What’s growing on everyone?!?! My banana punch plants are about ready to go into flower here this upcoming week. They are just over a foot tall now, I pruned some leaves and stuff that was gonna end up being a waste of time and energy to the plants. Also allowing more airflow to freely come and go between the lower branches to help prevent PM or giving insects anywhere to begin to colonize. The plants are getting some real growers real charge once a week, they seem to be really taking nicely to that. Really happy with the shaping of all these plants so far. I'm happy with what i'm seeing :) The cookies are stacking up like crazy, gonna have some serious cola's. The stretchy Cookie is back on track since i started making her own feed @ 70% strength of the others, she seems to like it. Aficionado French Connection Rossa Corsa Beautyfull plant all around, tight noding and big *ss leaves Def a indica dominant pheno. I'll be keeping a close eye on her deu to lot of reviews talking about Herm issue's. Gorilla breath. She took of like crazy from Day 1, she sprouted a week later than the rest and now she is the biggest among the bunch. She's a verry easy to grow strain, even though she,'s not as stacked as the Cookies. I'm expecting a decent return from her, curious to the outcome of her Wel that's it Growmies Rock on💚

Good first week, plants have been growing well. When mixing up the ingredients and pouring them into the sprayer, I noticed they made a stream or vapour, wondered if that will cause any issues with the plants or what it was. All the seeds have sprouted as well so happy about that. This is a combo of week 1 and 2

Super happy with everything so far, plants are growing fast and everything is going smoothly. I have all propped up a couple inches for better light penetration. Gonna need to take the humidifier out here soon so I can maximize all of the space for the plants. Haven't done any cutting, just some LST.

Lilly x White Widow is doing good. She has finished, and is ripening well. I am just a little past when I would like to cut her. I am waiting on space in Cannatrol. So I have to cycle them in to it in 8 day gaps. Her next update will be her Harvest. I did reduce the light strength on the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights to 60 percent. She is just riding out her time flushing to her cut date. Starting flush day 68

Good week. PPM issues last week were due to messing around with the watering schedule. I changed to a 3min fill and the extra water disturbed the clay pebbles, releasing sediment into the reservoir. I'm back to 1min fills. Buds are looking excellent. They're growing very close to the lamp but I don't have room to raise it anymore, I'm thinking I'll need to string them using the corners of the tent as anchors if they start burning. The dehumidifier was also set too high, so it's been a bit steamy in there for the last day. Reset it from 45% back down to 20% so it's running at full power day and night. When it's set at 45% the real RH raises to 80%, when it's set at 20% the RH sits at around 45%.

All of the ladies are now starting to flower except the NHL I think it’s a little behind but all in all they are growing great! Day 31 - Everything seems to be going great, fed the ladies yesterday havnt had any more issues yet (Thankfully) thanks for following & happy growing friends✌️🏼🌱 Day 33- A few of the ladies have some dead leaves not sure if it’s normal or if something is wrong.. they all seem pretty healthy other wise!

Nothing but colas on all 3 this is going to be a big harvest. Another 2 or 3 weeks max.

Ok so I'm really impressed with this autoflower. It's a monster in my opinion. I really pushed it hard for a day or two during a heat wave. Temps were 88F, I gave it a Full dose of PK booster ( LiquidKool Bloom ) and some Raw Citrus. Plant suck the bucket DOWN FAST. I thought alright its liking it. It did but it also burned it pretty badly. So I watered it down and got a cal-mag deficiency lol. Then during the heat wave I was being to brave and left to work for 12 hours with high temperatures and the plant tops at about 2 and a half feet when its recommended 3 feet. Totally my fault. But man oh man, she took all of it pretty well in my opinion. She's a little burnt but the FROST on the buds are insane outside the tent lights. It hasn't even had 1 night of sleep its entire life. 8/15 Checked ppm and pH, felt brave and added full dose PK. 8/16 Checked ppm and pH, pH remained steady at 5.9, ppm climbed to 1200. I let it run. 8/17 Checked ppm and pH, pH remained steady at 5.9, ppm climbed to 1400 and the bucket was empty. I knew I'd see burned tips soon. Added plain pH water, dropped to 800ppm. Left it to drink water. 8/18 Checked ppm and pH, tips showing burn but its definitely swelling, was it worth it? So far I'm thinking yes. Definitely yes. Ppm 950, pH 6.0 8/19 Checked ppm and pH, ppm at 1100, pH at 6.2 I watered it down with plain pH water to 700. I was feeling brave again, added more sweetener and PK booster. Ppm at 900. ( I made a mistake over the last 2 days and forgot to add cal-mag) 8/20 Checked ppm and pH, ppm went down to 800, pH at 6.2. Made no adjustments just added Cal-mag. I already had a slight deficiency going but not adding ANY to a plant that drinks 2 gallons a day was a huge mistake. It got a lot of brown patches and yellow but not everywhere. I also realized it was to close to the CMH. Plus a heat wave sent my temp to 88F while I was at work, not sure how long. I think I got a little bit of foxtail going on the very top tips. Adjusted temperature and raised light as high as I could. 8/21 Checked ppm and pH. This plant just eats and drinks to much. None of my other plants come close to this one. I have to check it everyday. My others can go up to 3 days untouched. This monster is impressive. I would reccomend this autoflower to anyone, but it says it's an intermediate grow level. It's been super easy for me. Really hope this monster finishes soon. All trichromes are clear. 10 September Harvest - see pictures. While some growers leave the plant whole when they cut, I do not. It is a personal preference and situational convenience if your a home grower. I chose to cut large, long branches, and remove any whole water leaves, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the bud formation. I don’t trim yet. This is done for a few of reasons: 1) It’s my last good close-up look at her until another 5 days or more, 2) I don’t want wet leaves drying on my buds if I can help it, and 3) I occasionally like being able to shine a small LED flashlight on the flowers while its drying. Mold is our greatest problem as growers, it can destroy a beautiful grow right up until the end process. Then I hang it in a dark closet, provide circulation and ventilation. Light and heat, anything above 80 degrees F, will start a break down in cannabinoids during the dry, it is ideal to stay away from both. I’m fortunate that a humidity level of 50- 55% and temperature of 65-70 degrees F is fairly consistent and easy to maintain. Anything below 60 degree F will prevent the adequate drying out of chlorophyll. Almost all my flower routinely take 5-7 days, some a little longer, to properly dry out. 15 September Trim - see pictures. First you’ll notice the buds have shrunk up to half their original size. This is just a fact that we growers have to deal with. Due to evaporation without uptake of water, it takes about 3 days for the chlorophyll to dry up, then slowly go through a chemical change. Along with the leaves, cannabinoids also begin a chemical change after 3 days called decarboxylation. A slow process where the THC level increases while curing. You want the leaf to be dry so they can be hand trimmed easily, but you do not want that bud so dry that it starts to fall apart in your hand. Try to handle carefully by the main stem to avoid touching the bud all together. A lot of these cut leaves will be covered with trichomes, good for making oils, or other products, it’s an option worth looking into keeping it. After trimming, I do separate a few premium flowers for my first smoq. Then loosely fill wide mouth quart mason jars with about 1 oz/28 gr of product per jar. I seal the lids for a few hours to determine what relative humidity they are at, see hygrometer pic, before making a decision to put in a 62% humidity control pack of my choice or to wait, then place in secure in a cool dark place with stable humidity and temperature. It is very important to then observe/burp or exchange the air as needed, up to several times a day, until 62% rh is achieved. Once your close to to your mark, put in your desired RH level control terpene shield. If you have a problem getting there: 1) it has dried out too much, no real solution, try to put several large cut stems left over from harvest into the jars with the buds to try and increase humidty, 2) it has not dried out enough, in this case no problem, just remove and dry out a little more. This is also a personal choice, some people like it drier in the 50% plus range. Whatever you do, research and preserve. At that time burping is no longer required. Cannabis will reach its peak potency potential at about 40 or so days into the cure. The finished product should be a perfect grind when cured correctly without clogging up your grinder, this could take a month. Now that I’ve said that, I’m sure someone has grown something that they have not been able to grind. It can remain in this state for an easy 6 months with little change, locking in all the terpenes and potencies. All you need to do is occasionally check the product to ensure there are no molds. If your grow/harvest/cure techniques are good this should not be an issue. It would not be uncommon to find many cannabis strains will last, with small degradable change, for up to one year after being stored this way. Using an airtight glass container, controlled relative humidity, maintained low temperature, and kept in darkness will equal maximum shelf life. Always avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 80 degrees F. The reasons I’ve ultimately chosen Deep Water Culture as a grow medium. Each has their own pros and cons indeed. I found the most efficient, less maintenance and ideal solution for my situation was DWC. Burdens to overcome depend on size up set-up; initial equipment cost, size of containers, ph monitors, air pumps, type of water to use-reverse osmosis, RO cost/set-up/maintenance, ways to transfer/change water and nutrients, what nutrients to use and schedules, takes several grows to learn and understand, a 1 year learning curv, easy to nutrient burn. The Benefits of growing in water; no dirt, no bugs, no diseases, rare nutrient deficiencies/toxicities, steady and rapid growth that enables the plant to reach its genetic potential. After harvest, there is about a 1 hour equipment cleanup, sterilization and turn around process before replanting. Cannabis will perform in so many different ways and mediums, no one way is the best and the best way is the one you are using, right. Chose what works for you in the long run. There will always be an initial cost in set-up. My advice if one were in need to cut corners, I would not recommend cheap lights. This single factor is the most critical, afford for the best. The notion that organic and water has a different taste, flavor and potency effect is absolutely debatable. The more we learn the better we grow and experience is always the best teacher. This is what works for me and my methods of growing in general from beginning to end. A BIG “Thank You” to everyone who stopped by to take a look. I enjoy Auto strains simply by what can be achieved in a short time. No matter the strain they will unveil one thing in common, the demand for attention. Many times over it is the anecdotal gardener that surmount plant scientist. Last should I mention, do not forget to stop and enjoy the fruits of your labour...

Once again these girls don’t really need much just watering when dry but other than that we are on cruise mode. I have been checking trichomes for about a week now and man is she almost there I should be giving them lights out with in another week or two can’t wait

I continue to see yellow leaves and cannot figure out the root of it. I can't tell if its a nutrient deficiency or a PH issue, if the nutrients that I add do no suffice then I will go get some PH down, as my soil PH is slightly high at 7.0, but I would not believe that could be the cause of it, only time will tell. To end on a more positive note, even with some yellow leaves some of these plants are bursting with life, and starting the 3rd week with some monster leaves for such a young plant. *UPDATE* We are now currently near the end of the weeks and the plants are beginning to truly thrive with some nice stalks and an explosion of colas. The yellowing seemed to stop now that I give it a regular supply of nutrients, also trimmed off any excessively yellow leaves. I did some very light pruning as well to allow more light to the newer colas and may have accidentally topped to runt plant way too early haha whoops so lets just hope for the best for the little guy.

I give her only pH water as She has already the nutrient in the soil and she's thriving. The buds are really starting to fatten up. The flower stretch Is over.
