ive harvested the tops of these girls and left the bottom to mature more over another 2 weeks. I will update all the weights at the end. Will give them another bloom boost and some fulvic humic and microbes. should be able to quadruple the weight of the mid and bottom buds.

Week 9 and 4th of flower! And holy 👽, we're getting there fast! My girls are growing well and they seem to be taking the nutrients reeeeally well! So once again I'm increasing the strength of Silver PK and White monster! I also noticed something quite interesting... it's only the 4th week of flower and some trichomes are turning amber! That should not be happening unless the lights are too close to the plant or perhaps, this girl is just fast and I should chop her soon? 😱 No idea. I'll probably around and see what people think and if I should do it or not. I trimmed some leaves and for the first time in like ever I did not touch the LST! Anyway, see you all next week! 👋

Welcome to my second grow of the Do-si-dos strain. This girl was veg'd for 14 week in a small pot while my first grow of this strain is in the flowering room. She didn't gain much more in size, despite the extra veg time, probably due to lower levels of nutes and the smaller pot size. Still she's looking good after moving her to the big pot and giving her a trim. Thanks for checking out my grows!

Day 71👋🌱 Started flushing. Giving ph controlled water at 6.2/6.5, I check TDS to water owerflowing from pot, bringing it to 50ppm from 400. Now I’ll start checking trichomes every three days, I’d like a 60% white and 40% amber. Day 72👋🌱🌱 Hi all growers, how is going? Second flush, baut maybe the real first one😎, i gave 10 lt of ph controled water (6.5) and was checking ppm from water coming out. i gave water unitl it reach 400 ppm, my water is 200 ppm, i hope i'll bring it to 50 ppm for next flush in 3 days. Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Strain has few phenos... I found 3 different, definitely i must to try this strain but in diffent style. I think this is great plant for sog! Branches aren't very hard, with one of plants i have big problems (broken branches) they need alot support. Zamnesia i want to try this strain in sog style ❤️

Very beginning of week 10. She is gearing up for flower. She is stretching, but I keep pulling everything down. She has been 36 inches for a month. She is about 41 wide. 8/13 Her pot was on the dry side. Gave her 2 gallons of water. I'd say 10 percent run off. I use the ph strips. I bring water home from my job. Their water is the perfect PH according to the strips. I test her run off today. Looks like a low 6. 8/14 2 gallons of water with 8 tablespoons of fox farm Big Bloom and 1 teaspoon of recharge. I do like the foxfarm products. Some Big Bloom can make a sick plant healthy. Have to check, think she is ready to be fed. 8/16 per 2 gallons 4 ml Grow Big, 4 ml Tiger Bloom 1/2 teaspoon Open Sesame 8/18 4 Tablespoons Foxfarm Bigbloom and 1/2 teaspoon recharge. Per Gallon 1 day I will get a ph meter. First year spent enough. The plants look very healthy. Unless the strips are completely worthless, she looks to be in her happy place. She was fed very well the past week. I might do 1 more water then feed. She is forming her sites. 8/13. Makes it easy to space the sites out. Also to know what to remove. Have to force myself to cut off what's not making it. Think flower.

I need to dry the buds in the dark at 19 degrees Celsius and 50% humidity. I hope the effect will be good, The only thing I don't like is that she has too many leaves and I get very tired when trimming the buds, but that's the fault of the strain and genetics and that's how it should be!

So heres my germination method. Soak/shake seeds in 3% h202 solution for a few minutes and let sit until tiny bubbles form on seed coat. Rinsed in clean rain water. Then placed in HPO's GREEN-SUPREME used as seed soak solution. With a small amount of ANTI-MATTER for enzymes. Soaked 12hrs (mostly I just soak a few hrs) Straight into Gro-Dirt Super Starter soil. Watered seeds in gently with diluted DARK-MATTER solution to get the mycorrhizal species attached as soon as possible. Once they came up, 18-24hrs later, sprayed gently with a mix of GREEN-SUPREME & RHIZO-MOJO Just a small pinch of both in a 1ltr spray bottle. All this was done in a dark warm place on a heat mat. In a humidity dome. Happy growing friends

Week 8 four days in flushed the girls big time got tds too 255 for final 7 to 10 days the look great except 1st flush water I used clear and two plants some got rusty spots on leaves and yellow and die but did not affair bad i learned a lot about a proper flush from my neighbors thank god I took his advice on flushing took tons of ph water but should have flushed all unwanted nutrients and salts away and drink nothing but water for its last 7 two 10 days tricombes are almost all cloudy a few Amber and a few not quite cloudy I watch daily now on those I use to wait for hairs to turn 75 percent but that’s not good way to do it invest in microscope or jewellers loop

Day 28 after flip of zombie kush! Starting to focus on buds! We all ready can smell it not sweet more floral smell . See u next week growmies!
