After 48 hours of darkness, the time had come and the Papaya Cookies were ready for harvest. I decided to dry it in a drying net, because it has grown very densely due to the not so successful training (to reduce the risk of mold). Dry weight and smoke report follow after curing. Stay tuned...

Week 7 there hasn’t been any changes for either of the girls. Girl #1 is still looking the same. It seems she has finally stopped stretching. Looking forward to seeing her bulk up in the coming weeks. Girl #2 still hasn’t showed any signs of flowering. I’m gonna continue to be patient with her in hopes of her just being a very late bloomer. Everything has been running smoothly. I will start to introduce bloom nutes in the next coming weeks. I didn’t expect girl#1 to get so big but I’m not complaining. This has been such a pleasing and educational experience. Thank all of those who have viewed my diary. Thank you again for your support.

12 weeks to

One of my smoothest grows yet, plant was a monster got ppms up to 1340 with the nectar. The final product was 10/10 quality. Yield was decent considering I'm using the nectar.

Big big week. Site prep in woods 400 yards from home, middle of neighborhood urban GG. Babies getting strong indoors as temps outside are cool at night on the 50’s but hot in the day, around 72 - 77, Some fun inside and outside.

So the Northern Lights free seed from RQS ended up out living all 3 of the Dosidos’ “USA Premium” seeds that all died within the first week of sprouting, hopefully an explanation will be found for this as I have not been able to come to any conclusion as to what happened. Long live the lights amiright

plants are going to be too big. i will have to figure something else out because i havent done any LST or anything to get them to stop,i wanted to see what they look like completely natural . i will probably angle the light and supplement the blurple light on the other side, and just turn the plant a couple times a day. if you have a better suggestion let me know

Nach dem Umtopfen ging es direkt weiter mit einem ordentlichen Wachstumsschub – richtig schön anzusehen! Die Pflanzen haben den Wechsel super weggesteckt und legen jetzt ordentlich zu. Alles verläuft bisher nach Plan, ohne nennenswerte Komplikationen. Die Symptome des Calciummangels sind komplett verschwunden – die neuen Blätter sehen gesund und kräftig aus. Offensichtlich zeigt die angepasste Düngung Wirkung. Auch die Thripse scheinen erfolgreich bekämpft worden zu sein. Ich konnte bisher keine neuen Spuren entdecken – hoffentlich bleibt das so. Heute stand noch ein wenig Entlaubung auf dem Programm, um Licht und Luft besser ins Innere der Pflanze zu bringen und die Schimmelgefahr weiter zu minimieren.

But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. Hello colleagues 😍 The growth continues, and all three plants show good potential. One of the plants is ahead of the other two, but it obviously has a different phenotype - this is visible both by the shape of the leaf and by the color (small spoiler - I did not add mycorrhiza to this particular pot). By the end of the week, the growth slowed down significantly, almost stopped - it turned out ideal given the size of my box. 12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water..
