Welcome to week 1 of my CBD Medi Kush Diary! I have 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds going in the same tent with 14 other plants (full details on all of the other plants can be found on my "Dude's New Diary to Rule Them All" diary, check it out). But with the CBD Medi Kush I'm also growing 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem, 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem, 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman and 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co. The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time (all other plants are clones). Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. The pictures in week 1 were taken right after transplanting (check week 2 and you will see a very noticeable change all around). My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for all of these girls. In this diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in the other diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. Please follow and comment away!!! Starting to see some amber trichomes all over the plant maybe %5. Looks like about two weeks from harvest. Started flush cycle for last week. Will probably turn the lights off on in a couple days

For the germination process I ,First put the seeds in distilled water ph 6.5 for 24 hours . Let them float for the first 12 hours in a warm (dark) place . I used my grow tent temperature inside was 75 degrees and 50%humidity through out the entire process . After first 12 hours I poked the seed to the bottom of the cup and let them set for the finale 12 hours . After the full 24 hours was up . I placed the seed’s on a plate with paper towel first and second I added water to the paper towel (moist not wet) and placed a seeds on top with another moist paper towel and let go back in the tent for 2 more days After two days the tap roots appeared for each seed so I potted 2-3 into there finale medium . Didn’t have enough soil for all 3. Once potted. Plants 🌱 are given 18 hours of light 💡

Well 3rd week is starting and my baby is growing a few extra wings. she’s looking healthy, stem seams sturdy, not too long before I send her to her final crib, stay tuned. 10.06.25 BT#41 Guten Abend liebe Growmie's ✌️ Da bin ich wieder mit der Caramba von Paradise Seeds. Wir befinden uns am Blütetag 41 der Lady geht es sehr gut die Buds nehmen Form an. Heute gab es wieder Nährstoffe Hesi Blüh Complex 5ml/L, Hesi Phosphor Plus 2,5ml/L, Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L. Ihre Wasser Aufnahme hat sich deutlich erhöht. Ab BT# 45 werde ich alle Nährstoffe langsam runter fahren das ich die letzte Woche nur noch Ph angeglichenes Wasser verabreiche. Dann geht es für 2 Tage in die Dunkelkammer danach Erfolgt der Cut🙂 Fand den Grow sehr sehr entspannt definitiv ein Strain für Beginner der euch einiges verzeihen wird , sehr resistent gegen Krankheiten oder Schädlingsbefall. We are now on day 41 of flowering and the lady is doing very well, with the buds taking shape. Today she received nutrients again Hesi Bloom Complex 5ml/L, Hesi Phosphor Plus 2.5ml/L, Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L. Her water intake has increased significantly. Starting with BT# 45, I will slowly reduce all nutrients so that I only administer pH-adjusted water during the last week. Then it's off to the darkroom for 2 days, followed by the cut 🙂. I found the grow very, very relaxed. Definitely a strain for beginners that will forgive you a lot, very resistant to disease or pest infestation. Now we are slowly entering the hot phase. From BT#50, we will pull out the pocket microscope to check the trichomes and look more and more regularly to see how they are changing. Now we are looking forward to next week with new updates. The culmination of reversing our Matterhorn cut off Mr. Crowley to Intergalactic Runtz, and the results were out of this world (I had to do it). These ladies were slow to start, but once they hit their stride, they put any worries we had to rest. Compact, short-framed, and robust. They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. We had some unwanted excitement this week when I had a tent malfunction. My humidity got up to 100%, everything in the tent was soaked, and the fan was not on. Luckily, it was only that way for a couple of hours, but it was enough to do some damage to the leaves where the water was standing. After I got that sorted out and the humidity back down, I sprayed everything with some lost coast plant therapy and turned off the lights. The basil actually showed the most damage because it was the closest to the light. Quite a few of its leaves got fried. Continuing on the lost coast every week or so for the duration, I’m terrified of PM again. In the meantime, until I can afford an AC Infinity humidifier, I’m just turning this one off. It seems to be a bit too unpredictable.

I finally cut my plant and she is drying in dark .I think it will take at least a week but its okey . It's been a great grow, I'm very curious about the numbers.

Well it would seem I'm addicted to growing as predicted. In the last week, I had a friend donate me a 2x4 tent. So I went ahead and grabbed an HLG 135w Rspec to compliment the 100w V2 3000K I already had. Set up the 2x2 as a veg room for next grow so I can get a perpetual garden going. Onto week 1 of flower nutes from Green Planet. Seems like my ideal inflow EC is 800. Still watering just twice daily at 6am & 6pm. Adding nutes in correct NER, adjusting EC then adding macronutrients as well as GPH at the end. Massive amount of growth going on now. Node stacking and branches coming up to join the canopy. Considered defoliation but if I'm going to do it, I'm going to wait until the girls pre flower. I do not want to interrupt photosynthetic growth and trigger the flower phase. Each day these plants stay in veg equals more weight in flower when we are all done. Added an Exhale bag. Science seems to dictate that additional co2 will not create any additional growth in a vented tent (like mine). Also, your lights need to reach a concentration of 1000µmols/m2 which mine do not. But I had already paid for the thing and had it shipped before learning this. Oh well, I'm sure it wont hurt! Keeping the lights up high to try and keep some stretch going.
