#seedsman420growoff and #SeedsmanSeeds 📆 Week 5, 25-31 May 2024 25-27 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 28 May - Defoliated plant. 29 May - Placed scrog ring on trellis system, bent top of plant over 90 degrees, adjusted and spread branches (see pictures). 30-31 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I’m very pleased with the way this plant has responded to the nutrient schedule so far. Now it is time to see how she will do with training. I like using a version of the scrog method most because it gives me the greatest space for bud growth overall. My experiences have taught me that under these lights there is about 15-18” worth of quality vertical bud potential. Anything below that line is only draining on the plant, and not receiving adeqate DLI. So I dont need to focus on a tall plant - rather a wide one. Now that she is under a scrog the DLI has a significant canopy increase. What I’ve done with this plant is cut all side shoots off the main branches up to the scrog. She will grow for another week to allow all for growth to develop just above that and then be flipped to flower. I’ve never grown this plant before, but assumeing she can double her size during pre-flower, I’ll have plenty of room in my grow tent. The Trellis System: is made with 1/2” (12.7mm) white, SharkBite PEX, 1/2” pex clamps, small screws/nuts #6-32 x 3/8 in (to hold clamps opposite each other, this is what holds the structure together, side bars, rings, scrog), 1/2” pex straight coupling connectors (to connect rings, and extensions), nylon tape and nylon cord. The frame design is independant from the bucket and can be put on anytime before or after the start of the grow. It simply snaps together (nothing needs to be crimpted), the rings stay in tact with coupling and tape, the netting is strung once for the most part, I prefere 2” squares, and held in place by clamps. The size of the rings depends on the size of your pot, the bottom and top ring are measured seperately. The scrog ring is determined by the size of the tent or desired spread. It takes 5 side bars evenly spaced apart and snapped on the bottom ring 1st to hold the frame sturdy in place, their length should start flat from the bottom to about 8” above the top of the bucket. Place the pot into the bottom ring with 5 side bars already attached, lift up the bars, then put on and attach the top ring, this prevents it from moving. Both are then placed on a 12” Bonsai turn table for easy access and observation of the plant. The final scrog is placed on when the desired height is close to being achieved, then maneuvered down over the plant. A simple design that allows you to easily adjust the netting (place extenders on side bars faceing in opposite direction for additional height) and opens many other possabilities for training. 4/9: I’m starting to see some deficiencies gotta try to tackle that as soon as possible 4/10: Not much to say......update in 2 days 4/12: Bud sites swelled up a little bit, terps are getting funkier....I’m really afraid of budrot let’s just hope everything goes smoothly between now and harvest we are at least 1/2 way there if not sooner

Bushing out nicely! I probably should have adjusted the LST to allow them to grow taller but they were responding nicely so I kept them pinned and adjusted every few days. Finally started ph’ing the water to around 6. Water is tap, not measuring TDS or adding liquid nutes at this point. The soils transplant was done with 50/50 mix of Natures Living Soil and soil, botto 1/3 of pot and remaining 2/3 soil.

👉The final dry weight, which was 369g (13oz) is just buds, no trim or larf. Just Good big buds. Great plant overall. Had a phosphorus issue that lingered, it foxtailed at the end and in the last day hermie bitz appeared on almost every branch end cola. Sturdy branches, lots of food factories. Wonderful aroma that wasn't as stanky as most. Spend 4 hours trimming. Started at the bottom and worked my way up. I put the end cola of each branch on its own label clothes pin and hung on a rack. Each cola was weighed wet and cataloged. after 24 hrs I started putting each cola in a paper bag and the net buds in a larger bag. It took 5 days to reduce the dry weight to under 30%. When they hit this mark they went into the jars which were labeled according to their documented location. I figured the weigh reduction percentage by comparing weighs from the initial wet trimmed weight. In each jar I also added a hygrometer. Surprisingly the RH of almost ever jar was under 58%. None of the jars required any burping to remove excess humidity. At that point I added moisture 62% moisture packs and put the jars in the closet. I sampled bud J till this writing. It didn't start getting tasty till the 4 week mark.

day 9: the roots start to come out of the netpot slowly (see picture) the water level is 1 inch under the netpot, the bubbles make the roots wet. nothinh much to do here just waiting for water change. the ph has gone up to 6.0 maybe because of the rockwool touching the water when the water level was higher. in the next days i expect the roots to go in the water day 11 (december 15) roots com trough net and i did water change with double strength (507ppm) calmag to around 200 and 100ppm of each three part bottle

Crecimiento rápido floración mucho más rápida cogollos compactos y llenos de resina, eso que hablo de que quedan varias semanas entre lavados y demás pero muy bien. Sigo controlando ph 6.2 humedad 50% y temperatura en 26.5 . Y estos resultados gracias al ts600 de mars hydro. Esta semana Añadi overdrive importante al final de una floración, para conseguir mejores resultados, nos vemos la semana que viene, buenos humos fumetillas.

Apart from the blistering heat and 44km/h winds daily id say she's comin along nicely.loving the high ppms and sunlight however the sun has been very hot these past few weeks of summer so there are signs of heat stress as well.

It is a fantastic plant, very strong in its growth, easy to cultivate, root system is not comparable to the others I have here...💪 It has an incredible fullness predominating over the others 😏 The productivity is really great being the heaviest I have harvested 😎 Now it's waiting to try it out 👌 Thanks to everyone who enjoyed this girl... Still no major problems so im very happy. Theyre all continuing to fatten up and i took the first microscope shots this week and they look amazing. much more dense than any of my previous. Gorilla is behind still, guess i got a slow phenotype but its still moving along at its own pace. Starting to see amber on the others so i reckon its right at the start of the possible harvest window. I have taken off a couple of small low down popcorn buds to see how they are. I am just very impatient haha. Hopefully it continues well for the next 2 weeks!

Week 9 Hi everyone 😁 I am very pleased how girls are developing in recent days. Aroma is very fruity and a bit gasy. Sort of riped mango / pineapple. They are so frosty alraady and buds are developing very well. Was little bit worried that last week defoliation may stunt girls too much but really this strain showing no signs of any stress. The way things are looking these girls may be ready for harvest in about 2 weeks😁 Will keep updating progress of this week every couple days. Have a great week everyone 🍀✌️ 18/09 Day 57 Started watering with approx. of 2.5 ltr of solution until runoff per pot and this should last for 2 days. Girls like this magic mixture very much 😁 21/09 Day 60 Cant belive it's only 2 months since planting seeds. Everything is going well. Thankfully no issues at all. Slow develop girl "Nuna" it's way behind the other 2 girls soon to be ladies "Luna" and "Sweet Mary Jane". but I'm glad that I have kept her as her flowers are small but frosty and she will be perfect for some cannabutter or bubble hash. Other 2 girls as all see they are absolutely gorgeous. Buds are gaining weight and that frost OMG love it. Will get some close up pics of trichomes over the weekend. 23/09 Day 62 Still lots of white pistils and currently trichomes level at 2-5% amber and rest are clear and milky. My personal preference for harvest 60-80% amber so will keep feeding with nutrients for few more days and will keep monitoring trichomes before switching to only water. 24/09 Day 63 End of week 9 Not much work this week. All been going great. Buds are now very sticky and they are smelling very fruity sort of lemony, zesty, apples and mangos. Thank you all for all the support, comments and likes.
