/L and cut the grow A out. Worried about the amount of N shes going to be getting, cal mag as it is 4-0-0 and the grow A is 3-0-0. Watered the younger blue dream. Exactly the same as I have been previously. Day 25: New gear day 😁! Its been a busy day in the garden! Second p1000 added to tent. Also added in 2x CO2 gas bags. CO2 bags are placed next to the air intake to keep the CO2 in the tent for as long as possible. The lights are now set at 50% and about 23 inches above the girls. Giving them the same intensity, but with more coverage. I've also been monitoring VPD. I'm keeping my tent at a 50% humidity, using a humidifier outside the tent. With my temps being between 24-26°C I believe this is the optimal range. Finally, I have watered the jack herer. I gave her 3L of water this time. I waited a little longer to water than I have previously, so the pot took more to get the 20% runoff. I will be waiting until the other girls feel like this. I've been a little nervous about under watering. The 3L feed was the same as the previous one. Day 26: big shock today... my timer for lights hasn't gone off since I installed the second light 🤦‍♂️ multi plug stops mechanical timer from spinning 🤬.. all sorted now, they will turn off tonight! Only caught due to the new camera! On to that, I got a cheap camera from amazon to view remotely.. made sure temp/RH can be seen also. Works great. It is 1080p but I haven't figured out how to get the timelapse download quality in 1080p. I will look into that. Anyway I got a timelapse of the blue dream after watering 😝. Watered her the usual. If interested just scroll up it's been the same for a while 🙂. Day 28: smaller blue dream watered the usual. I really do need to cut the N down. They are on the edge of toxic levels. Girls are looking a little sleepy tonight, this morning I upped the power on the lights to 65% they took it really really well. It came to tea time and they were taking it really well still so I upped it to 75%. A few hours at 75% and they told me that was to much by dropping the leaves. Its lights out soon so no big deal! I know where my lights should be set for optimal growth tomorrow. Its amazing how much they can tell you. So I'll be leaving them on 65% at 18" for a little while. I'm trying to prevent too much stretch. Day 29: watered the jack today, shes looking the furthest into flower! I cut the sensi grow A out fully today as she has N in her cal mag and B52. Kept all the other levels the same for now. Next feed I will be introducing her to the bloom nutes. Oldest BD will be due a feed tomorrow and she will be having the same. They are continuing to grow nicely, I'm pretty shocked with how big they are if I'm honest! Cheers for stopping by 👍👊

She has stretched 30cm in a week!!! I don’t know if this is the moment where i should feel happy about or not LOL. But my grow space is kinda limited and she has stretch so much it made my SCroG looked like it is the base of the plant. I bought a dehumidifier cuz i reckon the grow room was too humid for the plant during flowering phase but unfortunately i think the room is too big for the dehumidifier to work efficiently. The humidity is around 55-60 % which i think is a little bit too high but there is no better options . For the next grow i will have to invest on a new grow tent since growing in a room is kinda hard to manipulate the environment . By this week i cannot turn off my AC unit at all since the smell is very strong almost like i’m in a supermarket full of vegs .XD I put turn my AC and dehumidifier on full time and let’s hope that she stops the stretch before i run out of room!!

This is a unique autoflower version of the photoperiod Melonade Runtz and is kinda special as this strain, along with her other abundant terpenes, has a relatively unknown terpene by the name of farnesene which peaked my curiosity as a lover of terpenes... aren't we all?🤪 For a more in depth and thorough description of Auto Melonade Runtz I defer to the proverbial 'horses mouth', Dutch Passion. "Auto Melonade Runtz is a powerful Runtz autoflower crossing that is incredibly potent and pungent due to the addition of Melonade genetics. The dried buds have nice bag appeal and a commercial look. She is suitable for every type of grower (including beginners). This cannabis strain does well in soil and coco-fiber, but can also be grown hydroponically for the highest yields. She has an XL yield and has an average autoflower seed to harvest time of 11 weeks. Auto Melonade Runtz is a strong and robust hybrid autoflower plant with good branching, sturdy buds with a unique terpene profile. She usually has a fruity and creamy aroma and taste.
