Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. This week I stopped to feed the smaller one which is maturing faster and doing now flushing. The bigger one is still fed because the flowers are looking too young and will propably improve their size. I think I'll do the harvest of the bigger one on 20th of August. The smaller one goes in ca. 5-8 days maybe I think.

hi friends farm, did you have a good Easter? we made a decent harvest that left me quite satisfied even if I had to collect a little earlier because of my absence at home but this did not ruin the work 🤪🤪🤪🤪😎😎

Temps were hard to control this week due to a heat wave and the fact I'm in a basement with no AC. I put the fans in the tent on too high a setting pointed right at the plants and they ended up with some wind stress which can be seen in the pics affecting the new growth. Bought a 6 inch inline fan to beef up the exhaust for the tent and this seems to have helped a lot. I moved the tent to its final location to allow access to ventilation so I can pipe the smell outside when the flowering starts. I started low stress training on both plants this week. I decided not to top either plant but I will for the next grow to see how it affects yields. I also fixed the other viovsun tent that had a broken zipper track and only one slider. Hopefully I can use it in the future for flowering photoperiod plants.

Water, water every where and all the boards did shrink. 2 gallons on each 5 gallon fabric pot of 5.9 PH rain water is all they have had for the last 5 days. I think they is lots of food left in the Coco and from what I have been told about Autos they are not heavy feeders. I am a little baffled by the Think Different, why is it not branching out? It looks like one big cola and it has not got any taller. I defoliated the bottom 1/4 of the 4 that are growing just to get some of the bottom leaves out of the wet coco. Also to improved air flow Temps and RH have been with in range 78F-88F RH 40%-70% even with the rain and cold. The Blue dream I'm gonna give another 4 weeks if I don't see any improvement I will pull the plug. gonna give one more flowering feeding in a few days as soon as the pots dry out. that should last them till harvest time and Ill flush 2 weeks out from harvest with Green Buzz Clean Fruits. Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has finished its last week, I harvested it two days after taking the photo. 73 days since I put the seeds in the ground. 65 days since the start of the vegetation. Really very fast. But the result is impressive as you can see in the photos. The flowers are large and dense, the branches bend slightly under their weight. The main cola is especially large and full of large flowers covered in trichomes. The flowers are very hard to the touch and sticky under the fingers, especially the flowers on the main cola. The leaves have started to turn autumn yellow which is also an indicator of its maturity. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering was standard, every three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. After taking the photos, I left it in the grow box for two more days to drink all the water from the soil to make it easier to dry. Before cutting, I removed all the leaves from the plant to also make drying faster and have less work to trim the dried flowers. After cutting, I left it upside down in the grow box to dry. Now all that remains is to see how much it has really rewarded me. See you when that happens. Here's what the last week looked like. 19/09/2024 - Day 57. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 22/09/2024 - Day 60. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/09/2024 - Day 62. I watered them all with 1.5 liters of water each plant so that they were fresh for the photo shoot. 25/09/2024 - Day 63. End of the last, 9th week since Cherry Pie began its journey. Photo shoot. 27/09/2024 - Day 65. Cherry Pie has been harvested. That's almost all from me for this diary, there is still the final report that follows after drying and testing. Thank you all once again for your support and comments.

Weeks 14 thru 16 I had to eliminate my other 2 plants(too strong of an oder). But after drying out had 1400grams from both plants. This one that’s left smells like diesel gas??, and the buds are turning rust colored? Is this normal for NL#5XHAZE My other 2 didn’t have these charactoristics. Not giving her any nutruents…just plain ole water. She’s at 16 1/2 weeks and growing fat fast now that the other 2 are gone, all of the sun for her. Hope I can wait until the end of the month before harvesting…but, I don’t know😅

She is a large plant. There is still a couple of weeks left in his flowering. Summer ends in this part of the world and temperatures are low. Although the.orange is not cold, the minl is 17 C. I am happy with this strain of ripper seeds

En la segunda semana de floracion le he sujetado un par de hojas muy grandes a la rama porque estan tapando las demas plantas, ahora solo utilize el engordador de cogollos, he tenido que dejar el calentador encendido porque con las 12 horas de luz la habitacion se esta enfriendo mucho y las temperaturas han bajado hasta los 16 grados, prefiero no estresarlas pero por lo demas van bien. He notado tambien que algunas hojas grandes de abajo, como que se pudren o se ponen muy debiles y se caen solas.
