Week 15 - flo 6 weeks Satisfying period: maturation time. No really problems, just a doubt about the final result in terms of quantity and buds size. Even ifโ€™s not a goal to produce big colas : I would have a bigger result with a little bit more work on the plants., like LST. The TS 1000 (150W) led was too low (for the room size) during the end of vegetative and preflowering period now itโ€™s a 250W led). Every plants are healthy , still green (just few classical yellow leaves on base), producing lot of pistils and resin. The indigo Berry Kush is really appetizing: Frosty and meaty. Criminal+ and Special Queen shows lot of dense little flowers everywhere and some correct main buds. The NYC turn orange and flowers become thicker. Each plant develops a pronounced and singular aroma. I will have a choice of different flavors and tastes. Watering around 1,5L every 3 days. - rain water + cal/mag + bud XL + diamond sugar - rain water + cal/mag + overdrive (NPK-1/5/4) + diamond sugar Ventilation + carbon filter Ok for smell Now itโ€™s question of patience. I will start to flush next week.

Hello growers and tokers! ๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŒพ ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŒพ.๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’จ As you can see these ladies are growing nicely. They're both at the same height 59cm but one is wider than the other. Quite nice so far. That's 12cm in one week same as the Royal Gorilla. Evenly spread canopy, the one that had better shape from the start now has longer colas. Both are stacking nodes nice and tight. They have a nice green color to them but you can't really appreciate that in the pictures. I'm still trying to get a hand of this new phone, I might just go back to the camera. ๐Ÿค” Starting to get a little shine to them, I think this strain will be the first in forming trichomes. They give off a nice smell but I can't put my finger on it yet. Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. ๐Ÿ‘ Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. **Info and pictures were taken at day 12 of flower.** Hope you enjoyed this week's update. Stay tuned for next week. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ If you like this check out the other diaries of the strains in the tent. ๐Ÿ˜„ Take care and stay safe! One love!โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿฝ

Where to start? The girls are well into flower now. The signs of deficiencies progressed, so I decided to water with a bit of run off to see how hot the soil is, came out with an EC over 4 on all 4 ladies. So even though they are in amended coco I decided to give them a little flush with 3L ROwater with 3ml/l Bio-Bloom from biobizz(EC ca. 0,55). I hope this will do the trick for them. I suspect it was a mistake to amend the coco 3 weeks before the transplant. It looks like they got a bit stunted because of that. The smallest of them got the coco amended right before transplant and she looks much better then the others. They started to give a nice floral fragrance. Very special! I hope youโ€™re enjoying the ride! ๐Ÿ€

Looks like I switched to 12/12 just in time. Even though I trained and topped her, she still stretched more than expected. The canopy is nice and equal and there is plenty of room for of the lower branches to grow above the ScrOG net and produce some flowers. As I don't have much space left to raise the light I hope the stretching will stop in the coming days. After the predatory mite were released in the GTools I haven't found anymore bitemarks in the leafs and additionally the black flies also disappeared. The plant looks really healthy overall and she enjoys the Plagron I feed her. The smaller HighCloudz in the cups are still going strong. The buds seem to grow faster than on the bigger plant and it's amazing to see how the plant can grow in such a small cup. As for the Biscotti Sour Dubb, she shows little signs of blooming but still healthy and strong. Some of the leafs are showing some brown spots. My first idea about this was nutrient lockout but please leave a comment if you think it's something else. I added some CalMag to the feeding just in case. Let's see how the plant responds to it. ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒฟ Mid-week update The brown spots turned out to be nutrient burn. I made a mistake as I kept giving Alga Grow even though I already started giving Alga Bloom, resulting in way too much nitrogen. At the moment I'm flushing out the excess nutrients and just giving CalMag and Power Buds. The fresh leafs show no signs of nutrient burn and I hope flushing for a couple of days will fix the issue. It's a shame and we'll have to see how much of a setback this will be for the plants development. We still have 7 weeks to go before harvest so the plant should have some time to recover form my mistake. Shoutout to @Belgiums_basement_budz for the excellent answer to my grow question

So I thought I was going to harvest last week but I decided not too because there were still a good bit of white pistils and none of the trichomes had turned amber yet so I pushed it another week. Well I still have some white pistils and am thinking gonna let it ride a little bit longer. Just giving it a good flush right now.

Ahh shit, here we go again. After 2 month, I'm ready to grow again. This time it's gonna be Lemon AK, cuz its summer you know, not indica time. I'm using same lamp, same DIY growbox but with different reflective material. Gonna use Air Pot , i think it will be better than smartpot, will see. I have chosen some interesting combinating of nutrients for this plant, some from Advanced Nutrients and GHE, hope it works great. First seed that i started to germinate on 23/6 didnt germinate, i guess it was my fault cuz have put seed in refrigerator, and temperature was bouncing between 7.8c- 14c degrees, i thing it was a problem, so no pretension to fastbuds, you guys are awesome. Bought a new timer, set to 18/6 light. 3/7 Bought and started to germinate new seed, checked 24 hours later and its already opened, will plant after 48 hours, mb earlier. 7/7 Planted seed today. 9/7 After morning watering and turning on the lights, plant finally sprouted. 10/7 is first day, watering 2 times a day, on morning and evening. About 50-70ml under stem using syringe, rest 400+ml around plant. Day 2 - 500ml with RootPlus. Day 3 - 500ml with nutrients. Day 6 - Switched lights from 18 to 20 hours. Fans are now turned on 24/7. Intake fan gives a plant some nice breeze. Had no time so watered at night, 1L water under and near plant, and another 1.5L all over pot so it can last until tomorrow after's morning. Day 7 - Plant is showing great progress. No water today. New set of leaves showed up. Very happy with this week. Peace.

D1. Three of them make it to 2cm in three days, the fourth one already rooted but taking it easy, I watered them a bit and covered the lazy one to blackout and see if she can do it ๐Ÿ’ช Lighting at 8.5 DLI (100 PPFD@24h) with the lamp dimmed at 57cm from the soil. D2. The lazy seed still struggling to sprout but seems she's so close to make it since she's already out the soil. The three strong ones already grew to 4 cm in 24 hours, +2 cm, a growing rate of 0,83mm per hour. Following the seedling schedule lighting now will be at 12 DLI the whole first week. D3. The seedlings are growing strong except the little lazy one, I had to help her sprouting this morning using tweezers since both leaves were trapped inside the seed not being able to open by itself, unlike the other ones that did it by themselves three days ago. Will she gonna make it? Let's give her time ๐Ÿ’ช D5. The red worms look very active but the leaf tips are curling up so I moved from 24h lighting to 20h and let em rest a bit keeping 12 DLI and 80% humidity while lowering temp at night from 25ยฐC to 23ยฐC. The lazy seedling still so small and definitely don't match their sisters growth rate, let's see if there is any progress next days. Also I already installed the Blumat, the parcel arrived missing the final drippers and the 3mm tube but they already send it. I adjusted the system following Michael Box top tip on this Growcast podcast, https://youtu.be/g5YFcxW3kXI?si=tkm6F1fF65CaNruq It consist on adjust the holding drip at atmospheric pressure without the ceramic cone/tube part, then from there screwed the regulator one more carrot (on gravity systems), mark it and put on the locking cap, this way it should provide 80mbar of water tension so there is no need to keep readjusting and you can leave it that way between runs. I use the Tropf max version expecting to keep the bottom of the 25L pots not so moist since 8 days later of the only watering done the moisture is still at 56mbar, looks like it will take some time to start dripping on. Meanwhile I'll keep an eye on the top moisture and if needed just hand water few mililiters a couple inches from the stems. D7. Today I received the missing parts from Blumat and this is the last day of the first week! I think they are looking good despite the little curled up tips from fifth day at 24h but lighting schedule is already changed down to 20h since fifth day midnight. Now they are 6 cm tall and look like they want to start vegging, tomorrow I'll start to daily increase DLI progressively until achieve 16 DLI by the end of the week. The lazy one seems to be doing it, very lazy but growing a little bit every day ๐Ÿ’ช

This is when it becomes clear that even though the first weeks were slow, they are trying to catch up, they are bigger every day. Now is the time for explosive growth.

Well looks like we are going to have another beautiful sugar cane come harvest time of everything continues to go smooth. I just love everything about this strain. It's a potent frosty beast. Shes starting to pop like they always do. I spread the plants out a little this week so they get better light and air flow. Other than that I haven't done anything besides keep the reservoir full. Still pumping nutrients 1 minute on 20 minutes off. They are getting .5 tsp maxibloom per gallon. Not going to run any boosters this round. They dont look like they want or need it.

It was my first cultivation. I learned a lot and will learn a lot more with the next ones. I understood that intervening on the plant requires a certain experience. In fact, of the three plants, this is the one that has grown best (and has not received any intervention). Easy cultivation ... great result!
