APRIL 18TH 2024 - The 3rd batch of clones was taken yesterday and mother plants stripped back aggressively now that focus will be going toward the beds and clones. The generation 2 mom's are going to be vegged up and ready to produce our second harvest's set of clones. We have taken 3 batches of clones kept them in half gallon bags in each of the beds so we can pick the absolute best of each to transplant into the beds & proceed into the grow with. HI community ! 8 week color goes well. With the help of a variety of fungicides, I try to slow down the growth of plants to light. By nutrition, all excellent plants drink 4 liters of solution all the time.

Week 3 of flower has come & gone without too much stress. Gave the ladies a big last defoliation to help with light penetration and airflow at end of week as they were pretty leafy Runoff was a lot lower than feed so have upped the nutes for this week. Blumats got blocked and have been a pain so whilst I'm not too busy with work over holidays will just hand water them. 03.05.21 hab heute morgen die Pflanzen alle einmal durch gespült mit klarem Wasser ohne irgendwas natürlich Ph eingestellt auf 6,5 hoffe das das mein Problem behebt mal sehen wie sich die Ladys die Woche so schlagen. Werde dann wenn alles gut läuft mit halber dosis green sensation weiter fahren sowie ca halber dosis sugar royal, blüte dünger fällt erstmal weg bis aufs erste...... 04.05.21 heut stand nix an ausser beobachten der Ladys Töpfe sind noch gut feucht vom spülen hab fast 65% rh im Zelt In der Nacht ist nicht so toll aber muss ich durch Wetter ist auch beschissen was dem ganzen auch noch zu steuert zum kotzen...... 05.05.21 die Pflanze scheinen sich einigermaßen von der überdüngung zu erholen, ich hab das gefühl das die blüte weiter an schwillt auf der linken Seite. Gelato # 1,2 und 3 sind jetzt auch seid gestern dabei ihre stigmas in caramel zu verwandeln. Kann es kaum noch erwarten zu spülen und dann in den Endspurt zu kommen aber bis dahin sind noch ein paar Wochen..... 06.05.21 heute stand mal wieder nix an ausser mich an meinem Ergebnis bis jetzt zu erfreuen hab mir auch heute schon mal Gedanken für die nächste Runde gemacht werde wohl beim nächsten Grow mal nur mainlaining machen ohne netzt ach ja und es wird auf den Wunsch meiner Frau 4x purps og die Kaffee caramel lady.... 07.05.21 heute stand mal Die erste terp Kontrolle bei gelato 41 #2 an und siehe da es sind schon einige milchig dazwischen aber noch nix bernstein würde schätzen das ca 60% milchig sind und 40% noch durchsichtig also noch zeit bis zur Spülung hab mir heute gedacht ich zeige mal die Höhe der buds im Durchschnitt linke Seite ca 20 cm rechte Seite ca 10 cm der Geruch der Ladys ist eigendlich garnicht so typisch stechen nach Cannabis solange ich die Ladys nicht bewege sprich gegen die röhre vom Netz komme das bisschen wackeln am netzt lässt sie sofort stinken wie ein stinktier als würde sie versuchen mich zu vertreiben oder meine Aufmerksamkeit auf sich ziehen...... 08.05.21 heute stand auch wieder mal nur das beobachten und begutachten der buds an ich kontrolliere fast täglich auf schimmel und dieser Geruch ist einfach traumhaft heute hat er mich dazu verleitet zum Eis laden zu gehen und mir erstmal Haus gemachtes Eis zu kaufen ich werd noch fett wegen der Sorte dieser Duft macht hungrig auf süßes....... 09.05.21 endlich wieder eine Woche rum kann es kaum noch erwarten zur Spülung zu kommen dann kann ich endlich einen genauen Zeitpunkt für den cut festlegen und mich neu sortieren für die nächste Runde gibt so eine schöne Aussage die ich in meinem grow Buch gelesen habe "kiffen macht nicht süchtig, growen aber schon" ich persönlich empfinde es ganau so. Ich bin schon richtig Heiss darauf neu zu beginnen, während meine Frau einfach nur Heiss aufs Endprodukt ist.....

#43 clones are maturing too fast I feel. Especially that a mother is ripening normally. I would guess it’s because of poor rooting. It’s the only difference. I keep runoff at around 3 max. Around week 5 the runoff ph started to drop below 6. Even towards 5.5. Both in rockwool and coco.

Betty is in week 2 of flower, before flowering, so in the last week of veg, i gave her a good flush until clear water came out bottom, she got fed 2 and a 1/2 times, so 17ml of grow feed, she has got a touch nutrient burn but nothing to worry about very little, she got 2-3 liters of water a week for 6 weeks, she likes to be dry than wet, week 2 of flowering, she is starting to grow hairs and strech so i fed her 1/2 bloom nutrients, so 3.5ml, she might get another half bloom nutrients in the future, she is looking well and healthy, betty has about 7 weeks left in flower and then a week to dry and 2 weeks to cure in glass jar. Will keep you updated in a couple of weeks to see betty grow her flowers.

Hi Growmies. Here we are at the beginning of the end for the expert seeds grow . The Glueberry was taken out at day 60 and spent 48 in the dark before I trimmed her up for her slow dry. As I expected, I had a lot of undercut that won't be much use for bud weight but will go into some nice ice hash with the other trim. The main buds are a nice size and density with a very strong diesel and fruit hit coming from them too. They have a nice oily feel with a tacky after touch so should be nice and crunchy on drying after the cure. I have her in a cardboard box with cool 10°c air exchanging . This will hopefully slow the dry down and allow for the conversion of any stored chlorophyll into more usable thc and oils. Her trichs had enough Amber's to feel ready for harvesting her too. Now the waiting game .lol Mimosa Lemon is only now showing signs of and ending soon . Her hips have remained loose and sadly very open which is going to be a dissapointment on the yield front for sure. Her potency will no doubt be bang on from the sample I dried of a lower popcorn branch. She has a very strong lemon scent any where close to her now and I think she would be great for extractions. I am not looking forward to how to trim her now.. lol She began so well too but her bud growth has been a sad dissapointment . I am hoping her final effects will save her reputation. As I ecpected are the conditions for outdoor too rough.The one under the LED is doing very well.But her sister grows a litlle slower.

We harvested one of the Tropicana XL girls , this is going to be a weird entry because I decided to not make a harvest entry till the other one lady finishes. Unfortunately because of my sticky fingers from all the trimming I did not make many pictures/videos of the grow itsels, to fill this void I decided on including the harvest videos and photographs. Although the final weight will be summed up in the final harvest. We finally see that our problem with the plants may not a deficiency but overfeed...decided to leave the reservoir as it is for this week and add only fresh water next week we will flush the system and for seven days the girls will only drink water. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE7000 runs at 520 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. Day 15 of flowering: reduced the Grow component to 2 ml/L to reduce N at the same time increased the ml of Micro, bloom components to 4 ml/L according to the Advanced Nutrients table Day 20 of flowering: I turned on the air conditioner to keep the temperature level at 23 C Watering volume week 8: Day 15 -21 - 500 ml per day

This week was the first feeding I did 1 tbsp of 444, 1/4 tsp of molasses, 1 tsp fish and seaweed extract, then 1/4 tsp Epsom salt . One if my plants is still looking rough but I’m trying to learn how to grow so having one sick plant can help with learning how to fix specific issues in the future. So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

Another late week, but... so like I said I add the 300w led (150w)to the room and I think the girl is loving it. I had to raise the HPS up due to the heat, so the HPS is at 17” from the top of the canopy and the LED at 12”. The colour in the room is unbelievable. I can’t wait to see how this GG turns out.

One of the plants grew massive! However the smoke wasn’t the best until a good 4 weeks cure. Very hairy buds too which was interesting 😂 Still a nice smoke
