I want to thank all the growers that take the time to post their work and results, these journals were invaluable in my grow. I also want to thank Royal Queen Seeds for making such a resilient plant available to people like me... I really tortured this girl. Site update really ruined the experience of posting for me for the moment ... so Im going to take a break for a bit and perfect my craft on my own while it works out the kinks.... I cant post many pics, the order of which I can organize them is locked out or moves to another position, and it takes forever to fully load the page so I can edit or update. But I 'really' wanted to finish this journal, so here it is. I promise to be back better than ever once the site works it all out. Hopefully not too long. This was my first seed to weed grow and I learned a lot. I hope my notes, pictures, and videos benefit someone else as well. My results were not typical, Im sure I could have done better, and I will continue on my path to learning and becoming an experienced cultivator of cannabis with skills I can be proud of.

Hello growers!!! My ladys are near to harvest. I think in a week i will chop them as you see in microscope photos there are about: 70% milky trichoms 25% clear trichoms 5% amber trichoms I will check again next week So we have news for this week i added my favorit nutrition dry koolbloom And next week i will use rippen aswell sooo...... I am excited :)

Girls are doing well....seed looking like she earning her name..have some cutting off her n am please with the first week of flower....one got super stress n she dont even look like it jus watchin to see how things look later

Week 10 Flower After 4 whole weeks of flush this girl has finally met the scissors ✂️ It took her quite some time to fade out, but after cutting down the most faded half of the plant that was closest to the light on Day 65, and then the rest on Day 70 it was long enough. I'm very impressed with how fat and chunky this girl has become. I wasn't expecting quite this size from first look at her thinner stems and branchy structure earlier in flower, but her buds have swelled up nonetheless and she's stacked well. I always cut my girls down around half an hour (or a bit more) before the lights are due to turn on. This prevents her from starting any chlorophyll production in order to maintain the best flavour and burn. Only a few fans were taken off before being left to hang dry as she's absolutely covered in trichomes! Don't throw away your sugar trim (leaves with trichomes) as this can later be used for dry sift, which can then be pressed for some dank rosin. Harvest update coming soon! Week 10 going well, Gelato is thriving.. what beautiful looking plant.. tall, with many branch sides, full of buds, everywhere 😍 the smell is getting stronger each day and it’s full of trichomes, frosty one.. I am really impressed by these 2 of genetics from barneys(gelato and sour d) but to be honest all genetics I have grown from them never disappoints.. all really good ones.. barneys farm coming hot on my tents.. let’s go

Paper towel in ziplock bag method. First seed went wrong. Added small video today of the seedling going into the soil. Almost dropped my phone during recording, yes, you can laugh.

ABxRKO is about 42.5" tall, and has been top dressed with about 3tsp of grow dots to give it a phosphorus boost in flower HBSS is about 26.5" tall and has been top dressed with about 2tsp grow dots as I believe it is fighting a phosphorus deficiency. She is giving all the smells, a bright red starburst like fruity smell with a stark citrus note.

I’m watering the 7 girls (minus Trainwreck 1) every other day with 15+ gallons of R/O water & week 4 bloom nutes between 6.2-6.5 PH and 1100-1500 ppm. Every third feeding is just water with molasses Sept.. 7 the day started with 15+ millimeters of rain and wind gusts over 50 km/h. A couple of girls got blown over but luckily no broken branches. Time to start tying down these pots geez. I was checking up on Super Skunk auto #2 while she’s been drying and unfortunately bud rot has taking over most of her so the entire plant has been trashed. FAK!😢😢😢😢😢 Sept. 8 it's been overcast and humid all day and noticed some more powdery mildew on some of the girls. 😩 Unfortunately temps overnight have been in the mid to low teens celsius which is not helping Sept.9 mixed a new concoction of 3 teaspoons baking soda & 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to 500 ml of water and carefully sprayed fan and sugar leaves trying best to avoid bud sites. Sept.10 powdery mildew seems to be under control although the baking soda concoction burned some of the white hairs on a few buds. Trainwreck 1 is on her final week of nutrients followed by a long flush. Sept.12 the last couple of days have been cooler than average and somewhat breezy. The girls are looking healthy and the colas are starting to put on some serious weight so I added a few more bamboo stakes and a bunch of ties for more support. 👌😁👍 Sept.13 started the day with almost 15 mils of rain (that's about 1 inch for you non-metric peeps)😄 Colas are getting way heavy😲 A couple more branches snapped on Blue Fire 2. Day 44 - The pot this morning was light as a feather so gave her a gallon of water and nutes today. Overall, she still stretching quite a bit each day. Other than that, just tucked some leaves again and letting her go. Day 45 - All is looking good and still no real issues going on. I did remove a few lower fan leaves that were dead but other than that, just put her back in the tent and tucked the leaves again. No need for water yet, will be another couple of days. Day 46 - All still looking good with her. She’s still stretching about 1/2” everyday so should be decent sized by the time stretching stops. She’ll need some water tomorrow or Sunday. Day 47 - Gave her a gallon of water and nutes today and I’m gonna see how long it takes for her to drink it up. I might have to up the intake to a gallon and a half depending. Other than that, I removed a couple big fan leaves in the way and placed her back in the tent for the evening. Day 48 - All looking good but not really budding up yet like the Cherry Cookies. All in all it looks like this will be a pretty long grow compared to all my others. According to Wicked Pissah’s website, this one should be ready in 75-100 day so I’m thinking it’ll be a full 120ish days till this girls ready. Day 49 - The end of week 7 and this girl is just exploding with growth still. I really want to heavily defoliate her but don’t want to take the chance of messing her up. Just gonna let her go and continue to tuck all the leaves as best I can.

She is going to be huuuuuge! All branches and stems have risen up and are strengthening daily in order to produce big resin filled flowers! I love her progress as she climbed to the height of the purple punch and soon to stand taller! Can’t wait to have the final weeks approach! Thanks for stopping by buds and chuds 🤩😎💪🏽

7/10 - Lowered light just an inch, plants still looked like they were stretching up a bit. Currently at 29" 7/11 - May be light stress, I'm not sure. But a spot has popped up on the older Gelato, which my wife has affectionally named Mal. Also noticing some warping in the leaves, it dosnt look terrible, definitely keeping a close eye on it. While checking out the girls this morning, found 3 or 4 gnats flying around. Killed them all, will monitor. I am allowing the soil to dry out before I water again, currently the top layer is mostly dry. 7/12 - Everything is looking great today, found 1 gnat this morning. Soil looks dry, stuck a soil moisture meter to the bottom of the cups, reads on the dry/moist line. Will probably water tomorrow. 7/13 - Plants looking good this morning, nice amount of growth overnight. Watered roughly 100ml each, slowly until water started to drip from drainage hole. I poked around the soil before watering, to try to find any gnats and i didnt see any fly up. As soon as water hit the soil, i saw about 3 fly up, tried to kill them. I am going to keep air blowing on the plants, to hopefully keep the gnats at bay. Will be getting some yellow sticky pads as well. The tent has been getting a little warm lately, in the lows 80's, up to 83. I decided to dim the light to 75%, and bring it closer. Light is currently at 75% 24". Overall I am very happy this week. 7/14 - Alright, so it has come down to pest management already. When I checked the girls out this morning, I found a lot of gnats. So I mixed in a little bit of diatomaceous earth into the top 3/4" of soil. Hopefully it doesn't cake up on me when i water next time. The original plan was to wait and ride them out to transplant, but when i saw the amount I gnats, I knew I had to do something. They did not like that at all, ill check back later tonight to see what carnage has been wrought to the gnats. Other than the gnat problem, the girls have been looking very good. I am a little concerned for Regina, she seems to be growing a little slower, and had some strange coloring in the growing fan leaves. I think she will pull through though. I saw a VPD chart that says my RH should be around 65-70% right now. So I'm shooting for that. I set up a little humidifier inside the tent. 7/15 - So it looks like the DE did the job, I poked around in the soil and couldn't find any gnats. Also I lifted the light up a little, to keep the canopy at 24". I ended up transplanting today, may be a little early, but it'l be alright. Dusted the transplant site and the root ball with great white myko. Added some more DE to the top of the pots to keep the gnats at bay. 7/16 - Nothing really going on today, the ladies are enjoying their new home, lots of growth over night. Didnt see any gnats today!
