Week 4: We are officially one month into our grow! things have been going pretty smooth so far and that’s exciting!! Yesterday we picked up our Gaia Green 4-4-4. With that and the topping done, we plan to give them the week to recover and then start LST and feeding. You’ll notice a large number of plants were moved outside… those were all auto seeds that we got for free from Seedsman and Perry’s Magic Beans (Northern Lights, Critical + 2.0, M+M, and High C) shout out to them!!

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Papaya Sherbet de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, las flores son bien compactas y van repletas de resina, tienen tonos verdes bastante bonitos, y tiene unos aromas afrutados bastante marcados con toques cremosos. Es muy sencilla de cultivar, es de ciclo de 2 meses y medio, pero bien agradecida. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Disaster strikes, I find bud rot in a couple of the biggest colas of the centre plant, I remove the colas, salvage what I can, i now understand I have too little airflow for the number of plants in the tent, I am vigilant with looking for more bud rot, which I find in the biggest colas of the small stout indica plant, I presume its mostly indica from its shape, I remove, salvage and begin to dry what I can save I install another more powerful fan on max speed with acoustic duct to keep fan on max speed, I install another fan to blow across the plants 5oo, humidity drops, everything looks good again to go forward, no further signs of bud rot

These two did great even through a lil stress they still came out on top. I almost want to run it back but I think it's time for something fruity maybe, maybe having a terpene profile that helps initiate a more stone heavy affect and be indica heavy.

Empecé la germinación el 23/01/23 en un vaso de agua durante 12 horas, después al taper con servilleta húmeda 24 horas más. Radícula de 2cm y las planto en maceta de 1L Actualización estado de germinación 03/02/23: Meto fotos ya con las macetas rellenas al 10º día y fotos del 7º día comparando las macetas y los tallos. En cuanto el 2º par de hojas sea mas que evidente empezamos las semanas de crecimiento. Dentro de 2 o 3 semanas quizás, trasplantamos a maceta definitiva de 7Litros. Lo veremos. Actualización 06/02/23: Meto unas fotos de las plantas mas grandes, 3 días después para que se vea la diferencia de crecimiento. Además un video mostrando el cultivo entero, la luminaria y la extracción. Llevamos 13 días desde la germinación. Actualización 08/02/23: A partir de aquí voy a empezara a contar ya las semanas de crecimiento. Hemos tenido 15 días desde la germinación. I almost stripped them naked kinda but I need to get more light to the lower bud sites otherwise they are pretty much popcorn. The Green Gelato is happily starting to produce flowers while the Lemon Cherrys are taking their time to stretch one of them is almost 130cm tall and that was the 1 that was the most behind in the early weeks ahhahaha. Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed.
