D57/FD29 - Thing going grand with the Cookies so far (enjoying growing these Cookie Based Strains). Smell from it is divine! Touch a stem and its a lovely citrus smell left on you for ages! Noted in a previous comment, like a perfect sweetness, fresh lemonade. You'd wear it as an aftershave alright even!!! :P They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at what would be recommended strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea this late in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geeklight also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant too and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator (and hopefully UVB Tube) and great to see them honouring the Warranty. RHC Seems to be flowering nicely as can been seen from the pics. Stacking well, buds coming along. Slight pinkish tip to the pistils on some buds but not the shocking pink as you'd see in the sales pics...hopefully it goes there though! Also noticing a bit of an early frost on a few flowers...like real good frost! And this is only day 1 of week 5 (I know, I do this diary arse about face)!!! Hoping Geeklight get this driver control board and longer cables to me quick so as I can get the driver out of the tent as I'd really like to get the UVB in there to frost them up in a week or 2!!! May only be getting about 9" clearance though so dunno, could be dangerous!!! 12" is the lowest recommended...but then, I could do the 15 min burst lighting (On 15, off 45 min every hour) so lower the risk of burn but get them more exposure (but lowers the lifetime of the tube). They get UVA from the LED's on the light at the moment for a 1/3 of the day and have been since early veg so should be hardened to it by now!!! Anyway, think that's enough s**te chatted by me!!! Started this week on 15th of March, being day 8. Got to meet Doc (nr1) that day and met Happy (nr2) on day 10. Unfortunately nr3 wont show up, I dug it up and saw that it's still in its shell. Placed the seed back in a paper towel. Doc and Happy went quite fast on day 11 and got quite a bit of sun this week. They are now, on day 16, tuesday 23th of March, about 4cm each. Will plant them in the bigger pots today.

Hola gente, como va? Bueno, gracias a que estoy cada una hora o dos mirando la planta, me di cuenta que una de las puntas estaba blanca pero "rara". La saque afuera para que aproveche el sol y le de mas viento, y ahi vi el hongo como se puede apreciar en el video. Gracias a dios fue en solo esa punta, ni siquiera en la rama entera, asi que me fije hasta donde lo habia "tomado" y corte. Un amigo que estudia quimica, medicina y le gusta mucho la biologia me dijo que el Botrytis no es un hongo patogeno (o algo asi) y que con calor ya es posible matarlo, no es tan perjudicial como muchos dicen/piensan. Cuestion que para "matar" el hongo prendimos el horno a una temperatura que pudieramos meter la mano y no quemarnos, lo apagamos y en una fuente pusimos el cogollo con el hongo, y dejamos hasta que se enfrie solo. Repeti el proceso 2 veces mas (siempre calentando antes de meter el cogollo) y quedaron hechos una piedra, no cedieron en ningun momento cosa que a pesar de perder una cabeza, me puse contento por no ceder en tamaño. Cuestion que una parte se salvo sin hongo, y no tuvimos otro remedio que fumarla jajaja Realmente es una locura muy intensa, como que te deja con la cabeza la parte frontal (atras de la frente) como vibrando, te deja muy loco, pero si te pones a hablar, no te perdes, enganchas todos los temas que quieras, todo esto sin secar bien y sin curar! Conclusion: Para el proximo cultivo voy a agregar otro ventilador, uno para extraccion y otro para intraccion asi no me vuelve a aparecer el hongo. Saludos!!

Tras acabar la segunda semana de floración así se presentan las pequeñas. Hemos ido defoliando alguna hoja de la parte baja de la planta, aireando un poco a las niñas por la zona baja . Las plantas ya empiezan a mostrar sus primeras bolitas y empezamos a añadir en la solución top Candy y pk13-14 para ver engordar esas bolitas💚.

Many but slim colas emerged, showing extreme spotting and deficiencies, but gained weight since last week and started turning purple, first time that happens. So now the final flush started and hope, afraid taste could be off, because of the problems i ran in with her, probably a good strain to considere light feeding, the smell is very gentle, a good strain to do stealth. 10-14 day to go! Yield could be amazing but will be common because of the locks, nothing out of the curve in my opinion, something to retry and correct to deal with this strain. Not turned on or off by her just feeling neutral and glad she made it. Trichomes wise she is just ready, mostly cloudy, she will finish with some amber will do a nice sleeping aid. Trim job will be a pain on this one because i will clean all the small affected spotted leaves.

Wicked week. Moving: This week report starts with my moving to a new apartment. It's actually not my first moving with a plant, but now it's kinda too big, so I asked my friends bag. Btw, the next day they stayed in different airports, so the bag didn't really smell after it 😂 I poured out the water from the bucket, gently placed it into the bag. And then the main rule I had is to keep the bad vertically while transplanting. And I'd suggest to just walk with the bag to the destination place, but since it was too far, I needed to order an uber. It was quiet hard to find the right car, because I cannot put it into a trunk, and I needed to order a truck or find a car with a large interior, so i could put near foot. I chose the 2nd one. Don't like extra attention 😁 Plant report: The moving was quiet easy for her, and not for me. She recovered quiet fast after it. But here I forgot to tie her down, which is my mistake, and the next day the grow up a lot, so it wasn't enough thread length anymore. Despite I don't use strings anymore, I still stretch her by myself with a bare hands few times a day. It actually works, just a bit worse, I guess. Usually I grow in closets, but here they have no space for it. So I need to think about her future home. I didn't want to buy a tent at the beginning, cause I think it's not that necessary. I still think so, they are way more overrated than the other 'grower stuff', but may be it would be more comfy with it 😃 I forget, that my lamp was not 70% only, so I turned it to max now. I also found out, that I got almost infected from bamboo(week 2) not only by aphid, but by ebanaya Sciara also. And they are growing their fucking babies in a wet ground. So I kind of buried them. I wrapped opened medium in a package. Now I see and kill only 5 this little monster flying around, before that was counted in dozens. I keep defoliating every day 4-8 leaves. To remove old useless leaves, or to open a new ones. Finally, by the end of this week, preflower started. After that smell also changed a bit, now it's less 'plant' and more 'buds' in the air.

Talk about a mission accomplished, dam you Lamby… you had me excited at one point when I thought you were an auto, but to my shock, you are a regular, you just have a long ass flowering window… at least unlike her sisters within the 4th cycle, she did not reveg she just focused on flower, the buds are bulky and firm, scent is amazing, you would mistake her for a cheese strain. I should not be disappointed by the plant’s size! Because I planted her during winter, and all outdoor or greenhouse(unless you have a GH that is climate controlled), do not grow as big as the would during spring or summer season, and due to this factor, I only got 59g of wet bud. But I have faith the other ladies will produce a higher yields. Last I smoke this strain was earlier late summer or early Autumn, and from smoking to growing now harvest, I wish I am blown out the water with this strain, it’s time to conduct that questionnaire. Or even better go to an established cannabis club, and get them to samples bud, and ask for a review.
