Hey Grow Diaries fam,
We’re back with another exciting update on our PCR adventure! We’ve hit Week 11, which means we’re now in Week 7 of flowering, and the transformation continues to amaze us.
Overview
The PCRs are truly in their prime, with colors intensifying and buds swelling beautifully. This week has been all about fine-tuning their nutrient intake and ensuring they get exactly what they need to finish strong.
Environment and Conditions
Tent: 3x3, kept spotless to ensure the best possible growing environment.
Lighting: ViparSpectra P2000, continuing to provide the perfect spectrum for our flowering ladies.
Watering: TDS at 420, pH 6, and water temperature at 21°C, keeping everything balanced and consistent.
Nutrient Regimen
We’ve made a critical adjustment to our feeding schedule this week:
TopBooster: Phased out as we shift focus.
P-Boost: Cut from the mix as we near the final stages of flowering.
K-Boost: Increased to provide that crucial potassium boost, ensuring maximum bud density and potency.
This tweak in our regimen is aimed at enhancing the final development of our buds, making them as dense and potent as possible.
Growth and Development
The PCRs continue to fill out the tent, with their buds growing denser and more aromatic by the day. The increased K-Boost has given them that extra push, and the results are clear – we’re seeing some seriously impressive bud formation and trichome development.
Reflections
This week has been about dialing in the final touches to ensure our PCRs finish strong. The colors are popping, the buds are dense and sticky, and the aromas are out of this world. We’re gearing up for an incredible harvest, and the anticipation is building!

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started.
The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off.
Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region.

26.12.24:
These are my 2 best plants P1 and P2 Purple Punch, they are looking great! Not sure what happened to P3.
They are in early flower/ pre-flower with the pistils clearly seen on P2. I am also hoping to tie some of the branches down to help light penetration on the lower canopies.
I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves.
To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants.
After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6.
I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes!
29.12.24:
So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small.
I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process.

She's developing a thick fat sticky main cola, very beautiful strain, short distance between nodes, compact very dense flowrs, and very strange smell to me, had never ever tried something so citric like this. It's a very orange sweet juice smell, very pleasant, I can't wait to dry and cure a little this flowers to be able to feel the ultimate flavor and power from this genetic, stay tuned guys!! ❤️💚💛

Here we have a strain that has had great success in recent years and the Zamnesia one already has a great reputation among growers.
We also have Green Crack F1 Hybrid 2 plants but I'm showing you the other one in a separate diary now because it is even smaller than this one that is already in advanced flowering, there are many buds growing and we hope they swell well.
The structure created with mainfoldindg, mainlining, topping and lst vari is very pleasant, the plant is at medium internodal distance and flowers quickly so it is a plant on which I would feel like recommending these techniques that it is true that they can slow down the harvests but they give a satisfaction to the sight and an unparalleled fun in making them.
We are still using soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron 100% organic.
With her We have switched to the late flowering program that wants the additives Sugar Royal, Pure Zym for another week and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds and the myth Green Sensation. Obviously the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom.

Here’s the beginning of flowering stage and the last day of first week I made defoliation to them and give them some training. I’m so glad to see those girls growing fast and more in this week 1 so I’m so excited and looking forwards to next week . can’t wait to see the beautiful flowers.

She’s a thick one! Looking pretty good. I top dressed her with a 4 teaspoons of epson salt. She’s showing signs of magnesium deficiency. I’m still nervous she was pollinated by the Blackberry moonrocks that I had to cut down early. So I’m checking her several times daily.

Decided NOT to water one more time. Put into the dark around 1:20 P.M . Usually do 48 hours, might just do 24 this time. Leaves are still a great color and very healthy.
Took the light out of this tent. Going to attempt to rearrange things AGAIN! Spider Farmer 2x2 was just at 90 rh! Thinking of moving that light ( Alphapar) back into the Alphapar tent. Can't remember why I moved it in the first place, think it was for drying another.

Die anfangs kleinste Pflanze und fast für ToD erklärt, ist jetzt die höchste. leider werde ich die krüppelige wohl entfernen müssen, sieht nach Zwitter aus, laut Meinungen aus den Foren soll ich sie lieber killen. Dann haben wir nur noch zwei im rennen.

Week 25 overall, corresponding to week 3 of flowering for the Pineapple Upside Down.
Flowering has now clearly declared itself. Bud sites are visible everywhere, with consistent pom-pom formation across the canopy. Despite being at a relatively early stage of bloom, terpene expression is already strong. Upon opening the tent, a distinct pineapple aroma is noticeable, which is very encouraging for such an early phase.
Vegetatively, the plant will not recover its original leaf coloration. This is accepted at this point. However, flower development appears to be on track, and the plant is allocating energy toward reproductive growth rather than foliage recovery.
A light defoliation was performed, along with the removal of lower, non-productive flower sites. This cleanup aims to avoid wasting energy on underdeveloped buds and to focus resources on the upper canopy.
A fresh flowering nutrient solution was prepared. PK has been introduced lightly, in accordance with the Athena feeding schedule for week 3 of flowering. Electrical conductivity is set around 2.1 EC, with a target pH close to 6.0 to ensure stable nutrient uptake.
Light intensity will be increased progressively, with PPFD moving toward approximately 600 to support proper bud development and flower density.
Although the foliage remains visually poor, flower formation, structure, and aroma remain the key indicators at this stage. Given the short flowering time of this cultivar (around 45 days), timing is critical, and the next weeks will be decisive.
The focus going forward will be on stability, controlled feeding, and optimized light management to extract the best possible outcome from this cycle.
