Starting week 11, hopefully this week i chop off OJ and Sky2. They both look and smell wonderfully. Alright, this is the best sativa ever tried, actually my first purple coloured buds. The smell is a lot like pineapples and berries. The effect so uplifting!!💜

Die Ladies haben einen ersten Stretch durchlaufen, davor hab ich noch ein paar Blätter entnommen. Ich Versuche mich sehr in Zurückhaltung und will auch nichts trainieren, ich möchte erstmal an sehen wie die Z-ups in meinem Setup wachsen. Davor hatte ich eine guava Auto von Fastbuds mit relativ wenig Training zu einem top Ergebnis gebracht und um den begrenzten Platz nicht zu überreizen war das mit 3 Pflanzen mal so der Plan 😅 z-up #1 wächst gut, hab die erste nodie entfernt, war nicht stark genug. Wächst bisschen breiter und geht langsam Richtung Vorblüte Z-up #2 wächst super. Hat eine tolle Struktur, zeigt aber bei gleicher Düngemenge leichte überdüngung an den Blattspitzen, wird beim nächsten Mal gießen nur mit Wasser und Nematoden gegoßen (wahrscheinlich alle 3 profilaktisch) ist in der Vorblüte Mandarin Panties, ist ne süße kleine buschige indica, schaut aber zufrieden aus und wird dann wie alle anderen Ladies in der 2ten Blütewoche gelollipopped 🍭 Steht kurz vor der Vorblüte

Week 3: 4 of the ladies showed sex this week. The big girl popped pistils on day 18 and the other 3 ladies popped pistils on day 20. I hope ill get another week of veg before the growth spurt and fill out their pots. Training: during the 4 days of ponytailing i noticed the aggressive growth on the side branches, cant say it had a big effect as bending has. This week i held the branches down with wiring to create nice strong branches and ive been leaf tucking everyday. I lock the leave blades together with lower leaves to hold them in place but they wont stay down. Im trying to avoid selective deleafing till after the big growth spurt. Nutrients: the ladies had their first feeding last week and 2 waterings ph'd to 6.5 with 2 dry days between every watering. Ill be giving their 2nd feeding on day 25. Im raising the dosage of Canna Terra Vega from 0.5ml/L to 1ml/L

Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.

This week went very well, she is still stacking on flowers, and Piglet is now being fed about 5 gallons per day, with about 1 gallon of runoff, she feeds five times per day, every 3.5 hours with lights on, and then once in the middle of the dark period. She is still just being fed Armor Si, CaliMag, powder Maxi Bloom, and a PK liquid bloom booster. I use the runoff mixed with dehumidifier water to feed my tomatoe plants, and they absolutely love it. I have found that using dehumidifier water in a reservoir leads to funk within only a few days, even when using food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, so I only use it for instant feedings and for the tomatoes. I am still cleaning the reservoir once per week just to keep her and the pump/lines in good shape, and it only takes me about 10-15 minutes per week. I also added another bag of CO2 inside the tent and have a bag sitting in front of each air intake screen, as well as one hanging about the plant., I have also added several tubs of mushrooms growing both inside and outside the tent, with a breather on each one, so she is getting plenty of CO2. The heatwave is over for now and weather looks great for the next 8 days. I am estimating that she has about 2 weeks left to stack flowers, and then 2 weeks to ripen, so I am hoping to harvest her around the end of June but will have to wait on the trichomes to be sure. I plan to flush her for about 4 or 5 days before harvest with just plain water. Overall, I am very impressed with Ethos Genetics, and I now understand why everyone was recommending them to me when I wanted to try a photo period plant. Method 🎚️ Medium: 🥥🥥 We ran this one in an even parts soil, compost, coco and purlite mix. The hope was to minimize required nute feedings and maintenance. The addition of nute nuetral coco proved to be somewhat of a mistake and may have contributed to some unnecessary plant stress when she used up all the available natural nutes in the soil and compost. There simply wasn’t enough good stuff in the medium to see her happily through the cycle without extra supplementation. I’d do this again but leave out the coco and layer the compost at the bottom with minimal medium saturation and runoff in early/mid veg. This should achieve better results the next time round. She was entirely untrained and allowed to stretch to her highest height. A better yield definitely would’ve been derived with some topping/mainlining and training but regardless, her freak flag flew high and She went unnoticed by unwanted eyes. We won’t be able to grow high next year due to construction next door so this may be the last time I run a skyscraper outdoor in the rear yard. 1/5 volume emojis for method because there really wasn’t any training. 2/5 coconut emojis- not for the lack of training but due to the unsupportive medium amendments like the coco. Yield🌴🌴🌴 And now the part we all seem to measure with great expectation. The expectation in this case was to pull 9-12oz off this girl and we fell well short of that. For the reasons mentioned above as well as the fact that she was putting at least some of her efforts into seed production too. We spotted it pretty early on in flower and some stalks started showing signs of ball formation that every grower fears. I was really concerned she’d be a full on hermie but this didn’t happen and it seems it was just localized pollination. Probably due to an occasional, randy bumblebee that had come from elsewhere. It’s not all bad at all and we did pull a few seeds off of her that we’ll give a shot to in the future I think👍. Final yield - 7.18oz. I’m never going to complain about a quarter pound off a plant that needed almost no maintenance whatsoever👍. 3 palm tree emojis for not going full hermie and putting out enough of this magically intense bud to share with friends and family👍 Props As always, big shout-out thank you to GD for making this site accessible to us. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎.

Good week for the ladies. Dry warm and going to get hot the next couple of days. Fed the ladies 1200 ppm, 400 ppm of Massive Bloom Formulation and 800 Floranova bloom. She a niice plump lady for sure, happy and giving flower.
