📝 Notes - On 🗓️05.11.24, This week, we are on Auto-Pilot and just Fertigating as needed; the ladies are stacking up nicely, and the leaves have grown back not sure if it is the genetics or the new nutrients; I would like to see less and will evaluate if more defoliation will be needed.

Added cal-mag this week as I noticed the leaves on my GDP were turning yellow, but also seems the are a bit purple now too... I think the real issue may have been PH though as I tested the run off and it was closer to 5.5-6 vs the water which I had been trying to keep at least 6.5 but as I'm learning I need a lot more PH up now to keep it balanced with the amount of nutes. Probably should have flushed at some point to help correct the PH but I have just watered with slightly more basic solution, ~7 reducing slightly each watering to 6.5, picked up a PH pen as I'm getting low on the test liquid. The buds are getting fat and sticky, the smell is nice as well. 3 weeks left, harvest should be on 55th day of flower, the 8th
I'm estimating at least 2 ounces dry from the cheese, hoping to get at least 3 or 4 off the rest of these though. 👏 time will tell.

Been growing for a while but I need to keep track of things better. One plant has some browning leaves so I’ll research that this week.

They’re doing well for the most part. Pistols coming in. They love high ppm and drink plenty.

April 26th - Day 69 : Oh my god look at them.. So bushy after that defoliation. They're doing great I think.. The only concern was the laggyness of the leaves but I guess it's due to overwatering so I'll chill with water for a day or two. I started trimming the lower branches that I think aren't getting enough light. I'm trying to push the veg stage as much as I can let's see if they can take an extra few weeks.

Well reveg is happening to only the plants in the ground. All plants are in the same place. This is so fucking strange. The potted plants are staying in flower. This is a strange occurrence for me. Everything should have reveged... better yet the difference between a potted plant and one in the ground. It's an incredible difference in size. And I water the ones in the ground with plain hose water. Straight city tap water. So this is a strange year. Its obvious the bar has been set really low this year. There will be no "tree" just bushes this year. But how big a bush you got?

This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Next week we will start light feed on nutrients , so y’all keep them eyes peeled for next updates an I appreciate y’all for following my grow !!😶🌫️💨💨💨🙏🏻💚💯🤙🏻

She's oh so slow to finish. Still more clear and cloudy than amber so i'll need to wait some more... I actually prefer the more amber type of high... I can wait... :)
Maybe I'll need to feed her plain ph'd water one more time but let's see...

Wow... that was fast. She kinda turned amber in 2 days. The buds in the middle are now like a bit over-ripe, a lot of amber and the ones outside are just a little under-ripe. I'm done. No more waiting now. I thought about harversting only parts but I'm really done with this one. I'll leave her in the dark for 1 more day and then I'll chop her down. Luckily she's about to dry out completely so the drying process will work just fine... FINALLYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!! 26 WEEKS MUAHAHA.... Next: back to autoflower... LOL!

Hello. It's been hot this week. I'm about 4 days from flush and I'll try to flush for 2 weeks. I've seen some fungus gnats, but I try to run a very healthy greenhouse. I've seen 3 different types of spiders helping me out this year. 2 different types of jumping spiders, several harvesters (Daddy long legs) and a bunch of small web spiders. I think a nest of web spiders hatched near by, their webs are about the size of your palm. And of course Paper Wasps. I allow to live in the greenhouse. (check out week 5 for more on that).
>I going to make my own seeds this year. I want my females to be about 3 weeks ahead of the male on flowering. The male is under lights and checked every couple of days for flower sacks, NO preflowers
sacks too. As i have said before that's a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights. Going to be crossed with my Amnesia Lemon, Burmberry and Skunkberry. What I want is the Burmberry to have more solid buds.

I'm trying frequency changed water " White Wash" works great, knocks the pm right out. I'll see if I'll use it again I'll be able to tell on the smoke and taste test when it done. That's all for now. I did not expect such a strong aroma, the plant smells very strong! This week I had a small pruning of the lower leaves, now the main green mass remained at the top, began to grow in volume. Cones began to gain weight, it is already noticeable how the branches became heavy and weighty, fertilizers added 2 times a week in microdoses, the passport indicated that with a stable coverage of 20-4 will grow faster, but I still decided that the whole stage from beginning to end I will spend on 16-8, since I myself assume that this is the most comfortable hours, next week I believe will be the final flowering stage, near Xia Harvest, at the moment all trichomes are transparent and white mustache, my camera unfortunately does not allow for high quality pictures and I can not memorializing it in the photo, in general, I am guided by its past cycle, and I feel that everything will be fine.

Good week in the tent 👌 only given ph'd water again. Been a lot warmer so been good for the girls in the then but not so good for some seedlings I had going on my window.
Every day now seeing more growth the original Russian is the furthest along. Kind of surprised about this because i was expecting #Quick one to be the fastest out of the lot. Not the case for me here at the minute.
Excited for the next few weeks to see what different strains start looking like smelling like all that jazz! Hoping for a couple of oz all together. A few different flavours not expecting any monster yield here.
Took a pic of each individual plant all are quite small. Seem to have 4 I'd class as big girls for my space. Six shooter, zkittles og, missile 33 and cosh kush are all nice little bushy plants. The white widow and the Rusian are nice as well maybe if I had positioned them differently in the tent it could all have been different who knows.

Crystal candy was a interesting grow. I battled ph issues off and on due to learning nutrition, and operator error basically. Still was a good harvest. Putting it in cure, in a cvault for approximately a month then to mason jars, and burping till desired humidity range in buds. Thanks everyone for likes, follows and subscriptions on my YouTube channel. Appreciate the support. Thanks again sweet seeds. This is a must grow everyone, if you like growing autos. Defoliated on day 19 and 20. One of the Blueberry Cherry had a bunch of nanas on the lowers only, but it's not a full herms. So I left it to monitor. Only one or 2 on some others but on the lowers.
The scent is lacking tbh but let's see how it progresses.
Switched back to top dress organics and water in brix and aminos.

Happy New Year!!!
Over the past week I did some HST bending. The branches are starting to recover and straighten out after the HST now. I still have some issues with pale leaves and a few spots here and there. I’m going to try adding some Dolomite Lime with the next watering and think that should help with the paleness. I’m also going to up the amount of CalMag and Mammoth P to see if that helps with the spotting. I’m not sure if I should see the spotted leaves recover or if the spots will remain. I suspect the spots will remain on the existing leaves regardless of what I do at this point, but hopefully no new spotting will develop.
The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction.
I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis).
I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO…
“Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.”

If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. Your comments, feedback and recommendations are very much appreciated!

Hey Cannafam,
Horray the suns been out this week and my gals been soaking up some rays most of the week, apart from today and yesterday wheres its been raining.
Shes now started flowering and smell has noticibly increased, i may have to move her again soon as when it increases more she may be noticed as i know this one is strong on odour! Ive managed to get another feed in her this week and although shes still not a great colour shes recovering nicely 😊
I have however had to pluck a few leaves due to leaf miners so hopefully they dont spread!
Apart from that shes had good growth and really happy that this gal is bouncing back for me.

Gold Sativa is doing well. I increased nutrition, and I may of been too strong. Been following the routine I been doing through grow with solution changes. It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it.
Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback.
Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier.
There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it.
Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier.
HIGHLY recommend for all growers.
The grow cycle went pretty smooth.
She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌
Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites.
They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received.
Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more.
Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds.
I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part.
They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days.
I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them.
Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos.
Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel.
Touch: Very sticky, dense buds.
They break down finely in the grinder.
Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so)
I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo)
Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash.
The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush.
Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you.
Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth!
Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂
Great strain to kick start the day.
Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊
