Fin de la semana 5, entrando a la semana 6, fue increíble la forma en que crecieron estas señoritas, sin duda haber renovado la bomba de CO2, por una nueva, completamente hecha a mano y casera (1,5 litros de agua tibia, 500 gr. de azúcar blanca granulada y 15 gr. de levadura fresca, en una botella de refresco, con un hoyo en la tapa), hizo que la fotosíntesis fuese mas apresurada, ideal para las plantas de tipo autoflorecientes, el volumen de crecimiento fue aproximadamente de un 45% y logro que ya empezaran a aparecer los primeros pistilos, estoy muy emocionado como han respondido todos los componentes agregados en este cultivo, desde el sustrato de Canna Terra Proffesional, hasta los nutrientes Top Crop, ademas de mencionar a las semillas Fast Buds y las semillas a granel de Bocanda Growshop en Temuco, Chile. Una vez dicho eso, las plantas entraron al quirófano para hacerles su única defoliación pesada entrando establemente en floración, para ello, elimine las hojas más grandes y los micro-tallos que no alcanzaron a entrar en flora esta semana, dejando a los más aptos y fuertes, para su engorde con nutrientes orgánicos (Top Bud y Top Candy). We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Every corner, every canopy, every branch tells a story — and this week, I’ve taken the time to slow down and capture that story as best I can through the lens of my camera. I use my Sony camera in full manual focus mode, and I don’t just snap and go — I spend time with each plant, each angle, waiting for that perfect moment when everything aligns. These are not just photos to document — they’re my attempt to reflect the feeling of the room, the energy of the grow, and the soul of each plant. Just like with the videos, I don’t shoot randomly and decide later. I record what matters, and what I record, I use. It keeps me focused, organized, and deeply connected to the process — and I believe it helps me tell the story more clearly, whether through stills or moving pictures. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. Week 12: Partial Harvest & Bruce's Final Stand Update: 10.08.2025 | Day 87 Big updates as predicted: I chopped two girls due to bad weather. Fear of big losses was bigger than my need to get to the max. Harvested Forbidden Runtz and Green Crack as they were almost fully ripe. 20% amber and 80% milky trichomes have to be good enough. Weather conditions were far from good - but both girls fought through it like Rocky. Great resilient genetics FastBuds. Hats off! Now let's come to our last survivor - Bruce Banner: Although trichomes are mostly cloudy with only scattered amber trichomes, there are still a lot of white pistils left in the budsites. She's still in bloom mode but resin isn't there like with my other two girls. Next days are forecasted with extremely hot weather (35°C again!) - hope this gives her the last kick. Next steps: - Keep her on the edge to use up all internal resources - Check for mold daily - Find the perfect chop moment I think the next update on this girl will be the harvest report, my friends. It was a pleasure to grow these three girls and I enjoyed the minimum maintenance and resources approach in comparison to last year's coco daily feeding hustle.
