Happy 4:20 everyone! 🙌 I hope everyone's doing well and please remember to stay safe! The buds in my plant are getting bigger! Two of the side branches of Pistachio could not hold the weight of the buds (you can see when they fall on the timelapse!) so I had to "hang" them to the tent, yikes! 👽 I also increased the amount of Silver PK by 0.5 but I believe the PPM was a little too high, so next week I'll try lowering the dose of CalMax to see if that helps. Some of the trichomes on the leafs are starting to turn ambar (while the rest of the plant are transparent or very milky) so I suppose the girls are getting there! They need a liiiiittle more time since there are still some immature hairs, specially on Matcha. The leaves of Pistachio are also turning lighter in color and I've been removing them everytime one pops up. Anyway, see you all in my next update! 👍

Growing medical marijuana has been such an amazing outlet for me. And I think that I would be in a much much worse place without having in my life as far as cultivating goes. I have formal education in horticulture specialist, however marijuana is so resilient and so strong and so willing and ready to live. But I plan to take it to its limits

Flush week

What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Week 3 in the books !

Gorilla Cookies is just about done. I checked the trichromes a few days ago and was starting to get the first amber ones. So I flushed with 5 gallons of ph water. I continue to pour 3 gallons more through every other day till next update which is harvest. Plus keeping it wet in between. Full of frost, and she is trying to fox tail. She is definitely ready to go. Just getting the nutrition out of the plant for a better quality bud, and better taste. so, this girl is so amazing, she has a couple of weeks left at this point but is very close to harvest, i have started to only feed her Cal-Mag and will reduce it until the last week until just water alone! she smells so good, sweet with the sour, like lemony/mint (poison) and clearly the pineapple sweet overtones! she started to pack on her weight now and shell have the tent all to herself in a few days so she can really thrive in her final days! harvest is going to look epic! #newsetup

I definitely had a mild case of over enthusiasm this week and managed to top the Apricot Auto by accident,,and although she’s still got a great looking canopy and looking healthy,,she may have stressed a little and is already showing pre flower and is beginning to settle into flower,,,she’s not quite as leggy as I would like her to be at this stage,,but I will see this coming week if she does much stretching out ,,which I’m really hoping for,,,🍑🍑🍑
