Not much to report, a little defoliation covering any bud sights, havent started flushing just yet. Had some humidity spikes because of electricity going out (load shedding) but seem to be okay😇

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

Another week in and the flowers are stacking up nice. Cyclo nutrients are feeding them well. No deficiencies so far. All levels in the correct parameters. The cheese are both huge plants. Need more light power in veg to keep them shorter next run.

Day 14

Good morning, everyone! Today, I bring mixed news from our garden. Unfortunately, the news is not the best for our beloved feminized plant. As we can see in the picture, the stem is quite thin and fragile, which compromises the healthy growth of the plant. As we know, the stem plays a fundamental role in the structure and development of the plant. It provides support for the branches and leaves, allowing them to carry out photosynthesis. Additionally, it is through the stem that water is transported from the roots to all parts of the plant. Despite having placed a support that has helped a little, only the next few weeks will tell how her development will be. I am sharing my experience with plant growth, and you are invited to follow this mystery with me. Will she reach flowering? What will be the maximum height she will reach? I will document each stage, and together we will discover the outcome of this story. On the other hand, the news is promising for our automatic plant! Since the last update, it has grown another 4 cm. The temperature this week has been quite favorable, with plenty of sun and little wind. By watering it with pH 6.5 - 7 water and using quality soil, I am confident that it will continue to thrive and reach the 5th week of vegetation in great condition. Getting a growth spurt on switched to flower mode on the 600w led, installed the extractor and carbon filter as it's getting to smell a little fruity even at this stage. Lite feed in this early stage with the listed nutes, seem to be responding well. 17/10 Defoliated today and made a CBD smoothie from the lower canopy with almonds, apple, lemon and lime, the leaves were very fresh, it was pretty nice. Started giving the girls 1 hour a night at sub 60. By end of week it's up to 2 but will not exceed this. Added top dressings of azomite, sea kelp and greensand. THORIUM Thorium, at atomic number 90, is one of the rarest elements. 232Th is a primordial nuclide, having existed in its current form for over ten billion years; it was formed during the r-process, which probably occurs in supernovae and neutron star mergers. This plant has been a pure pleasure to grow. I took a few bud off this week as I was worried about bud bandits taking her. They are out in force in my neck of the woods. She has really put on some interesting colouring. She smells so damn GOOD!! Dinafem nails dit with these genetics!! Full chop is imminent!! 😎🍿

Week 3. Last Defoliation and LST.

Hey Growmies. 😎This is a back post...sorry took me so long. Nov 8th (sunday) She looks nutrient deprived. Little did I know the VPN (low) was so far off after changing my pre-filter that the negative pressure wasn't allowing her to want to pull up nutrients. Has been a problem longer than I realized. I had no idea that my fan was too strong for my tent. Can kill a plant. Live and learn. So, now comes the story of nutrient toxicity because I DX wrong and gave some amendments and nutrients that she didn't need. So sad. . …. Soil PH is at 6.7 Watered about 3/4 gallon almost 1 gallon Growers recharge With soluble kelp Humic acid (20ml per gal dilution) NOV 9th RH is 52 and temp 72.5deg (RH is dropping due to increased airflow) She does not appear to be stressed this morning. Growth is still very slow but the new leaves appear to be healthy with no Brown tips. There's still New Growth appearing on the old nodes where fan leaves have been removed due to burning lower down on the stems. I'm hoping there's not much more lateral growth and more of a filling out so that I can flower.(room for the stretch) I hope the lower humidity is conducive to her growth and not going to cause Mite infestation due to stress and defenses down. On that note the tanglefoot needs to be reapplied. On about a 10-minute inspection I see no visible signs canoe leaves or might damage. The wettable sulfur seems to be stove in them off. I'm also doing my best to boost the immune system of the plant. I've been meaning to do a compost tea in order to infuse the soil with more microorganisms including both bacterial and fungi.  Still learning about “living soil” and probably making tons of mistakes but am bumbling through. NOV 10th Defoliation NOV 11th On this day she was still looking so deprived of nutrients. SHE WAS. Only not for reason of them not being in the soil. Environment was off and she was just protecting herself by not taking in the necessary food. I was of the midset to save her with soothing things which are good for “plant stress” and some nutrients. WRONG I was again. This is what I gave her that day. (A great combo but not what she needed) Soil PH 6 Growers recharge coconut water (30ml per half-gallon)  aloe juice (1/8 cup in half a gallon)  With soluble kelp  Humic acid (20ml per gal dilution)   NOV 12th IPM: Foliar spray right after lights out: micronized sulfur- 1/5 tbsp per 1/2 gallon ,Aloe Vera 2 tbsp, yucca extract NOV 13th removed some dead leaves Soil PH 6.5 pot was medium /heavy- leaving it so I can put compost tea on tomorrow evening.  Defoliated any dead growth and any tiny branches that didn't have a lot of nodes on them.  Changed the timer for the FAN to 15on and 15 off. I had upped the heat in the house to 72 deg instead of 71 and things are VERY DRY! Too dry for the temp. The VPD just way off here. Explains some of the dryness I am feeling on the leaf surfaces, slow growth etc. This climate issue has to be checked. Also, added back in a second humidifier! Brewing compost tea........

Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come. Great start for week 8, did some defoliation and removed some low leaves, did not feed Floragro since I don't want them to grow more ( No space ) after stoped feeding them Flora grow, they focused on blooming. Interesting week so far.

Going great trying to train to best suit my grow tent. There will be 3 other strains so I need to make sure they all get enough light. The water volume in the plants is less then what I have in the conditions. More like 2L every two days
