Starting to pick up in smell, finally slowing down and finishing stretch.

08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

Week 7 is finished, end is near. This one seems to be finishing up with only a week or two left. Some fade has started and this GG#4 is really colourful! A few nanners have popped up, must be genetics but not to sure what I did to cause them to come out, more than likely to much light. I dimmed the light regardless as the leaves on the tallest cola in the tent were showing signs of stress. So yeah, nanners, probably light stress. Fungus gnats are bugging me for sure, but the plants seem fine. Need to get them under control after this run. Lights are at 20” dimmed to around 65%, hopefully for a measurement of about 650 ppfd. They were at 75%, but plants were showing signs of stress so I dimmed them. Just watering using tap water, not ph’d, through drip on a timer. I drink my water straight from the tap, ph is around 7, and less than 15ppm, good for me, good for my plants. Water is aerated in a 30 gallon reservoir. Hand water once a week with Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Light still breaking through canopy in spots. Lots of leaves, but not much bud sites below. No need to remove big leaves yet. 4/22/2024 Day 29 showing plenty pistils, still in the transition to flower stage. Training may help the plant grow bigger/ longer stems. They can be semi bushy when spread out. Switched nutes to flower bloom from Gaia green 4/26 day 33? Last half of week 5 there has been more of a stretch than there was previous to this. These plants have been mad with a bit of over water and chlorine issues and maybe cal mag 4/27 day 34 end of week 5 The plants both stretched. The one I didn’t train,I can see a visible growth of about double the height, just over this last week. For it being just a pre flower stretch/transition phase for the auto flowers, I am surprised at how many pistils are on the flower sights. The end of last week, I didn’t feel like there were enough pistils to consider it the beginning of flower, and now at the end of this week, it looks like this should be the end of week 1 flower, but they were still stretching.

Day 36. Girls are flying !!! Was comparing my previous dairies here and they look really good, have in mind, two heavy waves of training involved, each time i had a bag full of leaves ... One more training and i think on day 42 its 24 hours of darkness and FLOWEEEEERRRR ;)) Day 37. Its hard to add anything, because everything going kind off well ;)))) Last night watered them with 6.2 ph, they stop drinking, at least as fast as before, usually my ph is 6.5-6.8, but sometimes i drop to 6.2-6.4 for one feed in a month or so ..SweetSeeds don't like that trick ... Still leaves praying, loads of new grows after each night , just Kushes overgrew others a bit. Will supercrop them soon. Day 39. All is going smooth, they drink biobizz nutes feed in one day, phed water in 2, so you would want to overfeed them, Kushes could eat more 4sure now. Installed last wall fan. Now setup is full... Kind off ;))) need to find exhaust silent and powerfull 5 inch fan ... Day 41. This is official - JUNGLES !!! ;) Change in plans : Killer Kushes are moved to veg/dry tent, Autos started there will come instead of them. Thinking that way ill lower canopy a bit and make more space for rest 8. Tomorrow it will be done together with heavy training for Skunks and Cheeses. here already a little more grown and applying the techniques lst apical pizzicato experimenting, Seeing how the techniques are manifested, some were done poorly, so their results were somewhat strange or curious, if they did, you judge, errors such as not cutting the apical trying to do the pruning, poe error from fmi and only cut the tiny growing leaves that's why you will see those rare leaves

The plant is still going strong, but I noticed that the colors have faded a bit. Not necessarily a bad thing, though—I realized the temperature difference between day and night was a bit too extreme, which probably caused unnecessary stress. It did look absolutely stunning with those colorful leaves, but stability is more important now.🌱 Other than that, everything is going great! The buds are getting thicker, stinkier, and completely covered in frost.😍 The dominant smell is still pink pepper, which is really interesting. Sometimes I get a hint of something sweet, but I’m not sure yet if it will develop more over time.💚

Hello. Got the plants into the main grow room. There is 2 videos . In the first I just sit in the room quitly and turn the camera. you get a sense :) of what it's like in there. In the second I try to describe what's in the room, equipment and maybe a new technique. With the tomato cages I use, and needing the plant to slow down, I twist the stock into a large figure 8. Eventually I take off what is on the lower part of the 8, and just work the top of the 8. About 2 weeks in veg in this room. Then I take clones of everything before I switch to flower. >Carbon dioxide enhancement: I had to make that choice 20 years ago. I could, rent a tank and have my name on a list, at the gas store. Or make my own. They didn't have the small propane tanks like they do today for the blue flame you get when you burn it. I decided on a kerosene lamp burning down as low as it could be without going out. It makes a half blue and half yellow flame. I vent constantly so the small amount of carbon monoxide is not a problem. For the first week you can smell it a bit, but the smell disappears after that. I light the lamp in the morning and put it out at lights out (unless it's bed time). It needs to be put in a place in the room that cant get knocked over (pets, children, ?). I try to use extra attention whenever I use it. It can burn down the place. Be careful Please. >About 17 years ago I thought I'd lower my table by knocking a hole in the cement and dropping my 10 gallon reservoir more. I was able to lower it by 16 inches. Still have to watch the height of some plants though, it worked out well. Watch the video. > Air cleaner: The reason I got a big 8 inch exhaust fan was, I had a bout of powder mildew and needed better a exhaust system. When I plugged it in there was too much air moving. I phoned and asked and the salesman said that a dimmer switch wasn't a good idea. I put one on anyway. Works great. I have the fan barely on in the winter and about half way on in the middle of the summer. I haven't had any powdery mildew since. About 12 years ago I bought a good air cleaner. An ORECK, It has electrified plates that zap any organic particle or spore that come between the plates. Use to grow a Northern Lights that got 6 to 8 ounces per harvest, it grew big buds. Buds as big as my forearm. I had problems with gray mold attaching the buds. But none since I bought the air cleaner. Ya learn as you go.

Hello! For this setup i´ll use Optic 1 XL in a 80cmx80cm tent, (indoor grow), with temperature, humidity and air flow controled... Have heard great things about Real Cookies and now it´s time to grow it! Have successfully germinated 2 seeds out of 2 using the easy start kit from RQS, 100 % rate! (made a DIY box and used the wireless router to keep it warm) Notice this seeds have sprouted in less than 48h it´s a personal record to me! I´m using Janeco light mix and prepared the soil with the the easy boost organic nutrition before reporting the seedlings... It´s time to turn on the lights and let the mother nature do the magic!
