31.05 yesterday was the end of the fifth week for the plants, some were transplanted yesterday, some today, and some not yet, but most of them were transplanted and topped for the first time... I was late with the topping because I didn't want to top before transplanting.. I topped most of the plants between the sixth and seventh nodes instead of between the fifth and sixth, some I even topped between the seventh and the eighth, but what's up... the weather normalized for a day and immediately started with severe heat... in the sun now it will be 40+ degrees C, until the other day it was 15, this is definitely not normal...the pictures and video are from yesterday, in the next update I will post pictures from the site Stay high ‘n’ keep growing!!!

weeks 7 and I had to put a Scrogg net in. the weight of the buds is pulling down the plant Yō Yos so I went with a net, looks like they are responding to the feeding. just water today and maybe tomorrow they're thirsty

Interesting but so far #5 has the best root development followed by #1 and then #3. This is my very first time cloning and so far i am impressed with the results.

Day 15: Watermelon Zkittlez is looking strong. A little discolored but it is early growth and should work itself out. Kind of resembles watermelon rind to me which is quite the coincidence I think. First big feed: 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom, 2ml CALiMAgic, 1ml RapidStart, 1ml Floralicious Plus and 2.5ml Armor Si. RO water PH 6.0 Temp: 75º RH: 63% PPFD: 450 VPD: .53 kPa Day 16: She's looking about the same with some new leaf growth. I can't tell if she just has funky pigment in her leaves or if there is a deficiency going on. Her leaves look just like watermelon rind! Kind of weird but also maybe genetics. Will leave for now with no adjustments to nutes and see if new growth changes. No water no feed. Temp: 76º RH: 61% PPFD: 475 AVG VPD: .46 kPa Day 17: Happy, healthy, let grow! Looking strong and healthy so far despite the extremely odd leaf colors. Close inspection shows some sort of deficiency or disease but all other ladies are receiving the same nutes in the same soil and grow conditions. All are very healthy. Has to be a genetic flaw in the bean. Will grow it out to see if it persists or corrects. Almost feeding/watering daily at this point, will up the solution volume and see if it will last a day or two longer. Because I have iridium and copper in the water, the ph meter fluctuates due to breaking bonds between the hydrogen and oxygen. The fluctuation range I see is between 6.4 and 6.9 so I’m reporting 6.6. So far, I don’t see any negative effects of the iridium & copper on the plant. The soil base is Happy frog, Coast of Maine, Mushroom Compost and super soil. I’m giving only ph water to her for this grow. First grow completed, turned out far better than I could ever have hoped, the plants totally bossed it for all the winging it and improvising I put them through, but we got there in the end haha, Looking forward to next grow, can't wait to enjoy using all good genetics, already have some Bruce banner #3 seeds ready to roll out :) Thanks for reading

This update is coming only a few days after my previous one as I delayed that one by a few days, now we are back on schedule. The girls are continuing to pump out resin, and the buds are slowly gaining more weight however they’re still pretty small. I have faith they will bulk some more before I harvest next week, crossing my fingers. Harvesting next Wednesday, really hoping to see the pistils get closer to 50% amber at least. Since I am having to harvest early, I have made the executive decision to not flush and continue with nutes all the way till chop. I would prefer them to continue to bulk as much as possible and I don’t see much of a reason to flush a plant that isn’t fully mature yet. I also read that people don’t actually notice very much of a difference from flushed and not flushed weed, so take that flushers! Jk, I would actually flush if I had the time :,(

Ok, all caught up. I haven't done an update in almost 6 weeks. I've been so busy. Lots of picture updates! First of all, there have been flashlights in my back yard, so I am going to have to start bringing them inside for the night soon. It's been on the news that kids are taking pictures and staking out plants already. Not good. The Lost Coast Plant Therapy is still working great for the powdery mildew. The fish fertilizer is slowing the yellowing leaves, but they are still turning yellow. I think i will be ok, I am not too worried. I am about to do my last feeding of the year after writing this. I will be giving them a heavy Gaia Green Power Bloom dose, and some bat guano. They are smelling and looking great, and I cant believe how fast the buds are growing. I'd say 4-5 weeks to go, tops, hopefully sooner.
