Aug 5: plant 1 is starting to fade and has decently solid buds forming. Plant 2 is several days behind with bigger buds that have not firmed up yet. A bit longer still. Aug 10: still not quite ready. Nice sunny weather continues so I’ll wait some more.

Semana tranquila, en este último día se cambiará la solución nutritiva, y con la nueva probaré a meter H2O2 y ver si ayuda a mejorar la calidad del agua, ya que después de 7 días encuentro un poco de babosadas en las mangueras de aireación dentro del contenedor máster. Al paso que van creo que una grow de 1,2 x 1,2 queda chica para 4 plantas, o sea empieza a resultar incómoda para hacer controles y todo el resto. Acabo de cambiar la solución nutritiva, e notado que podría haber estado 1 semana más, pero la cambio cada 2 semanas, ya que mi maestro dice que cada semana, pero a mi me da pena desperdiciar tanta agua y nutrientes... 🙏

Sunday last day of week 11 expecting to cut it down fed banana, molasses, and honey for a final flush with ice, Friday final ice flush. In the dark for 12 hours then cut down for harvest

This is the start of my second grow and also second Northern Light Auto from RQS, the goal is to hit #1 in g/plant for that Strain. I didn't take as many notes as in the last grow but there are timelapses, some photos and metrics from probes. Started with 3 Seeds and then picked the 2 strongest. The System is a NFT System but due to the size of the tube and root growths the solution with submerge the roots ~70% later on. To combat that I use 3 small 1.5w air pumps, these are super silent, if one dies I got 2 more running and to be honest air pumps used in DWC systems are often oversized and rely on Broscience. In my Salad/Herb NFT Systems I don't use any air pumps and the plants are just fine and grow great. This time I added sprinklers to humidify the air inside the tube, slightly moisturize the Rockwool and speed up root growths. Spoiler: Was a great success :) The ratios for the fertilizers are not accurate in the following weeks, I have a 120l Reservoir that is filled 90-110l I top it up once or twice a week to sustain PH and EC, if you want to copy it just go by the EC and use the B (Calcinit) and A (Kristalon Blue/Orange) 50/50. I mix the solution myself with dry salts that I bought in bulk 25kg bags. 4l Water(distilled/RO preferably, tap water is OK) + 1kg salts mixes just fine, keep the solution dark and cool and it will stay stable for months. Dry salts don't expire if kept cool and dry so only mix what you need and keep the rest stored as dry salts. 40ml A + 40ml B is about 2EC and 6PH with my tap water, very similar to Canna, Plagron etc. isn't it? just with the twist that I pay ~20% of the known brands. P2O5, K2O, MgO etc. are always the same as long as they are produced by a good manufacturer, Yara is a world leader in fertilizer production just not to be found in you general hydroponics or hardware store. Any other known manufacturer is fine as well, pick the cheapest. Check Hoocho on Youtube to see a guide on how to mix your own solutions, it ain't that difficult trust me. From week 5 onwards I also use Oxygen granulate (KMPS, CAS-70693-62-8, 2KHSO₅ * KHSO₄ * K₂SO₄) if you want to use this check pool supply stores and buy the cheapest. Keep this one dry, cool and dark. I used a old pill bottle to keep some ready to go because it came in a 1kg container and I only need 2-4g per serving + the bottle has a silica pack in the cap. From week 6 onwards I used Haifa Grow Clean for Details check week 6, I use this one as dry salts and add it directly to the tank, it does not interact in a bad way with the solution. For meassurements I use a generic 8in1 Meter "PH-W218" branded by many companies, as usual, check stores and buy the cheapest. (Check week 1 for an image of it) I got mine from Aliexpress for ~70€ it uses the Tuya app so you can always check your metrics and export them aswell. The PH and EC probe are accurate and are giving me stable results for almost 1 year now, I re calibrate the PH probe once in a while and it is tops 0.15 off after a month, always double check your results with PH drops/paper. Bluelab is... A LOT more expensive for less value. For the timelapses I use 2 Tappo C210 2k Cameras, these have the ability to make the stream available trough RTSP so that you can access it trough a link in a browser and that way I snap a Screenshot with a raspberry pi :) after that I just render it with blender to a timelapse. 12/3/23 - Day 27 - Hello All! Today I was able to catch the water change as it all happened. I have a video that I uploaded above. Here we are going into week 5. Shes growing fast and her branches are close together. Not much going on other than letting this LEAF box do its thing. I'll keep it updated with pictures as we go along. I still have leftover nutrients from the last grow. The A-nute is getting close to being gone. So I replaced it with the A-Nutes that I had purchased to start this grow. Replacing them is super easy. Another water change day in the books! 12/5/23 - Day 29 - I did some cleaning up on the branches. I removed a lot of the fan leaves. I do plan on cleaning it up a little more but I wanted to give her a moment to recover. However, I am starting to think that it does not matter. So far with both of the grows I have done in this LEAF box. When I trim the plant and I think it's going to cause an slow down, I'm wrong. So far I have yet to see a bad result from trimming her. It's almost like the plant likes it better immediately and starts to stretch out and get bigger. 12/7/23 - Day 31 - I noticed there are pistles already forming. I spoke with someone about how quickly that was and they said that I should wait to flip them to flower. Autos are kind of known to start flower when they are stressed. I forsure stressed her out when I just put a huge trim on her. Ill give it another few days to see if the pistles continues to pop up or slow down.

Mulberry Day 35 All is well. In stretch and transition to flower. She is a proud 28 inches tall. I tied her four bottom branches down to open her up some and get better airflow and light penetration. As an experiment I have only been removing the newly formed branches at her nodes and leaving the fan leaves alone. Seems to have an effect on branches being healthier! *** watered her last night with 1 tbsp each of coco bloom A&B.

9cm vertical growth this week. Lots and lots of flower sites. 😎 Very bushy. Very Kushy 😂 😍

Progressing nicely, after a rough two weeks. Flushed her with Ph water and she came back nicely. Yellowing and a few crispy leaves way under her skirt. Her buds are small but plentiful.

She is now putting on weight - and still going tall! She looks like she has a while to go before harvest but she is doing magnificently. Little to no deficiencies!

Esta semana he terminado con los trasplantes de una de las mesas completa. He regado las que no están trasplantadas con un total de 20L de agua + Bio Rhizotonic + Bio Vega, para que aguanten hasta que les llegue la hora del trasplante. También he tratado todo el cultivo, con Propolix diluido en agua y pulverizado sobre las plantas justo antes de que se apaguen los focos, de esta forma evitamos quemaduras en las hojas y le damos una protección extra contra diferentes patógenos. Las trasplantadas las riego solo con agua + Bio Rhizotonic.

Decided one more week of flower. Replenished with nutrients on Monday. Will replenish with just straight water for the rest of the week. If needed, I will change the reservoir water to give it more of a flush. Plan is to harvest next week and start the curing! Excited to see how my first grow changed .

Week 7 of flower starts today. Hoping to make it to 11-12 minimum before the cold sets in! Water consumption is half what it was a month ago. Still top coating with Happy Frog every three waterings. Love taking photos of my girls. Great week everyone!
