Start Flush

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

Okay so we got two plants. The left one is a runt it seems.. same start time same nutes and same watering ect but the smaller one seems to be ready to harvest 9 which will be pretty small . pistils are all pretty much amber and the trichombs are almost 100 percent cloudy. so we gotta find a little bit of a balance between the two as i need my grow tent to dry and have to do both at the same time. In short we are days away from harvest . Checking every morning and still just using plain water for the last days. everything seems to be staying right where it is no change at all to the plants. I topped 1 of the two girls. Also moved them from the 3x3 to the 2x4 with the Spider Farmer SF2000 set to 40% power.

I've been unable to curb the yellowing of any of the four plants. It has now happened to the Chemdogging and is starting to happen to the last Sour Diesel. I added some compost tea last night with CalMag, hopefully it helps. Planning to chop the Gelato soon

Pulled the orange cookie today and couldn’t be happier, the yield is massive, the buds are dense, fruity sweet , sticky and pungent. This plant is prolly my best so far thanks to Dutchfem for another awesome strain . If you’re looking for something special give this strain a try . I’ve smoked a bit of this already and it’s Girl Scout cookies all over then just like a pallet cleanser of citrus freshness that keeps you coming back fir more .

Started a new 4 plant 100w run. This time we have the spider farmer sf1000. Nicely built . Strains are Sensi double kush cake , blackberry gum, exodus cheese and Strawberry cheesecake

I harvested her 1 week before I did with her mom, and she is definetely stronger! Not as lemony as her mom, and I have no clue why, since they were fed just the same. The high is strong, but keeps me talkative and socializing...

Unfortunately I found a couple of single trips that tell me that the trips still haven't completely disappeared. Since I'm not a neem at this stage I will inject more oil and the lady has already finished over half of her cycle, I will let her run like this and the newcomers will be treated again 👍. So I hope that at the next round all of them will finally be gone. I had the problem more than 5 years ago and it took a long time until everything was ok again and there was no animal left. Hey guys so here we are week two into flower and the tent is filling right up now got some awesome bud sights forming and my aim of 1kg dry out of the 2 plants is on course . Root structure is amazing and I have always had good results when I get the wrapped root over top as can see in pic . Anyway til next week guys

The grow room is starting to smell really good. The girls are looking great and they are swelling and adding new hairs still. Two weeks at least and then we will see what the trichomes look like. Hoping they fade a little and seeing some slight yellowing of tips on fan and sugar leaves. I think P and K were a little high last two weeks, so straight water till the end now.

Ernte Tag ... ich liebe es zu grown, das entlauben mag ich garnicht. Aber was Muss das Muss, erst Sonnensegel ab, dann rein in Dryferm Bags. Zum Teil hab ich sie schon von den Stielen getrennt, andere ganz gelassen und ein Teil so wie immer auf das Netz gelegt. Ich bin gespannt ob man ein Unterschied bemerkt. Nächstes Update nach den Feintrimm in ca 10 Tagen. :)
