Day 43 Flowering: Hi all , hope we are red eyed and contemplating life ?. This week has been another great week for these genetic wonders. lol They have all spent their energy fattening out their intended bud sites and setting up for the boost that is building up fast now. They have all been placed directly under the lights now so have the full spectrum of Mars Hydro goodness beaming down on them all. Herz O.g jas really packed the pistils on now and her mains are very well covered with hairy colouring budlets that smell so sweetly now and have begun to really pack on the trichromes too. With her being a 7 week (49 days !) flowering strain on paper , I don't see her finishing in the next 7 days .lol She has a little to offer yet I think so we will totally ignore the science and go with the lady herself!!!!!. heehee Strawberry Cola is looking nice and shaggy too. her buds rwmjnd me of shook up soda now with her fizzy looking appeal close up. Her node are still in the process of joining up and with 3 weeks to go she has time. She smells really candy sweet now and her trichs are really stacking below decks on the lowers. she should make a nice plant at harvest. Monster Mash has staked her claim on the tallest of the grow. my initial worries of long node spaces are unfounded and she is proving her genetics can handle filling them in now. I can see so many potential donkey dicks in this lady ( not meant to sound like it does! ooops .lol) I expect the coming weeks to continue to impress with these beauties and hope you can stay along for the ride. I messed up and didnt get many pics as me and my buddy were very very busy trimming from 10am-10pm got the 1 blue cheese plant finished!!! In 12 hours we did 1 plant thats fricken insane considering me and him did 8 of his outdoor plants in less time back in fall,more bud than i have ever seen on a plant under 3ft shit it had more bud on it than the 8 footer i grew last fall lol just so impressed with this plant i will definitely be growing many more blue cheese using FOOP nutes in the future thats for sure ,i am not touching any of this nugget until its dried and cured...gonna be hard to resist lol but it will be worth it for sure 😉

- Week 7 - ----- Day 43 ----- Fed 1150ppm @ 6.4ph 23 Liters. Hard to get above 1200 ppm now. More molasses being used, maximum Koolbloom dry powder as well. Tropicanna Glookies is starting to turn purple. Wedding Cake is fattening up FAST More photos later this afternoon mid light cycle. *Update* Big bulk phase is 100% on right now. Wedding Cake is thicker than a tall can of beer in 4-5 nugs easily. Tropicanna Glookies is sweating out trichomes and getting super sticky while slowly turning purple Great things await for these 2 ladies over the next 20 days. *Update* 2 close up shots of some purpling on the Tropicanna Glookies. ----- Day 44 ----- Here's a video. slow easy day of nothing ----- Day 45 ----- I see a tiny bit of yellowing at edges, nothing serious. I don't have to feed every 2 days now anyways its slowed to 3. I top off the ones near turgor pressure loss levels ( I check my whole hand down side of pot for moisture now) with tap water when needed today. Tomorrow will be feeding ~1000ppm most likely due to using Diamond Nectar chelating nutrients with large amounts of blackstrap molasses when combined and left in the reservoir before use. This seems to drop the detectable ppm even though it retains a high level of nutrient content... with Cal/mag (1-0-0) and KoolBloom Powder which is like a 0-30-40 its wildly powerful. Back right Tropicanna smells like Pineapple Sour Patch Kids without the sour. Its insane. I wish I had smell o' vision for you folks right now. Wedding Cake is like sugary sweet but weed esque... earthy esque type of thing. Not the Tropicanna... Shits fruity like kool-aid. Nugs are getting humongous and its pretty fun to watch it fill in, I had a low level anxiety of it never "Filling" in... but yea it's day 45 and look at Big Bertha... nearly dwarfing my fat ass arm... wild shit. Feel like these ladies have at least another 14~ days on the lower end. Wedding Cake should finish a week after Tropicanna... Trying to grab Wedding Cake "indica" tendencies and max them by going for 40-50% amber, 60-50% cloudy trichomes with under 2% (like literally 1-3 clear per 60X magnifying pic) clear trichomes. Tropicanna only 20% ish amber until clear is only about 20% of trichome and cloudy makes up roughly 60% of total trichome finishing... ----- Day 46 ----- Easy day Fed 1050ppm @ 6.4ph 13 Liters only. I want the root zones to dry out more and quicker, less chance of mold and other root rot issues. Cutting watering/feeding in half now but will be feeding prob twice as much. Buds are fattening FAST and are turning purple. Looks like I got the purple pheno Wedding Cake. Woot. ----- Day 47 ----- Easy day Buds are gettin freaky. Really poppin out now. It's quite awesome to see. **Update** *** HEIGHT CHANGE EXPLAINED! *** Took the Tropicanna's off the pot risers I DIY'd and brought them to the floor. Gives light in between the 2 plants at the side and also helps remove any light burn on the tropicanna, as I have been noticing a very slight tinting of too much light in the central part of the tent. Plants look incredible, tiny bit of tip burn but im not too worried, I'm feeding 1000-1200 ppm at the moment. Speaking of which, fed some tap water, 500ml each, they were dry enough to warrant a turgor pressure loss top up. Feeding tomorrow. Will do the same this evening. Tomorrow feeding going to go to 16 Liters instead of 13 Liters. I'm lazy and don't want to water daily. Plants look phenomenal, buds are getting massive. The Wedding Cake on the left is throwing out paintbrushes thick of pistils, it's quite insane. Gonna be a hell of a plant around day 63!!! Day 53 i'll start checkin trichomes and start posting x20-x60 shots.

Hey Guys! Super excited this week! I've really been wanting to try growing outdoors, so I built a cheap hoop house! Got most of this stuff for the frame from Lowes under 300$. All the soil products I got from GrowGreenMI. Some really cool people out there. One thing I'm super worried about is drainage. Right now those holes are about 4 feet deep and they've got about 4 inches of water in them already. What's been cautioned is that, eventually, about 2 months in these plants roots will grow and reach the bottom and cause root rot to form. One of the biggest things I was trying to be wary of was causing root rot. This was also the biggest precautionary measure I took when mixing the soil. Adding the extra perlite, coco, and clay pebbles. Best advice right now is to build the soil up on the holes another 16 to 18 inches and possible stick a PVC pipe down to the lowest drainage point of the hole to allow some of that natural occurring water to evaporate. Any advice anyone has on it is welcomed! Making a compost tea for the soil outdoors, will probably put 2 cups in each RDWC bucket as well and let that do it's magic for a day or so before nutrient change. Raised the bed about 14 inches as well! All the seeds sank! Off to a good start! Lol

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Better and bigger everyday! I have finally overcome my problems with nute burn. I create 1 gallon of the solution w/ no dilution, running full strength nutes, and this solution is lasting 1 week+ now. Then daily, fill 1 gallon with purified city water, with 1ml of Heavy 16 Roots for PH balance. Since I topped the 4 bagseed plants multiple times very early in veg growth, they are extremely short and bushy. But the flowering stretch seems to definitely be happening. Plus they have a ton of budsites being created. Still waiting to see what sex the 4 bagseed are. I have multiple close-up pictures of the 4 bagseed photos if anyone can see any signs of the sex? No PM or mites I can observe. Sprayed for them in week 5. Every day I am defoliating the lower branches of the plant as it becomes more obvious what isn't getting light. No smell. Bagseed were started from seed, germinated using paper towel method, and pretty neglected with light up until week 4. Also they spent too long in small containers before being transplanted. Unidentified genetics/sex. Clones were bought anywhere from 9 inches to 13 inches tall. But the clones have just really taken off in their larger pots. The Blackwater plant in the middle is the smallest clone of the three I received, and it was also filled with less dirt than the other 2, which are obviously taller an bushier. Anyone see anything else I should be doing?

Gave the girls a flush and a complete water change this week. That was only the second water change they have had this grow. I have just been letting them drink the reservoir almost empty and then filling it up with fresh nutes. The 5 plants are drinking about 4 gallons a day combined. Been running AC when the lights are on and the dehumidifier 24 hours a day. All of the plants are showing some decent trichome production. Running 1/2 tsp maxibloom and 1/8 tsp beastie bloomz per gallon every time I add water. Seems to be keeping everyone happy.
