So she 'only' grew 4cm this week.... Considering I tried to kill her last week this is pretty good. She's got some good growth on her this week. Got a lot bushier! I hope she's got started on her root system ready for flowering 😎

Grow Diary: Durban Poison (Week 7 – Early Veg The Overview It has been a busy 7 days for the Durban Poison. As we move deeper into the veg stage, this Sativa heritage is really starting to show its personality. Daily Breakdown Day | Observations & Actions | Day 29 | DP1's first top, i noticed a significant vertical jump. Tucked the tallest fan leaves to ensure light reaches the lower bud sites. Day 30 Feeding Day. Stayed with a light veg nutrient profile. Day 31 | Light LST training. Used some sheethed solid wire to help hold out and dowm. Day 32 | The "stretch" continues. Adjusted the LED panel up. Day 33 | The plant is looking exceptionally healthy with a vibrant, lime-green hue. Day 34 | Plain pH-balanced water (6.3 pH}) to prevent salt buildup from the previous nutrient feed. | Day 35 | Checking runoff. pH levels are stable. The canopy is level and the stacking of the nodes looks tight and promising. 08/11: La troisième semaine de floraison commence enfin on devrait les fleurs prendre forme. J'espère que le stretch est fini car elle est assez grande et doit laisser un peu de place au autres. 08/12: la troisième semaine débute sur une note un peu amer. Certaines feuilles se détériore à une vitesse folle, ainsi que des tâches brune. Premier réflexe GHE essential et cal-mag agent de Canna ce matin. Espérons que les prochains jours seront plus cool et que cela vas arranger mon problème. 08/13: après avoir fait plus de recherche je suis enfin tombé sur un article sur le blog de pevgrow et mon problème correspond en tout point à une carence en magnésium. Je devrais voir voir des améliorations dans les 4 à 7 jours. Et bien-sûr continuer à donner du calmag. Week 6 is done and everything went smoothly, using lst and defoliation will provide maximum light penetration and maximize bud structures, adjusting ph and climate and we are golden. Flowering stage is always a no brainer for me in fact i call this step cruise control. She will do her things and she is now strong so she wont react the same to high nutrients or even ph fluctuations as long as it stays near the range, her roots are strong enough to be completely submerged since she now drinks a lot more. The purple on this strain is beautiful, Not too dark and even, edges of the calix are red like whine and the pistils creamy white with a hint of salmon like pink in there. She is gorgeous and her structure is amazing, she might event yield the same as my previous grows even if she is on the small side because of her genetics. The resin is starting to fill the trichomes but still very low, this being said if i rub the top of a sugar leaf that is coated in trichomes iT will get sticky On my fingers and the smell will start with a very strong chemical/amonia like scent and 2 seconds later welcome to the damn blueberry field my friends . Amazing, that smell is just perfect, it literally make you want to much on that leaf. I’ve had blueberry before, yes it did smell a bit like blueberry But nothing compares to this one ,in my opinion hydroponic set up brings the most out terpenoids and thc production. Next phase we will start to see bud seriously stacking and resin production, after that the buds will get some weight and mature, im expecting it to be done by week 10 if i flush it by week 9 Until then happy growing and take it easy 👊🏻

Der VPD wird in den Wochen der frühen Blüte weiterhin zwischen 1,0 und 1,2 gehalten. Das entspricht aktuell etwa 24 °C bei 61 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit. Der CO₂-Wert liegt zwischen 650 und 850 ppm. Das Licht wird während der Stretch-Phase schrittweise auf 100 % erhöht (aktuell 90 %, ca. 850 PPFD). Da im Zelt noch Heizstäbe installiert sind, wird auf ein SCROG-Netz verzichtet. Tag 59 Grow Tag 5 Blüte: Unglaublich! ich musste die Lampe in den letzen Tagen insg. 15cm hocher stellen um die gewollten 30 cm Abstand einzuhalten. Den Unterschied sieht man auch deutlich auf den Bildern mit der Gelbtafel als Orientierungspunkt. Die Lampe ist mittlerweile auf 97% ca 900 ppfd - auch das CO2 wurde entsprechend auf 750-900 ppm erhöht. Da die Ladies sich augenscheinlich sehr über den "Compost-Tea" gefreut haben, habe ich erneut einen aufgesetzt. Das bekannte Rezept von Tag 2 wurde verwendet. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 56 – Grow Day 2 – Flowering Phase: A significant amount of time has passed, and the plants have recovered from stress and training, except for a few yellow leaf tips. On the last day of the vegetative phase, a compost tea was prepared. For 25 liters, 125 ml of organic molasses, 250 ml of soil conditioner, 50 g of mycorrhiza granules, 2 liters of worm castings, and 75 g of bone meal were used. The mixture was aerated with oxygen for 24 hours. The alleged benefits of this tea are widely described online. VPD will be maintained between 1.0 and 1.2 during the early flowering weeks. This currently corresponds to approximately 24 °C at 61% relative humidity. CO₂ levels are kept between 650 and 850 ppm. During the stretch phase, light intensity is gradually increased to 100% (currently 90%, approximately 850 PPFD). Since heating rods are installed inside the tent, a SCROG net will not be used. Day 59 – Grow Day 5 – Flowering Phase: Incredible! Over the past few days, I had to raise the lamp by a total of 15 cm to maintain the desired 30 cm distance. The difference is also clearly visible in the photos, using the yellow sticky trap as a reference point. The lamp is now set to 97% (approximately 900 PPFD), and CO₂ has been increased accordingly to 750–900 ppm. Since the plants appeared to respond very positively to the compost tea, another batch has been prepared. The same recipe used on day 2 was applied again.

Happy weekend everyone. Hope you and your plants are all healthy. On Tuesday this week I decided to flip to flower as I believe both of these strains like to stretch a fair bit. Let's see if that is the case. Gave them all a big plain water and trimmed off fan leaves before flipping. They looked very bare and I had the panic of thinking that I may have taken too many fan leaves. The humidity went up to 65% at one point because of it. So I cranked my little heater up to raise the temperature and drop the humidity. They have gained a lot of fan leaves back in their first four days of stretch and the humidity is coming back down accordingly. PHEW!!!!! I feel these next few weeks will be crucial and will really shape how this grow will finish up. Y'all gotta pray for me 😂. See you all next week. 🌱 🤓 Spent this week keeping up with hefty defoliation and canopy maintenance. Two separate rounds of defoliation occurred this week, the last round included the removal of any branches that were growing. In the underbrush who had not yet made it to the surface of the canopy. Branches that hang out in the underbrush contribute to poor air flow while simultaneously sucking energy from the plant. I don't want my plant wasting energy on poor producing branches, so they gotta go! I also made sure to try and remove the same branches on all new mains as to keep the plant as symmetrical as possible. ✌️💜🌱
